今日來到太子的有囍餐廳。餐廳已經非常多人,見到海鮮雞煲2人套餐非常吸引,有蒸海鮮,又有雞煲食,還有小菜,非常吸引呀。超值海鮮雞煲2人套餐套餐有籠仔荷葉蒸海鮮、滋味豬肚雞煲、清炒時菜、馳名蠔仔粥及是日甜品,每席$438。雞煲先上枱,要了小辣,雞煲材料非常豐富,內有雞、豬肚、大蒜、洋蔥及芹菜等配料,雞件切得比較大件,但都很入味,眾多配料令整個雞煲更為惹味。籠仔荷葉蒸海鮮有鮑魚、蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝及蒜蓉蒸鮮蝦。果皮蒸鮑魚,果皮味剛剛好,不會搶去鮑魚的鮮味,鮑魚帶少少爽口很鮮甜。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝也落了大量的蒜蓉蒸,令粉絲非常惹味,而扇貝新鮮又帶鮮味。蒜蓉蒸鮮蝦鮮蝦開邊,也放了大量的蒜蓉蒸,原來鮮蝦與蒜蓉的味道非常夾,蒜蓉更能提升鮮蝦的鮮味。蠔仔粥蠔仔粥,有魷魚、蠔仔、薑、芫茜及蔥,加少少胡椒粉,香香辣辣,有口感又好味哦。 continue reading

又係時候講屋企嘅花園扮靚,當然就係去到太子嘅花墟行下買下野啦!購物完之後仲有時間去食個午飯,行吓行吓就來到這間了!他們是中式菜館,見到他們的小菜圖片都好美味就入嚟試吓,午餐時段就幾款午餐選擇,主要係呢啲小炒粉麵飯!價錢亦都比較抵食,包嘢飲都係幾十蚊,但係係好大碟!可能係繁忙午餐時間,飯就好快就到,面就要等左一陣先有!我叫咗個青瓜炒牛肉飯,跟白飯食一流,我係覺得略嫌多汁,不過牛肉同青瓜份量都幾多,直情係比一般的多!吵得也不錯同事就叫左味菜牛肉煎米粉,米粉煎得香脆!跟多汁嘅餸菜一齊食又係咁好味!這裏的午餐的確抵食,加多幾蚊有埋嘢飲! continue reading

是晚約咗長輩級的食飯就揀間中菜啦!我上網搵左一輪見到太子呢間中菜館,啲人推話小菜够鍋氣又坐得舒服,一於就呢一間啦。場內嘅環境的確感覺幾舒服同埋新淨,裝修幾新潮的感覺,一個食中菜就去老餅酒樓或大排檔嘅固有印象。而且帶朋友嚟呢度食一啲都唔失禮!食中菜最緊要新鮮同有鑊氣,我都在乎佢夠唔夠份量,因為長輩想食魚頭,我地點左個鍋燒薑蔥水庫魚頭($138), 講真純粹為咗敬老先點呢個魚頭, 因為我真係唔識食的魚頭嗰種人。碟魚頭上到嚟我嘅第一印象係好香😍,我再嘗試去揀啲肉嚟食,真係冇乜肉,但係食食吓佢的骨又真係幾香,佢將成個大魚頭開邊炸到香脆,再配以薑蔥佢炆佢,鑊氣和味道都10分,但係我都仲係唔識得論骨,長輩對呢道餸嘅評價十分高,佢話個魚雲好好食而且最貴係佢。ok fine , 長輩開心就好了😆跟住我就點返一啲我鍾意食嘅嘢啦,就係椒鹽一字骨($88),食得出佢嘅一字骨醃得好入味再拎去炸,再去椒鹽,睇起上嚟有啲乾,但食起上嚟卻是好juicy會爆汁嗰隻,啖啖肉幼又易甩骨,因爲佢新鮮熱辣炸起拎上嚟,雖然好熱氣,但係好好食!👍食咗咁多炸嘢同埋肉,要食返啲菜,我地點左個上湯粉絲什菜煲($88), 超級大煲有成四五種菜仲有菇幾抵食!最後主食方面我哋揀咗福氣炒飯($98),侍應話即係福建炒飯,幾鍾意佢上面鋪滿了蝦,雞肉,冬菇和菜心粒,再加埋炒底係幾典型嘅福建炒飯,如果有埋帶子就完美啦!問返長輩意見佢哋稱讚呢度嘅大廚有啲料到,佢哋都覺得唔使下下話去酒樓食中菜,加上呢度又有冷氣環境又唔錯,味道同埋鑊氣拍得住大排檔,最緊要係價錢都幾實惠,我哋三個人食飽飽都係食咗四百幾蚊咋👍👍😋———————————————————店名:有囍 環境🏝:8/10服務💁🏼‍♀️:7/10 價錢💰:7.5/10食物質素🍝: 8/10 整體🙆🏻‍♂️:7.8/10地址:太子花園街232-242號禮賢大廈地下K-M舖 continue reading

今日喺旺角行完街,見肚餓就去附近嘅地方搵嘢食,不過喺旺角食你食去都係串燒,放題,米線,種類其實好少,以前去親旺角都會去一啲打冷嘅鋪頭度食,但係依家真係買少見少,最後經朋友介紹去咗一間叫餸食飯嘅餐廳,餐廳名就叫做有囍餐廳其實好易搵喺太子嘅食街,成條街都係好多酒吧一啲食雞煲嘅餐廳,事不宜遲介紹一下呢間餐廳先餐廳裝修燈光比較明亮,坐嘅位置亦都比較歡堂教歡樂坐得好舒服魚香茄子煲,茄子煮得唔會很油膩,食落大大條好爽,茄子煲嘅鹹香亦都好香,好少餐廳可以做到呢個水準蜜汁薯仔牛柳粒,牛柳粒一口一啖,送飯非常之一流,薯仔亦都炸過再會買牛柳粒一齊煮,令到口感外脆內軟薑蔥筒蠔煲,好非常之大隻煮完之後亦都冇一種縮水縮得好勁嘅感覺,薑蔥味道非常濃烈,味道同香味都係一百分 continue reading

置花添魚均是小妹之日常,花墟、金魚街早已足跡遍滿。有囍亦熟悉不過,知道新加了粵菜餐牌,正好是我的茶。有囍環境乾淨企理,座位舒適,比一般茶記高檔許多。茶位每位$8,無限茶水招待,可省回另叫飲品😄😄。加上粵菜,還是一盞茶比較合口味。點了滑蛋蝦仁 $98,蝦仁相當大隻,滑蛋亦做到滑口感,調味咸淡適中,加點蔥多點色彩,滿意菜式。少見的太極醬蒸元朗烏頭 $128,一魚兩味,有點新意思。橙色的是檸檬蒸烏頭,家常做法,酸酸的檸檬味,醒胃非常。蔥花豆豉的豉汁蒸烏頭,同樣是家常的餸菜,豉汁惹味,加上元朗烏頭肥美無泥味,吃得不亦樂乎。粟米魚肚羹 $88,味道偏淡口,屬少鹽湯羹,對身體有益。雖然我是個重口味,但對健康食品絕對有包融 😍😍。後加的椒絲腐乳唐生菜 $66,上枱時間超快,豐富纖維,輕輕腐乳味,爽口大件,健康之選。晚費甜品消暑南瓜露,用南瓜打蓉煮成的甜湯,口感綿潤,飯後一點甜,份外愉快。三餸一湯,家常便飯,方便就腳,價錢合理,難怪自己經常在這裏出沒。 continue reading
