有晚老公去買外賣,分別買左燒帆立貝、燒左口魚裙邊丼、雞皮餃子,連埋外賣盒總共$226。回來見到串帆立貝,我地都好驚訝!點解可以迷你成咁!每粒同手指公差不多大!敢收人$48串,真係祝你生意好呀!你做出黎唔覺得有問題既咩?咁都可以比客?真係好離譜!香港飲食業難做大家都知了,所以我真係幾年都無乜比過負評!但明知難做仲咁樣做生意真係覺得你應該反省下!其他雞皮餃子、燒左口魚裙邊丼都好一般!問個店員丼飯用壽司飯定白飯,佢可以問返你要乜飯?你地無標準做開咩架咩?感覺就係亂咁黎成個魚飯飯白雪雪無乜鮮味!唔好食!個樣好似病人食既野咁無乜顏色,睇見都無胃口呀!唔建議哂quota去食!無誠意既一間店!

【灣仔區】【魚鮮生刺身專門店】我呢晚本身已經返咗屋企,但係見到東海棠好可憐,就陪吓佢食飯啦,我都無謂講佢班機遲咗幾多喇,無謂揭人瘡疤。本身我係想打邊爐或者食燒肉嘅,但係當時已經有啲夜,香港都冇乜邊間任食放題喺夜晚十點後仲有做,所以喺銅鑼灣求其搵啲嘢食算。入到呢間日本餐廳就好有深夜食堂 feel,已經有唔錯嘅印象。一人對一碗拉麵先,佢食 $88 嘅「赤滝」,即係辛辣味,佢話幾好喎。而我就食都係 $88 嘅「青滝」,係用青醬整嘅,都真係幾好食。我都好清楚唔係因為肚餓所以先覺得好食,本身都真係唔錯。咁當然我哋唔會就咁算啦,見到佢哋有串燒食,都叫咗少量。首先係$58 嘅「燒牛舌芯」,我本身都係一個牛舌控,好中意同牛打茄輪,所以對牛舌都有一定要求,而呢一串牛舌心係燒得唔錯嘅,而另外 $38 嘅「燒白鱔」同 $28 嘅「燒雞腎」其實都唔差嘅。嘢飲方面,我就飲 $68 嘅「本村信州蘋果蘇打」,嘩咁樣一支嘢飲都幾貴喎,雖然都真係日本進口同埋幾好飲。而東海棠就飲 $48 嘅「巨峰提子乳酸」,佢都話 okay 嘅。呢餐飯埋單就 $458,我覺得價錢都相當合理,畢竟咁夜要食日本菜,佢算克盡己任。。。(地址:銅鑼灣登龍街31-35號地舖)#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #hkfood #food #instafood #yummy #foodlover #delicious #foodies #tasty #globaleats #tastyfood #foodpics #followforfollowback #love #eat #1am灣仔區 #銅鑼灣 #魚鮮生刺身專門店 #魚鮮生 #日本菜 #赤滝 #青滝 #燒牛舌芯 #燒白鱔 #燒雞腎 #本村信州蘋果蘇打 #巨峰提子乳酸 #1am1325 #1ambackup

係這家店試咗幾樣日式美食,咀嚼間彷彿走咗進屋企廚房一樣,好有人情味!拖羅丼仲記得好清楚,鬆軟嘅飯上面鋪滿咗油光發亮嘅拖羅,咁濃厚的香味,真係講嘢食咁樣!就連細細個嘅玉子和風牛肉丼都充滿驚喜,牛肉滋味豐富,跟著洋蔥香脆感夾雜,一啖飯一啖肉,滋味滿分!軟殼蟹手卷更加無得輸,啖啖蟹肉,外層脆卜卜,真正講到「香脆」兩個字都唔夠形容!環境上亦無話可彈,唔會太擠亦唔至於太吵。同朋友聚舊,嘆完飯再嚟杯啤酒小酌,梗係一流嘅選擇!每次去都有啲新鮮感,下次我仲打算試吓佢哋嘅極上定食,恩,期待再嚟一次滋味之旅🍣🍚🥢!

難食到嘔,拖羅無味又多筋,見到一碟爛肉唔知做乜。以為自己叫左手必肥牛,全餐飯最好食係個即食豆腐加麻醬,連都豉湯都勁難飲,鹹到腎虧,點解可以每一樣野都咁難食?同佢講佢個魚生切到爛曬同埋質素好差,佢淨係話同師傅講聲之後就無左件事,一啲都唔緊張自己嘅食物質素!講真唔係歧視,但成間舖啲人都係有鄉音,就知道中伏了。隔離枱食廚師發板話唔食生蠔,最後阿鄉音女人都係上咗生蠔俾佢,仲要唔俾人換,好心唔好出嚟做生意啦,搞到咩mood都無曬

喺銅鑼灣閒逛之際,突然想食魚生飯,見到魚鮮生痴喺門口嘅menu有得食,就入咗去。環境係普通居酒屋嘅feel,坐低之後staff同我地介紹餐牌,之後先知原來已經冇普通don飯食,得啲「廚師發辦」魚生飯揀🙂喺居酒屋feel嘅日本嘢餐廳食刺身?已經心感不妙🤡我同友人眼見時間都差唔多,費事再另外搵餐廳,就決定以身試伏🙏🏻我order咗一份九件嘅壽司定食,可以話係含淚食完🙏🏻因為係「廚師發辦」嘅關係,其實都唔知有啲咩食。咁二百幾三百蚊一份嘅壽司,啲staff亦都唔會同你介紹太多(雖然應該expect會有😅)。而憑我對日本料理有限度嘅認識, 我認到有赤身、海膽、火炙大拖(?)、赤貝、帶子、深海池魚、金目鯛、八爪魚,仲有一個唔識😂😂可以好明顯咁食得出啲食材其實唔新鮮😅😑seasonal嘅帶子唔鮮甜,火炙嗰舊炙到well done(正宗嘅火炙過嘅壽司唔suppose係咁?🙂),搞到舊拖羅十分鞋口🤡最激氣係舊海膽,包住壽司飯嗰塊紫菜淋到PK,食落有幾分四洲紫菜嘅感覺,海膽嘅明礬味超級重,食完嗰陣臭味喺個口度last咗幾個鐘🥴🤮雖然,你係收我270蚊9件壽司,但係啲quality都唔係差到咁掛💩💩以後唔會幫襯,不了🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙂🙂🙂
