今日同兩個朋友喺銅鑼灣行完街,朋友話想食麻辣香鍋,我記得希慎廣場嘅姚姚酸菜魚有,所以就上咗去餐廳喇。我哋未到繁忙時間,所以好好彩可以坐到窗邊卡位,窗外可以望到利舞臺同禮頓山。我哋叫咗以下菜式。麻辣香鍋:呢個麻辣香鍋($48)要至少加5款材料,所以我哋就加咗田雞($55),牛柏葉($40),脆皮肥腸($40),魷魚鬚($50)同埋茶樹菇。食物上枱係好大嘅一碟。好多辣椒乾同花椒,又辣又麻,好有層次。食材吸收咗香料嘅味道變得好惹味。酸菜魚($288):又係好大嘅一碟。餐廳好窩心地有三個蠟燭喺碟底度熱住。魚片好新鮮,口感爽滑。佢有兩個炸過嘅魚頭喺入邊,所以我諗呢度嘅魚片係兩條魚嘅份量。酸菜份量都唔少。湯底呈奶白色,好濃郁。三個人叫咗兩個菜已經可以食到飽飽咁離開。

越來越多國內的品牌,來到香港開設分店,今晚便有來到這間酸菜魚專門店。半價酸菜魚(二人份)$144,另加了一份萵筍片$35,雖然是半價優惠,不過魚肉的份量沒有減少許多,味道亦一樣,魚肉鮮嫩可口,加上湯底的鮮味,果然是這裏的名物。大盤花菜$103,椰菜花帶點椒香味,廚師以半肥瘦腩肉帶起了椰菜花的味道,加上花椒油的香味,非常有四川特色。椒麻皮蛋$72,皮蛋是黃金皮蛋,加上辣椒油的香味,果然是一道不錯的餐前小食。茉莉香橙$45,向橙味道十足,酸酸甜甜pizza開胃。新鮮水果烏龍茶$51,百香果的味道十足,酸甜味道適中,加上新鮮的生果,是除了飲品之外,餐後的甜品之一。彩虹烏龍冰粉$72,冰粉是四川特色,加上顏色鮮艷的配料,味道層次豐富。

好耐冇食過酸菜魚,見到希慎廣場呢一間主打酸菜魚嘅餐廳就決定一試~ 呢度除咗酸菜湯,仲可以揀水煮或者蕃茄湯,亦都有雙拼嘅選擇,好啱一班朋友食飯!✿ 姚姚酸菜魚 2人份($288)魚片份量足夠兩個人食,湯汁濃郁但味道偏酸,反而酸菜唔會好酸幾適中。可以另外加配料,我哋就揀咗加寬粉($38),煙韌加埋索咗湯汁,好食😋✿ 北京烤鴨半隻 ($188)烤鴨幾驚喜,油脂甘香,烤得剛好,肉質食落都仲好嫩滑。整體份量都好夠食,鴨皮較多油,夾埋鴨肉同配料包起食無咁油膩😋 隨烤鴨附上配料有青瓜、韮王等,呢度幾貼心嘅係每張包皮都隔住一張牛油紙,包皮唔會癡住☺️ ✿ 茉莉香橙($38)依杯有陣陣鮮橙香味,有啲橙肉,飲落酸酸甜甜幾解膩😆✿ 新鮮水果烏龍茶($48)水果茶主要係百香果同橙味為主,唔會蓋咗烏龍茶底嘅味道,而且都比好多水果肉 (菠蘿、西瓜、奇異果等)

星期日食咗個二人餐:酸菜魚+片皮鴨(半隻)+炸鴨架酸菜魚唔夠熱,雖然碟底有蠟燭慶住個碟,但係無作用。片皮鴨啲包皮太薄,好快凍,鴨太油。炸鴨架,唔俾仲好!所謂鴨架即係胸骨,無肉食,感覺似廚餘。好似簡直浪費食物… 唔會再去。
