Let's have a green Monday💚Youni除左gym仲有餐飲部,上次經過就買左外賣返屋企食。呢次試左Terriyaki chicken mixed grain rice🤗雞肉全部去皮,有雞胸亦有其他部位。雞肉唔鞋甚至可以稱得上嫩滑,怕肥可以唔好落晒照燒汁。係略縑紅米糙米飯比起正常偏硬 ,要咬多幾下。加埋隻水煎蛋 營養100分! 有晒carbs, protein 同good fat!另外仲買多件banana bread做甜品 🍌香蕉蛋糕口味清淡,口感似海棉蛋糕,只有屬於黎自香蕉本身既甜度,係健康嘅甜品!🌞今餐營養同味道都達標呢~~! continue reading

At first, I was afraid that I cannot get full by eating healthy bowl. But this shop changed my mind! Yes the sweet potatoes mash is super tasty! The chicken is quite smooth as well. And I always love eating broccoli. Perfect bowl for me! Enjoyable! continue reading

隔離位既同事不嬲都係養生人士,一日都黑都話捉我去食健康啲,我不嬲都唔理佢,我本身無肉不歡,叫我食菜。。NOWAY!不過見佢都叫咗咁多次我都無SHOW佢,唯有陪佢一次啦!呢間餐廳係開喺GOJI GYM下面,主要都係賣啲健康既沙律,同飯盒。佢樓上樓下都有位置俾你坐低食嘢。佢有啲午市LUNCH SET,連例湯或茶,我叫咗份12小時慢煮無激素豬扒飯。 12小時慢煮無激素豬扒飯-個飯碗唔係好大,但係放滿晒飯菜,上面就放咗件無激素豬扒,中間夾咗一層沙律菜,最底就係紅米飯,配上咗一個蕃茄醬汁。豬扒係煮得幾好味,難得唔放調味料,反而食返肉本身既原始味道。不過佢個紅米飯真係唔好味,好乾身,明明係熟既但食到好似食生米咁,我屋企都不嬲有煮開紅米飯,但都唔會咁硬身,呢方面有待改善。 continue reading

我本身都係呢間gym既會員,做完運動消耗晒啲體力,好多人都以為唔食野會好啲會瘦,其實諗法係唔岩架,只要食返適量既野就ok!!!!今日跑左成個鐘跑步機,沖完涼出黎要食返個飯補充一下!是日餐都有3個選擇,另外仲有啲沙律盒係雪櫃入面🙂🙃我揀左第一個:泰式香辣火雞碎飯 $50送湯 今日既湯係紅蘿蔔老黃瓜湯個湯都好清甜,不過好細碗架咋,3-4啖就飲完,始終唔係老火湯,冇媽媽既感覺,不過就有健康既感覺!🙂🙃至於個飯對於食開街外野重口味既人應該會好唔慣!啲飯加左紅米同糙米,所以比較硬身!佢好精明咁將啲豆,椰菜,紫椰菜,紅蘿蔔切到勁幼勁細,放埋落啲飯度,不經不覺就食左蔬菜啦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻至於個泰式辣汁實在就係成個飯既靈魂,如果冇左佢調味我諗我食唔晒個飯!不過其實個汁係唔辣既!個蛋都做到小小流心!哈!不錯!🙂🙃 continue reading
