還有兩個星期就是我最期待的聖誕節,佳節前當然要跟好朋友聚一聚,分享這一年的喜與樂,今次我們一行四人來到好朋友推介位於柯士甸道的Yours Milano,餐廳位於商業大廈內,靜中帶旺很適合朋友及情侶來聚會吃飯,而餐廳座位區分為戶外及戶內,早與晚的氣氛應該相當不同。 點餐後店員送上餐包,微熱麵包口感柔軟帶淡淡香草味,味道很好即便不沾餐湯單吃都讓人想細細品嚐。 前菜加了$48香煎帶子伴青蘋果蓉,想不到竟然有五隻帶子這麼多,帶子size算是中等偏大,用料很好煎成半熟吃起來好鮮嫩,配上青蘋果蓉酸酸甜甜多重口感,很有水準。 原來想吃牛扒,可惜賣完了,只好改選燒法國雞胸伴炒野菌,雞胸是正常鞋身帶點咀嚼的口感,幸好也不算太硬,反而旁邊的炒野菌充滿牛油香好美味,連皮薯仔也很值得一嘗,不只是裝飾而已,口感鬆軟薯香濃郁,不錯。 是日甜品tiramisu,口感濕潤,淡淡酒香入口香醇後化開很細緻,每口都讓人回味不已。 造型可愛的菠蘿雪葩,雪葩以真菠蘿盛,口感冰涼帶濃郁菠蘿味,凍冰冰好爽。 開開心心的一次聚會,預祝大家聖誕快樂吧!

原來想吃牛扒,可惜賣完了,只好改選燒法國雞胸伴炒野菌,雞胸是正常鞋身帶點咀嚼的口感,幸好也不算太硬,反而旁邊的炒野菌充滿牛油香好美味,連皮薯仔也很值得一嘗,不只是裝飾而已,口感鬆軟薯香濃郁,不錯。

這晚是日餐湯是 "栗子忌廉湯" 上面放了一片烘乾的香草包+巴馬臣芝士, 與湯同喝時, 會有不同的口感, 而我愛喝湯加點黑胡椒, 來提升湯的味道!

湯內還有栗子顆粒, 令湯的口感更有層次, 味道濃淡適宜, 不會令人喝後有糊口或膩的感覺!

喝完湯後, 主菜便出場了!

這款 "蒜香牛油焗波士頓龍蝦半隻" 連醬汁也是用龍蝦本身的膏所煮成, 再以沙律醬所調配而成, 用來沾龍蝦肉同吃, 令龍蝦的鮮味更濃更香!

而這晚所吃的龍蝦, 肉質十分鮮嫩, 配上細小的薯菜, 令晚餐增添飽腹感!

2款晚餐都附有甜品的, 而這晚的甜品是 "自家製芝士餅伴榛子醬" 為整頓晚餐畫上完美句號!

芝士餅用上了3款莓(藍莓, 野莓, 草莓) 再淋上榛子醬, 酸甜味令芝士餅吃起來甜而不膩, 味道剛好, 連不愛吃甜點的我家大少, 也讚這芝士餅不錯, 整個吃完!

在離開時, 才發現餐廳是"有營食肆", 怪不得每道菜上不會只有肉, 還會加入蔬菜等健康食材, 令吃起來更健康!

而且餐廳還得到雜誌封為我最喜愛食肆, 聖誕節將至, 想不到與愛侶去那慶祝, 這裡也是我心水之選!

總結:

這家意大利餐廳屬中級價錢, 而且有不錯的服務, 不論食物水準及質素都令人覺得值得!

而店員每送上一道菜也會向客人介紹一番及更換餐具(有需要的話), 令你吃用時更清楚及有像高級餐廳般享有高質的服務!

份量方面, 初時我家大少還以為會不夠, 但其實吃到最後一道-甜品時, 他都感到飽了, 這頓晚餐我倆都很滿意及滿足呀!

香煎三文魚伴檸檬牛油汁。煎得香脆而且份量剛好,檸檬牛油汁清清淡淡,與三文魚嘅濃厚魚鮮相映,能令到三文魚嘅味道提升。三文魚扒的魚油質感剛好,煮得剛剛好的熟永遠就是成功的秘訣。

還要讚這裏的配菜10分出色,有青紅椒黃瓜薯仔等等,全部都好新鮮而且味道很好。吃魚有一個好嘅地方就係你嘅過程能夠慢慢咀嚼,坐在對面的男生就會看著你的嘴,總比你喺度食牛扒大啖吃更加溫柔!

巴馬火腿係無乜得輸既,包住無花果食感覺又幾得意,不過就甜左少少啦。

雖然我唔太好甜品,但呢個Size岩岩好,唔太甜,軟硬口感岩岩好,中和返岩岩食光光既巨大肉肉,感覺真不錯!

整體對食物既滿意度都唔錯,冷盤以外我都覺得好給力:)

加上環境很舒適,坐得幾寬敞,到聖誕時再加多少少節日氣氛,應該很不錯!

