𠵱家香港真係一年四季都可以打邊爐,或者已成為香港人出街食飯一個好選擇,因為係星期五晚所以預早一星期前打電話book位,當晚7點上到去已經全場滿座,好在book左枱,一行四人坐底就叫嘢食,先揀湯底,我吔揀左蘋果海底椰湯底,因為大家都喜歡食牛肉所以就點左碟鳥取和牛同本地肥牛,再叫左大花甲,豬什,響鈴,牛脷等食物,食物全部都好新鮮,尤其大花甲好鮮甜值得推介,鳥取和牛可以當刺身食亦可以輕輕灼幾秒食,雖然當晚全場滿座服務員都好忙招呼客人,但佢哋嘅服務一樣維持住有笑容好有禮貌去招呼,呢樣真係值得一讚,𠵱家香港揾到一間食物好而服務又好嘅食店就要多啲支持。

平時好少會來西營盤,今天經朋友的介紹下就來到一間富有歷史的英記打邊爐一睇個爐都感覺到餐廳經歷過時代的變遷,這個爐仲有個鐵環圍住,好有心環顧四周,發現食客都係著家居服,我猜應該是本打做街坊生意,侍應同街坊都會打成一片,好像朋友甘點餐紙左邊是豆腐肉片絲瓜湯,右邊是麻辣豆腐肉片湯真係好少有,好像飲緊屋企人煲既湯甘脆鯇片,好快比我食哂手切牛肉,家人說有點難咬豬頸肉,我幾喜歡吃,又比我食哂炸魚皮,我覺得硬左少少😅四寶丸

放假摵起條筋揾朋友嘆茶後逛工展會再睇戲,既然過開海,由屋企出發轉三程車至去到英記⋯⋯都要去嘆餐茶。皮蛋酸薑炸蝦筒必食,相信好少地方會有,現炸熱辣又香脆,面頭舖滿芝麻香氣撲鼻,酸薑跟皮蛋均衡分配,好好味。過橋韮菜卷過一過上湯無咁熱氣,充斥一下韮菜嘅濃烈,醮點辣油(英記自家製的要收$2一碟㗎)更加惹味。馬蹄糕表面吸引,味道清甜,但可惜下面係煎得奇燶,要去掉至放心食。菜苗牛肉腸,粉皮唔會有爛淋嘅口感,而且無芫茜在內最啱我口味。避風塘百花釀茄子最讚,茄子賣相靚仔蝦膠夠彈牙,食得出係借助了「橙色樽蓋」品牌的椒鹽味。麻辣三寶最為失望,上檯個造型已經扣分,麻辣汁好稀唔夠味,三寶就更加唔入味啦,這裡繼紅油抄手之後,這個三寶係第二樣無下次嘅食物。

今日同個uncle同事黎西營盤做野,佢話一年先來呢度一次,一定要食呢間酒樓。帶我嚟食下啲懷舊野咁話。豬潤燒賣我呢個90後真係第一次食啦。豬潤都OK厚,食落口偏乾身有趙口,岩我口味燒賣好大粒,彈牙!蝦餃嘅皮都係偏煙韌,蝦肉爽口!你一個迷你嘅蠔仔湯飯一啲都唔迷你,兩個人畢左四五碗。上個湯飯果時佢比埋胡椒粉俾我哋,我依家先知原來蠔仔湯飯配胡椒粉咁正㗎韭菜清爽👍🏻芝麻卷又係第一次食,uncle話係佢嘅童年回憶,不過我就一般般姐,覺得芝麻味唔算好香。紅油抄手冇紅油得醋...味道OK嘅不過有啲失望囉食咗六樣嘢計埋茶位最後埋單都係$211,都算係咁👍🏻

因電視節目介紹,我和兒子兩人特意來試這裡的懷舊火鍋。先點了鴛鴦鍋底,沙爹和海底椰,非常美味,有水凖。點了最貴的本地手切牛頸脊,極度失望,肉質十分粗和硬,沒有油花和油香,無論點淥都是很硬,店員竟然回應最近來貨的牛肉都這樣瘦。一碟三百元的牛肉換來這樣的質素,我一定不會再來。按電視節目介紹點了一碟羊仔肉,也非常失望,肉質很粗和硬,吃了五分一碟便放棄,店員叫我打包我也不願意,因實在太難吃。還有點了豬膶,色澤非常深色,無論點淥都咁腥,真難受。我以後也不會相信這電視節目的介紹。‘X哥的老點’,將餐費捐給有需要人仕更有意義。

My second visit after a recommendation from a colleague. We came here around 9 and no waiting was require. Both the cooked and raw is very good and fresh as always. The fish and meats and veg are very good quality. The service is decent. However, im not happy with the charge . We order a HKD108 beef. But were charged HKD208. When i ask them at billing. he said they ran out of stock so replaced it with the more expensive one. It a small price difference but very dishonest and they should have tol
