今日終於嚟到一樂,第一次幫襯。講真,真係有的驚喜。完全值得推介。見到餐牌有撈麵,本來好想食。但係今日個肚有啲頂,所以叫咗一碗鵝髀米。一上檯,冇叫佢鵝髀分開上。所以鵝髀浸住喺碗湯米粉度咁樣出嚟。個人感覺唔係太鍾意。因為一般嚟講,浸住,梗係驚冇咁好食。不過,一試之下真係有驚喜!鵝肉非常有鵝味。肉質鬆軟,柔嫩。層燒鵝皮厚度適中,唔會太薄,又唔會太口厚。最重要係食落脆口!完全值得一讚!個湯底先係一絕!嚟到呢度,淨係飲碗湯都正!所以食碗湯米,非常滿意。值得一提嘅係,由於嚟親個個都係嗌鵝髀,所以我留意到,隔一陣,事頭婆就會嗌鵝脾暫停。呢個真係可以理解嘅!所以大家嚟食鵝脾,真係要靠運氣。食完一碗燒鵝髀米,真係太好味,好味道唔夠喉,想即時再嗌一碗。

個湯底先係一絕!嚟到呢度,淨係飲碗湯都正!所以食碗湯米,非常滿意。


值得一提嘅係,由於嚟親個個都係嗌鵝髀,所以我留意到,隔一陣,事頭婆就會嗌鵝脾暫停。呢個真係可以理解嘅!所以大家嚟食鵝脾,真係要靠運氣。


食完一碗燒鵝髀米,真係太好味,好味道唔夠喉,想即時再嗌一碗。

最近才知道这家小型烧腊店连续几年拿了米芝莲,朋友介绍他们的烧鹅不比镛记差。假期日他们有开门营业,午饭时间不用排队,一进去就马上有座位安排。餐牌上都是烧腊的东西, 普通的烧腊饭是50多60元,跟太兴的差不多,在中环这个地段也算是合理。丰富一点要了一份烧鹅脾汤濑,上桌时看到鹅脾也比较大隻,只是浸在汤内令烧鹅皮变软,吃不到它的香脆,有点可惜。但烧鹅肉真心的好吃,入口能感受到鹅肉的香味,是近期吃到最好吃的烧鹅。 至于配角的濑粉,粉余有点碎,口感不怎样。他们拿奖是有根据的,下次再吃濑粉时会叫他们分开上。

今日嚟到呢間米芝蓮一星嘅小店其實之前朋友已經帶過嚟食,我記得佢嘅份量好少,但係燒鵝嘅質素真係好好食,同你平時喺酒樓食嘅真係完全唔一樣啦,今次我嚟到又係食返燒鵝瀨,最基本嘅,因為我覺得燒鵝髀瀨一百幾蚊真係有少少貴不過之後有啲後悔,早知叫個燒鵝髀既然一場黎到燒鵝嘅質素無變,仍然都係好好食,個皮好脆啲肉好夠味,選下啲骨都好甜。奶粉嘅份量依然都係好少,我見隔離枱有另外叫一個淨瀨。 下次可以次下。服務態度又冇其他人講到咁差,阿姐都好好態度。
