睇住D貓正話係舖頭外面地下舔垃圾,跟住見住佢地用踩過出街嘅腳,同舔過垃圾嘅口,食D燒鵝,真係唔知邊個咁好彩中招食貓嘅口水尾!!!😨😨😨

實在太太太太太太太太嘔心!😱😱😱😱😱

食物一般、價錢非一般、環境污糟、衛生意識嚇人!食一次都嫌多!

The taste of roast goose has gone downhill  recently. No better than anything you buy in the market and yet they charged a lot for their famous name.  I was given  two third of the roast goose in bones, fat and skin that most restaurant will discard. Definitely not worth the money they charged. When I complained  about the quality of the goose to them , I was told I should ask for the meaty part of the goose and got exchanged. So do complain and do nothe let them get away from giving you rubbish

一心諗住試下一樂出名的燒鵝,專登揸車入大埔食,價錢明顯係貴,但坐座就麻麻地舒服,地下好油,落完order,發覺檯底好多隻貓,我本身好驚,同埋我覺得食店衛生好有問題,就算食物幾好食都係假,以後唔會幫襯。

大埔粉嶺之旅,由大埔出發,向粉嶺坪輋壁畫村進發。小妹曾與好友去過台中的彩虹眷村,想不到,香港也有類似的景點。粉嶺坪輋壁畫村的位置有點偏遠,但壁畫挺有本地特色的有,把鄉效與藝術完美地結合一起。只是,粉嶺坪輋壁畫村由村民及義工共同創作,缺少了有組織的管理和資金,規模較少,也顯得有點殘舊。不過,如友人所言,這樣,這個鄉郊不用被遊客攻佔,保持其寧靜。在空無遊客的粉嶺坪輋壁畫村hea遊,肚子餓了,返回大埔的一樂燒臘飯店,吃燒鵝去﹗嘩,適逄燒鵝出爐,熱辣辣,香噴噴,教人莫不垂涎三尺﹗不久,食物上枱了﹗燒鵝配瀨粉,完美之作也﹗「一樂」的招牌燒鵝,貨源來自東莞,約五斤重左右一隻,即燒即食。我們要了半隻燒鵝$230,侍應醒目地送上三小碟酸梅醬。剛出爐燒鵝香氣撲鼻,鵝皮香脆,鵝肉香滑嫩又多汁,肉質不韌之餘,又帶少少肥膏,不太油膩,配上酸梅醬,一絕也﹗瀨粉$15碗,瀨粉晶瑩香滑,軟硬適中,嚼勁十足。湯底熱辣鮮甜,再加上燒鵝的油香,教人滿足。

We went to Yat Lok on a Sunday afternoon and dined in, order goose, char siu and stir-fried veggies.  All of it was good and the char siu was pretty amazing, we asked for half lean and half fat, it was super tender and tasty.  As we were leaving I ordered some char siu to go.  Same as when we dined in, i asked for half lean and half fat.  Sadly, when I got home I noticed that they had given us all lean.  I would say the quality was about half of that we ate when we dined in.  I paid a premium pr

I recommend dining there but not getting takeaway.

昨天經過中環一樂店,因為吃飽了所以錯過了,今日剛好做嘢又經過大埔一樂店,所以决定要斬反舊叉燒加料做餸。外賣時付款了就在外面等,所以冇得揀,想肥D或瘦D就要返屋企打開再看看你的運氣了。之前曾食過佢嘅燒鵝都算唔錯,同样係燒臘出品嘅叉燒就可能比下去了。叉燒嘅肉質吃來較實,蜜味稍為偏低,後生仔食無問題,老人家就要趙多幾啖了。人生的際遇在乎運氣,買一樂嘅叉燒亦如是,雖然今日買到嘅叉燒偏瘦冇咁好食,但我睇店上掛住嘅叉燒、睇起上嚟又幾肥美,希望下次我嘅運氣會好D啦!

上兩次嚟佢都休息,今日係第三次嚟終於可以試到!下午三點幾雖然未爆滿但人流都不少!我哋兩個人叫左一個燒鵝例牌,要上裝所以貴多$20,要$120再配一個湯米粉$15!等左一陣燒鵝上枱,佢份量大概有四份一隻燒鵝,顏色燒得好靚!佢隻燒鵝肶又真係幾好食,佢個皮燒得非常香脆,皮同肉之間夾雜著少少肥膏,而肉裡面好多肉汁,啲味道入曬落啲肉度,再配埋佢自製嘅酸梅醬十分美味!但如佢啲肉可以厚少少就更好!但佢個湯米就一般般,不過個燒鵝好食就算佢啦!

上兩次嚟佢都休息,今日係第三次嚟終於可以試到!下午三點幾雖然未爆滿但人流都不少!我哋兩個人叫左一個燒鵝例牌,要上裝所以貴多$20,要$120再配一個湯米粉$15!等左一陣燒鵝上枱,佢份量大概有四份一隻燒鵝,顏色燒得好靚!佢隻燒鵝肶又真係幾好食,佢個皮燒得非常香脆,皮同肉之間夾雜著少少肥膏,而肉裡面好多肉汁,啲味道入曬落啲肉度,再配埋佢自製嘅酸梅醬十分美味!但如佢啲肉可以厚少少就更好!但佢個湯米就一般般,不過個燒鵝好食就算佢啦!

叉燒燒鵝河 叉燒肥瘦適中。燒鵝雖然唔係熱辣辣燒起皮唔多脆,但係皮薄肉厚啖啖肉汁,而且唔會太韌太乾。叉燒同燒鵝都充滿炭火香,同其他又乾又有冰鮮味既燒臘好唔同。河粉有少許碎,但係一啖河粉,再一啖充滿肉香既清湯真係好滿足。

那天約下午0130時,要吃午餐,想起一樂(因為之前試過它的燒鵝外賣),于是去試試其他食品,一進入餐廳...無枱,行了一圈,有個侍應話那張枱,我們2人行去一看,坐不下,雖然是4人枱,已經有1個人坐,但是隔離枱亦有坐人,椅背對椅背,使到這2個位坐不下,正想離開之際,見到死角位有人走,一個箭步,成功找到坐位.一看menu,嘩...都幾貴.於是叫了一碟四寶飯($45)及一個午餐飯($40),原來是不包括飲品,例湯+$6,飲品+$10,先來個午餐飯...豉椒火腩飯,飯及火腩是凍的,只是個汁是熱的,無法,肚餓照食.祈待那個四寶飯...除了燒鵝,無樣好味,唉...一間在舊墟的茶餐廳,價錢比人貴,食物比人差, 早知就去附近的大x樂.已後都不會再去這餐廳了...
