主打豆製品既小店💛身為一個豆製品愛好者 我就超級喜歡👍🏻餐廳將好多傳統食品現代化 配合埋年輕人口味都有唔少特色小食 好多次我都係第一次見 例如 椰汁豆腐花、花奶豆腐花、綠豆蓉豆腐花 佢哋豆漿同豆腐花既款式同埋味道很多 而鹹點就有魚肉豆腐/豆卜 或者滷水汁豆腐/豆卜 當然都有最傳統既炒麵 同埋粥🤩魚肉豆腐($24)魚肉偏向細塊 放左係豆腐既底部 差少少見唔到 好彩佢個個鯪魚味好出👍🏻 豆腐係用左硬豆腐 而且面頭煎到脆脆哋 我見到佢即叫即整 重點係要點佢個豆瓣醬 少少辣辣哋 幾開胃 鹵水豆腐($24)豆腐份量都幾多 佢應該係用左滑豆腐 所以比較容易爛 味道幾好 但係我覺得可以再多少少滷水汁 哈哈我係汁怪 真係要每一淡都要沾到汁🤤柴魚花生粥($30)個粥唔會無味 柴魚好完美咁調出粥裡面既味道 有少少鹹魚味道 但要小心魚係有少少骨的 配埋花生令到口感更豐富 脆脆哋🥜花奶豆腐花($24)呢個配搭超級夾 花奶令到豆腐花既口感更加嫩滑 又可以代替黃糖 幾新榮 豆腐花超級滑 豆味都出 絕對唔會比花奶蓋過🫶🏻 私心超級推介💯!無糖豆漿($10)豆漿有超多唔同款 但係我都係比較傳統 揀翻原味😋 豆漿超級滑

魚肉偏向細塊 放左係豆腐既底部 差少少見唔到 好彩佢個個鯪魚味好出👍🏻 豆腐係用左硬豆腐 而且面頭煎到脆脆哋 我見到佢即叫即整 重點係要點佢個豆瓣醬 少少辣辣哋 幾開胃


鹵水豆腐($24)
豆腐份量都幾多 佢應該係用左滑豆腐 所以比較容易爛 味道幾好 但係我覺得可以再多少少滷水汁 哈哈我係汁怪 真係要每一淡都要沾到汁🤤


柴魚花生粥($30)
個粥唔會無味 柴魚好完美咁調出粥裡面既味道 有少少鹹魚味道 但要小心魚係有少少骨的 配埋花生令到口感更豐富 脆脆哋🥜


花奶豆腐花($24)
呢個配搭超級夾 花奶令到豆腐花既口感更加嫩滑 又可以代替黃糖 幾新榮 豆腐花超級滑 豆味都出 絕對唔會比花奶蓋過🫶🏻 私心超級推介💯!


無糖豆漿($10)
豆漿有超多唔同款 但係我都係比較傳統 揀翻原味😋 豆漿超級滑 唔會有豆碎/渣 豆味超級重 而且飲落去都覺得好厚 真係真材實料👏🏻

每次喺銅鑼灣口痕嘅時候都會諗起人和😜💛今日去開先發現佢哋搬左舖新鋪其實只係過幾個鋪位空間大咗好多多咗好多張枱同座位今日叫咗豉油王炒麵同埋原味凍豆花炒麵份量適中 做下午茶或者宵夜一流豆花一如以往嫩滑重豆味🤍

空間大咗好多
多咗好多張枱同座位
今日叫咗豉油王炒麵同埋原味凍豆花
炒麵份量適中 做下午茶或者宵夜一流
豆花一如以往嫩滑重豆味🤍
