我叫了一個海鮮火鍋,明明所有野都係生料,但我已等了半小時才上到個鍋,再得了十多分鐘海鮮才到,足足45分鐘!他們的解釋是海鮮是新鮮,需要每樣掃乾淨才到,但我想問其他熟食就不是新鮮材料?我只是覺得有幾好食但要人等差不多一小時才出到個火鍋,我相信唔係一件理想既事。海鮮是ok, 我們要了清湯,都多配料,兩個人食岩岩好既,入到黎有茶飲,飲到成肚水都未有得食,服務係好既,可能唔夠人做野,但係一個咁既情況下幾好食都冇用。

奶白色的湯底很鮮甜,微微的鹹味中帶有蒜子的香氣,配菇菌類,一流!    

同時也點了川芎白芷水庫魚頭湯,再另加火鍋配料。
只是大家食得太開心,忘記拍照。 
這款不但可當作補湯,也可做火鍋,一鍋二食。 
這是首嚐川芎白芷湯,聽說有驅風驅寒的功效。
川芎白芷本身帶濃厚的香味,開鍋後香氣四散。
隔離枱的客人,看到我們的川芎白芷鍋,也要來一份。
現場就是兩枱川芎白芷雙輝映。 
大家食得太開心,忘記拍照。

餡料有底味,完全蓋過川芎白芷的藥材味。 

回家後,家人問:今晚係咪食左川芎白芷湯呀?  
原來那陣香味留在衣服上!   

這晚自己已經有二大袋戰利品,朋友們也有几袋呢!
幸好餐廳地方夠大,座位旁邊有足夠空間放我們的戰利品。

每袋戰利品呎寸:
大於古代<身心康泰>手提行李袋呎寸,
即是搭飛機手提行李的最大體積。

所以環境比高分!
果然行多步就搵到幸福。