顆顆都超大粒的煎帶子原來是日本3L刺身級的上等貨,怪不得煎過兩邊微熟的帶子亦然是珍寶級數,一口幾乎吃不完!

而且火喉just fit,兩邊煎得香香的,中間還是黏膩的刺身口感,所以食到中間有陣陣甜味透出來,比就咁食刺身多了一份層次感~

飯是意大利飯沒錯,不過因為硬心部分較少,而飯粒卻足分地吸收了醬汁而變得好肥好飽滿,食到香濃芝士味之餘,又食到好香蝦的鮮味,我估應該用高湯淆過,勁好食,軟中帶硬,口感特佳。

煙三文魚口感徘迴在生與熟之間,不會一咬即散,而較淡的煙薰味和cream cheese平衡感很好,不會搶大家風頭,又可互相提升味覺的層次。旁邊還放了幾塊芝士薄片,是畫龍點睛的所在,將那半融的芝士和着飯粒放進咀內,猶如投進一個芝士炸彈般令人享受不已。

高級餐廳通常收費貴一貴但塊扒就細一細,想不到這裡又有驚喜!

看得出起碼有10oz重的珍寶份量完全足夠二人享用,所以作為牛魔王的我們,見到已經非常高興同時流曬口水!

細心的店家還有預熱每一隻碟,所以當我360度影完塊肉眼都不會變得凍曬。配菜都好豐富,有薯塊、黃瓜一大堆。據說薯塊來自荷蘭,所以呈長條形,平時好少食到。

肉眼煎得很到位,兩邊煎好,以餘溫烘熱中心,所以就算 medium rare也不會太生有血水,反而將血汁都鎖住,食到很濃的牛肉味~而且肉質有小小咬口但一點都不會韌,整體令人相當滿意~

近期在佐敦工作,本來想試Birstro..又見這餐廳食評不錯,想靜静地坐上樓餐廳,便改變了主意。白色的大廈很易找,入到餐廳, 陽光透進来舒服,餐牌好像改了。138+10%,這餐廳服務不错。 暖暖香草飽,香噴噴不太油很美味 煙三文魚新鲜。有點咸,沙律酸了一點 番茄湯很清新,满满番茄蓉。。加點肉便完美盲曹份量很多,但不太喜爱這肉質。。题外話,樓下見到同一集團bistro,還有喜愛的鱸魚98+10%,地鋪比樓上便宜?應該份量多一點,這樣安慰自己,下次不要三心兩意

I ordered the pasta carbonara (penne), and the 'Yours Milano' pizza.

Starting with the positives:
The pasta carbonara was excellent; rich and flavourful, and was also quite filling.
The bread was warm and doughy.

Unfortunately, the pizza was just one of the worst I've ever had.
The base was just too thin, and not thin like a Napoli pizza; it was rock-solid, like eating off a giant cracker. Other than that, it was overly salted, and the chicken was at best plain, and at worst slimy. It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten in an Italian restaurant.
They also managed to get the order wrong, despite asking for confirmation.

They also refused to serve tap water, which felt needlessly cheap and antagonistic.
The price is listed on here as $100-200, but, for dinner, you can't buy a main course and a drink for this price.

Overall, very disappointed.

雪藏蛋糕,呢個名好得意,其實是指Semifreddo的翻譯。是指半冷凍的意思。所以個蛋糕又似雪糕質地,好特別!食落口,個感覺令人難忘。而這次食的是杏仁味的,第一次食就上癮了!

再來的黑松露野菌忌亷湯雖屬見慣見熟的配搭,但呷落味道卻一點都不簡單....

湯質感濃稠這一點固之然是重點,掏每一口湯進口腔都充滿著菌粒,再添加上置頂的那一小片松露簡直是尤如錦上添花,香得不得了....

一碗湯當然是不夠我們五人分,從a la carte menu中再選多一道同樣常點常叫的Minestrone....

在外頭喝到的大多是稀如水或一味下茄膏的偽貨色,今晚在此嚐到的卻是濃郁版本的 ---- 夠杰身又滿是料之作,喝得滿口菜蔬如小蕃茄及西芹的甜香,原因乃在於被煑至淰軟的一眾蔬菜,所有的甜度皆盡源於此....

魚肉進口全不感到有雪藏味,而且最重要是有下底味的所以就算沒醮那所謂的杏仁醬亦已相當不錯了,更何況有芬香馥郁的松露作陪襯 ? 不過可以改善的一點是那魚皮若是可以略煎至令其香脆那便是完美了....

同樣的道理,一個套餐當然不會夠我們全家人吃啦。經細心研究一下餐牌後,最後決定追加兩味意大利風極濃但又帶點變奏的主食....

意式薄餅上面滿滿的放了許多的煙燻三文魚片,但對來說最大的賣點的還是那烘得金黃焦脆的批底。在平凡以至劣質薄餅所嚐到的燶苦味是全然在此感受不到。儘管舖面的椒以及半溶芝士是多得很但墊在底的批仍不失香脆,這一點實在很難得....

煙三文的品質屬上佳,一吃便嚐到了那突出的燻香,肉質亦相當肥美....

