我覺得全晚最好吃的必定是這個德島縣產阿波尾手羽先,那個雞翼是非常燒得好,皮燒得脆,雞翼吃下去滲出的是雞肉香和和肉熱辣辣的肉汁,燒得好到基本上你沒有抗拒的餘地,只是為了這個燒物以來都無撼。

白燒鰻魚又是另一碟燒得非常好的作品,平日燒得好嘅你知道佢主要用不同的燒汁配合那魚,這裡就是簡單以燒烤的法加上一點的海鹽來燒這個鰻魚,不需要醬汁,卻已經有那口和風味和美。

和牛壽喜燒串又是另一吸睛之作,用上新鮮的日本蛋,打過蛋黃就把那大大條和牛卷夾著壽喜燒的醬汁,那濃度厚度都是不能言傳的,的確,那股味覺就如把我帶到日本,也令我想起了上次在田舍家吃串燒的美好時光。

還有這裡另一主角,waffer Chirashi sushi 這個可愛的食物曾經在Instagram 看過別人post過幾次,今次到我去吃這個像珍珠一樣的餐廳震店之寶,新鮮濃味的海膽配合蟹子和壽司飯,在脆得一咬就斷的waffle餅中間如餐蛋治的原理,餅的鹹和那刺身的鮮有強烈對比,可恨的是這件小食太細舊了,如果大件一點應該會更滿足。

You may try two different way to enjoy M7 in one skewer! One is with mizuna veggies and enoki mushrooms, while the other one is with "clove bran" which is a special Kyoto's delicacy. The former one crunchier with a good bite from the mushroom, while the latter one gives a much smoother and denser texture, yet a bit lighter in taste. The generous amount of sweet and savoury sauce, along with a raw egg dipping sauce enhances the flavour from the fatty M7 wagyu, it is literally a party in the mouth!

Probably one of the most innovative cocktails on the menu. The sabi is a mixture of green apple juice, pineapple juice, green apple liqueur and sake, spiced with a touch of wasabi, and served with green apple-flavoured popping candy. The wasabi drink has just the right amount of spiciness to it but you may add extra ones into your cup if you can handle it, otherwise, green apple pieces can also be added to lighten things up. It is also recommended to make it more exciting by putting some popping candy on your tongue before drinking the cocktail!

They have a good selection of cocktails on the menu, this pretty looking cocktails is made with green apple, kiwi, sho chu and poire william liqueur. 無來一段時間,食物款式好像多了很多,更有一張博多時令精選的推介,看上去當然以博多牛腸鍋最具特色,可是卻不是人人愛吃,看見那層肥厚的脂肪就卻步了,可是食物越邪惡,就越是美味,配上那個香濃帶辣的湯底,又不是那麼令人感到膩滯。

主角的串燒陸陸續續送來,先是咸香惹味的明太子黑豚腩卷串,以燒得脆口的腩肉片來包著咸香鮮味的明太子,已是惹味之選,可是怎說也有點膩滯,所以店方更加入了紫蘇葉來平衡一下,不但中和了油膩,更帶來清新。不過,吃時要小心一點,稍一不慎,內裡的明太子是很燙口的。

接著的有白燒鰻魚及牛舌串,前者純以鹽來燒,吃到鰻的鮮味,而且燒得皮脆肉嫩,而牛舌則用上厚切的關係,令質感更為爽口彈牙,有時候真的很怕會燒得韌口難嚼,可是這兒卻是恰到好處。

雖然牛舌是做得很好,可是也不及和牛壽喜燒串吸引,試問帶上甜味的壽喜燒汁撞上北海道來充滿蛋香的蛋汁,那份縱錯交橫的滋味如何忍口,而且M7和牛內裡還包著水菜及金菇,味道鮮味,口感又好,最重要的是蔬菜平衡了肉的油膩。另外,還有包著丁字麵麩,一串已可品嚐了兩款,是全晚的亮點之一。

自細已愛吃燒雞翼的我面對著體型巨大的德島產阿波尾雞翼時,怎會不動心,肉質富彈性,配合控制得剛好的火喉,燒得皮脆肉嫩,而且肉汁還很豐富。既然雞翼是手,那麼豬手也是手吧,哈哈。這道博多風燒豬手,用料簡單,但卻做出意想不到的美味來,外層非常香口,也估不到會如此軟腍,好吃。

差不多到尾聲時,還有浜燒拼盤等著我們,店員會拿來燒烤爐,接著會慢慢開始烤海鮮,拼盤的份量有一隻大元貝、一隻蠑螺及一隻北寄貝,可選海鮮醬油或牛油來燒,個人覺得價錢稍為略貴了,不過幸好海鮮質素不錯,加上可自行燒烤,嫌吃飯悶時,不妨點來玩一下。

今次已是二次造訪,整體感覺上都不錯,只是覺得浜燒的價錢與份量不太對比,略貴了,如果下調一下或加多一點點的份量就最好了。

第一次寫食評,因為和預期有点差佢。不太好食,價格太貴。点了雞泡魚乾天婦羅,海膽威化,和風芝士,都不推介。其他串燒還可以但不算特別好食。本來訂7点半(可早点入去),但8点15分就要離開。
