。O小姐。雞煲+片皮鴨。日常。好耐冇去希慎食飯,原來啲餐廳已經變咗好多😳😳😳😳由於呢大半個月食完西餐嘢,係時候要食返中餐。上網睇吓有啲乜嘢新餐廳裝修又靚又坐得舒服,最後就揀咗喺13樓嘅姚姚酸菜魚😏佢間鋪個裝潢color tone 係Tiffany blue 😄,入門口有架大車,啲位相隔都有啲遠嘅,坐得舒服,呢個好緊要!因為食飯嘅時候,好驚人逼人,想講句嘢都驚大聲嘈到人😳Anyway, 呢間餐廳係食酸菜魚嘅,不過唔想一嚟就咁刺激,不如食咗個雞煲先🫢 見到佢有新嘢出,於是就叫個菌香雞煲三食($268):- 半隻菌香雞- 雞湯浸菜- 仲有個白飯添我哋得兩個人,但係個雞煲聲稱話半隻雞,但係都超級多!好足料,有好多隻雞啦,仲有木耳,仲有好多菇!食極都仲有! 食到有啲漏喉嘅時候就要食吓個菜,中和一下,味道OK。本身驚雞煲好似有啲dry,同步見到佢有半隻片皮鴨優惠🤩只係94蚊!咁就要嗌啦!呢個一定要嗌,必推! 佢個片皮鴨皮夠脆,全部都係肉,搭配甜面醬、蘿蔔、京蔥同青瓜!佢個皮有超多件😳唔記得咗數有幾多件,但係起碼都應該有八件!呢個真係好抵食!另外,我哋各自加$12升級無限享用自助Bar,當日有兩款前菜,都係啲開胃小食,重點係任揀任砌料嘅涼粉😀(有桂花蜜啦紅豆啦酒釀小丸子啦,仲有好多款料,因應各自喜好,而可以食好多唔同味嘅涼粉🫢除咗涼粉之外,仲叫咗杯爆打青瓜檸檬茶,充滿青瓜味嘅檸檬茶😀最尾最尾重點亦都要推介嘅就係個皮超級脆嘅紅糖糍粑,就算唔係即時食,隔咗陣佢個皮都仲係脆😏今次食完之後,我哋仲要食唔晒,仲要打包返屋企。如果一大班人想食嘢嘅話,我覺得真係可以試一下呢一間餐廳,喺門口仲見到佢出咗個生日包房優惠,傻的嗎,包房仲要送價值 $588嘅優惠,生日壽星送$300嘅現金券同埋一支$288嘅酒😳會唔會太抵呢?仲要只係希慎分店先有😳即刻bookmark,睇吓嚟緊邊個朋友生日先😏 continue reading

最慘不忍睹的是,放工後吃完晚飯還要回公司開會,誰能明白這種感受?所以我決定要點些酸辣的東西來為自己打氣。這次在銅鑼灣發現了一間TIFFANY Blue風格的中式菜館,意想不到的是他們的招牌是酸菜魚。我們不再苦惱於選擇,於是隨意點了一份2人滋味共享套餐。**姚姚酸菜魚(二人份)** ~ 裡面有很多我愛吃的酸菜,原來是正宗的水東芥菜,搭配新鮮的鱸魚,肉質鮮嫩。朋友選擇了微辣,我也感覺到微微出汗。麻、辣、香、酸的搭配一下子驅散了我的懶悶感。**北京烤鴨(半隻)** ~ 外表帶有誘人的光澤,皮脆肉嫩,每一片鴨肉都切得不厚不薄,搭配甜面醬、蘿蔔、京蔥及青瓜和薄餅,好味。**川味鴨架** ~ 一鴨兩味,肉質絕不柴口,骨頭也充滿了濃郁的川味香料。**是日涼菜** ~ 無骨鳳爪,麻辣感十足,鳳爪爽口又彈牙!對我們來說好吃到不得了。每位+$12升級無限享用自助區,裡面有兩種無限添食的酸辣土豆絲和川味豬肚絲的涼菜。此外,還可以無限添食冰粉,並有超過10款配料供我們自由搭配。我最喜歡的是椰汁桂花蜜紅豆蓉搭配酒釀小丸子,真是讓我不知不覺吃了三四碗。🤪 continue reading

在銅鑼灣想吃酸菜魚,自自然然就會想到「姚姚」,這天就來試試。店內佔地極大,座位寬敞舒適,店員亦非常有禮。酸菜魚拼薑母自養番鴨姚姚出晒酸菜魚任意配搭,這次希慎店有酸菜魚拼薑母自養番鴨限定,就點了來吃。菜式以大碟盛上,並用小火熱烘著,令餸菜能長時間保持溫熱。「薑母鴨」大約有半隻份量,鴨肉鮮味肉嫩,低脂感不重,即使連皮吃亦不會有太大的罪惡感,而薑母鴨營養高,滋補養胃,非常適合這個天氣食用。招牌酸菜魚可自選辣度,我點了走辣少麻,鮮鱸魚片厚薄適中,入口啖啖肉,零骨絲,配上水東新酸菜,味道酸爽,亦起了提鮮作用。片皮鴨 (半隻)半隻片皮鴨份量足夠2-3人享用,鴨皮香脆油花重,脂香豐腴,鴨肉嫩滑,沒有鴨羶味,而附片皮鴨附上麼麼皮、青瓜、京葱、蘿蔔條柔醬料,以優惠$94來說非常超值。 continue reading