另一道意式料理代表的risotto算是主食中較平凡的 ---- 意大利飯可以弄生帶多點米心才好;雞柳甚見滑溜夠入味;香草醬的份量沒有在吝嗇,醬本身也蠻creamy芝士量亦足夠 (光看連飯都可以拉絲就知道了)....

週年當然要慶祝一下, 但又不想花費太多, 兩口子上網搜尋了這間意大利菜
看相片覺得很吸引就來試試看~不過都幾難搵~
相片是離開時拍的, 所以剛關燈了~
週年慶祝總覺得要吃西餐才會感覺浪漫一點
環境需不是很浪漫, 但燈光陰暗的也延舒服的~
左邊還可以坐室外園景, 大概兩張台左右
走時再拍一張, 看到室外嗎~^^~
場是不大的, 但覺得用來租場辦私人派對也不錯~
餐廳是我倆一起選的, 幸好餐單內的選擇也彼合胃口~
先點杯 Apple Julep (Apple Syrup, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Lemon Juice)
味道太酸了, 不過飲後延開胃, 但個人不太喜歡太酸的飲料
先來剛焗好的麵包, 勁好味啊~外層脆口, 內層鬆軟, 而且是熱騰騰的~
意大利蕃茄蟹肉湯, 香濃的蕃茄湯和一絲絲的蟹肉混在一起喝~好正~
香濃的蕃茄湯完全淹蓋了蟹肉的鮮味, 但兩者混合一起口感很不錯~
蝦子餅點了牛尾蕃茄湯, 相比起我的湯, 這個湯就比較清了~
牛尾非常是軟, 入口即溶, 煮得非常入味,, 鮮嫩
喜歡吃菌類所以點了「扒珍寶大啡菇伴白酒紫蘇葉」, 未上桌先聞到菇香四溢
連平時不太吃菇的蝦子餅都大讚好味
本來一心想來吃意大利飯的, 但發現有意大利雲吞又想試試
畢竟不是很多餐廳吃得到
「意式牛肝菌雲吞伴黑松露忌廉汁」十分喜歡濃郁的黑松露香氣
啖啖入口令人回味的味道, 不過略遜一籌的, 芝味不夠香濃
但整體仍是會令人想一吃再吃, 黑松露控就更加是必點之選
蝦子餅點了主菜「香燒黑毛豬柳伴蘋果玉桂汁」, 他猛讚伴菜好吃, 哈哈~~
黑毛豬柳他說都好味, 不過唔夠 Juicy
當我以為食完之際, 竟然仲有主菜「香燒牛柳伴紅酒汁」, 哈哈~~唔知佢點左~
飽到呢~~~~ 不過勁飽情況下都試下, 又幾嫩喎~ 肉汁豐腴~ 幾乎唔洗點咀嚼, 不錯~
令夏沫忍不住再吃多一舊, 而且伴菜果然好吃, 哈哈~~
點解會說是中級價錢高級享受? 價錢不算太貴, 我們也算點多了, 兩個人一千多元
不吃牛柳應該八百多元就可以了~
這裡的服務真的很像高級餐廳, 幾乎每吃一道菜都幫您換晒整套餐具
當晚人客不多, 由於樓底不高, 隔桌說什麼都幾乎聽得一清二楚
這令我也不敢說話太大聲~哈哈~~
這餐週年慶祝飯, 我們都很滿意~原來兩個人一起選餐廳感覺也不錯啊~
往年都是由他安排的~哈哈~~
要找地方慶祝或約會, 這是不錯的餐廳~

Tried the Pizza, which was surprisingly nice, because the crucial pizza base and cheese were really good.
The base was crispy and not too chewy while the cheese was tasty and strong.

早幾日尋找下意大利餐廳,無意中找到這一間,就決定訂呢間同男朋友慶祝生日。地點易找到,門口清楚指示引導上餐廳👍入到餐廳,環境浪漫,侍應服務值得一讚心意意好多都想叫來食!後面叫左兩個湯;蕃茄蟹肉湯及雜菌湯👍 我個人鐘意雜菌湯,蕃茄蟹肉湯好像不太夾,但味道都好好飲。到主菜就選擇羊架及扁意粉,先講羊架;羊架7成熟對於我地來說已經好好,初頭侍應叫我地嘗試5成熟,我同男朋友互望了一眼都是決定7成熟,意粉略為偏鹹。值體都有95分了😆生日當然有生日蛋糕喇,訂枱時已經落order 準備一個生日蛋糕,咁岩男朋友去洗手間就叫侍應幫我準備,侍應好配合我呀,係佢後面拎出一個蛋糕,還說:生日快樂,她一早已為你準備,講慢用! 嘩....不得了,完全無溝通情況下有呢個環節,值得再加分,100分👍👍👍👍

心意意好多都想叫來食!後面叫左兩個湯;蕃茄蟹肉湯及雜菌湯👍 
我個人鐘意雜菌湯,蕃茄蟹肉湯好像不太夾,但味道都好好飲。
