首先我同老公2個人去,佢叫左個吉列豬(味噌湯底),我就叫左個牛肉(咖喱湯底),之後加左3個小食,(唔太記得餐牌入面個名)一個係炸豆腐,一個係雞皮餃子,一個係芝麻雞翼。。。小食其實都還可以雞翼都好多汁,豆腐都好滑。。食完小食烏冬就到,個咖哩湯不得了(淡而無味)又稀又唔掛汁,因為我本人覺得食烏冬係食滑同彈牙,我覺得佢偏向麵粉既(鞋口),但係佢都有一定既煙韌到(太煙韌直頭硬)....到老公果個味噌湯一飲落去第一啖係有酸味。。。之後就開始覺得咸,點解佢間鋪主打既烏冬可以咁難食,反而佢果湯個稀稠度係可以既,個豬扒都鬆軟既(唔錯)...最後我唔會再去食。。伏一次就夠!!!結賬成為$422..

上次路過山本屋,門外有長長的人龍。今日午飯時間再到山本屋碰碰運氣,結果等了30分鐘。店舖外有玻璃窗展示日本師傅即場製造烏冬的過程,不過師傅很高大,經常要彎著腰,看似有點辛苦。2 人午餐,除卻烏冬外也點了一些小食。三品菇為冬菇、本菇及雞髀菇。炸漿很薄,三種菇也十分新鮮,簡單烹制便可以,是不錯的小食。雞翼是炸而不是燒的,賣相一般,然而雞皮很薄咬開即嚐到鮮嫩多汁的雞肉,調味恰好。豆腐也是即點即炸,口感嫩滑,只是芡汁的味道不及其顏色,可以稍作改善。門外排隊時,店員便派點菜單給客人選擇,因此入座之時,已然點好所有食品。然而入座後才發覺枱面上有清楚說明老店傳統味噌湯底是重口味之選,而黃金鰹魚湯底反而是經典之選,登時有點愕然。如果早知味噌湯較適合重口味食客,應該不會點選,實際味噌湯也極為濃稠,不是大路選擇。麫鍋上枱之時仍然滾燙,烏冬麵身有點硬,像是未煮透,但只要稍等片刻,熱力便會令烏冬變軟,接近平常熟悉的口感。黃金鰹魚湯底是經典之選,湯底味道不錯,不會太濃。兩款烏冬均附有雞蛋、大蔥、腐皮等配料,而且份量不錯,不需要額外附費再加。

入座前有店員會同你複單,同問你要唔要走蔥等要求、然後就入座啦。店面係比較迫,出入都要比較小心。店員事前講左烏冬要等15分鐘,所以預左入黎之後仲要坐多陣先有得食
先上既係雞翼,食得出係即整既雞翼、熱辣辣,好味道
就好似其他人咁講、個雞翼係好味。

到戲肉既烏冬上場啦,的確係大家講既一樣、個味噌係偏咸既、不過我想幫佢平反一樣野係、佢本身都寫左味噌係重口味、如果平時唔係食開重口味既朋友我覺得係唔應該食佢味噌個湯底既
而佢個鰹魚湯底都係偏濃味既,好似濃縮鰹魚湯底咁,食到底個時都係會略為覺得咸。我只可以話、佢可能係local 名古屋既口味既話、有可能唔適合廣大香港人既口味都唔出奇

整體而言我覺得呢間店既過江龍烏冬店的確係名大於實。可能marketing 做得好好但可惜食物質數跟唔上。以依家既食物質數未必值得再排隊同特登走黎食。

I opted for the miso broth, personally didn’t reckon that it was that salty. However, the portion of udon was pretty small, most udon was “fragments” and quite difficult to eat. The portion of bean curd was more than > udon🤦🏻‍♀️. I added rice cake that was rarely found outside, but I was so disappointed that the 2 tiny pieces cost $15(so ridiculous)🥹. Anyway, it doesn’t worth the hype, I already blacklisted it.🙇🏻‍♀️

路過圍方商場5樓,見到排隊好長龍,於是同老婆去排隊食烏冬,結果排咗一個鐘頭,入到去裝修感覺好有日式風情,不過舖仔細細真係好迫,兩個人坐埋一個角位,冷氣就比較凍,柯打一個手打烏冬,等咗差唔多15分鐘,烏冬就上嚟,味噌烏冬,顏色非常深,上邊有一隻生雞蛋,食落味道都幾濃郁,口味依家嘢就見仁見智啦,本人覺得味道還可以接受,有員工教我哋叫一個日本白飯,將啲汁撈埋一齊食,食完真係飽晒,並非好咸,重口味之人,必食之選,名古屋雞翼幾好味😋,招呼就中規中矩,下次可以繼續嚟試吓。

排上一個多小時,如果是為了一嚐日本過江龍的名氣,當然不值得,但值得吃的是餐廳第五代傳人對家傳食物的專注及認真態度的一種尊敬。無論是食材或器皿,乃至師傅的手藝及餐廳的氛圍,都堅持要還原日本的風貌,將這份代代傳承的獨立美味原封不動地帶到香港。

前言:星期一和2位朋友大約18:30到達,等候了一小時約在19:30入座。參考了各方的總結後,我們決定都決定為了避免中伏,只試味噌湯底烏冬。我們的烏冬分別配了炸天婦羅蝦,吉列豬扒及雞肉和雞蛋,單點了1客炸雞翼和雞皮餃埋單差不多500蚊。主食:這店的味噌湯味噌味很濃但唔算咸,烏冬口感坦白說是有點像freshly made pasta,少少彈牙但中心是有點結實的,算是特別的口感但本人更傾向全彈牙的烏冬。3種配餸最好是吉列豬扒,因是分開上,做到入口酥脆口感也與湯搭配,炸天婦羅蝦基本上是腍哂上,雞肉加蛋算正常冇特別,雞肉唔算靱。小食:炸雞翼不脆,但味道腌得非常好和很juicy。炸雞皮餃則普通,未有特別之處。總結:算是很不錯的烏冬店,湯和烏冬值得一嘗但考慮到價錢等候時間,末必會再嘗。
