再次計劃做運動,之前來到這一間舊式茶餐廳,但是內進後就發現內裏的裝潢不太古舊,難道翻新過?沙嗲牛肉麵,真是非常之強差人意,牛肉竟然是冷凍的,本人所說的冷凍不是普普通通的不夠熱,而的確是冷的,不知是因為放入雪櫃,還是擺得太久,本人當然要將牛肉,在湯內翻滾一下才能進食。公仔麵居然不是軟林非常,反倒是有點彈力,功架十足!多士不用加錢,也算是烤得非常之香脆,而且牛油不太少,旁邊的奄列也不是煎得非常熟,還有少許蛋呈流質狀。本人的茶走,奶茶味道普普通通,茶味尚算剛剛好。更為特別的是阿華田脆脆,上面的脆脆我本來以為是可可脆脆,但吃下覺得非常特別,好像有點兒像煉奶混入阿華田粉的味道。

遠看已覺這間茶餐廳歷史悠久,進內以為會十分懷舊,豈料又不是,估計應有翻新過,而且還設有fb果然舊懷也要跟得上潮流!茶餐指定食物火腿奄列、多士,奄列蛋略嫌太熟,沒有半點蛋汁,牛油多士則正常。沙嗲牛肉麵牛肉竟然可以是凍的,不是不夠熱咁簡單,是完全凍的唯有自行將牛肉浸在湯中弄暖,明白茶餐廳多數一早煮好牛肉,到客人點餐才放在麵上,但只少也有點誠意,上檯前略為弄熱吧!就算食物原本幾好也不會想吃!!五香肉丁麵屬正常,因罐頭食物也很難會出事。題外話,大家會否察覺,現在的五香肉丁跟往時不同,總覺得沒那麼辣,味道反而有點像回鍋肉,人大了,很多小時候的味道也失掉另麵條微硬有咬口,浸在湯內一段時間也不會變腍,不錯飲品反而有驚喜被檯面的宣傳紙吸引之下點了,名字好像是柯華田加爆脆,面層鋪上了一堆柯華田味的脆脆,柯華田沖得極度香濃,如果說有200%特濃朱古力,這個就是300%特濃柯華田!茶記指定飲品茶走,味道不錯,但被柯華田搶盡風頭

沙嗲牛肉麵牛肉竟然可以是凍的,不是不夠熱咁簡單,是完全凍的
唯有自行將牛肉浸在湯中弄暖,明白茶餐廳多數一早煮好牛肉,到客人點餐才放在麵上,但只少也有點誠意,上檯前略為弄熱吧!就算食物原本幾好也不會想吃!!

五香肉丁麵屬正常,因罐頭食物也很難會出事。題外話,大家會否察覺,現在的五香肉丁跟往時不同,總覺得沒那麼辣,味道反而有點像回鍋肉,人大了,很多小時候的味道也失掉

被檯面的宣傳紙吸引之下點了,名字好像是柯華田加爆脆,面層鋪上了一堆柯華田味的脆脆,柯華田沖得極度香濃,如果說有200%特濃朱古力,這個就是300%特濃柯華田!

遠離太子的旺區,有間唔錯的舊式茶記“源發咖啡廳”,裝修雖老餅,但食物水準卻不賴試左葱油豬扒煎蛋飯($38), 葱油夠香,撈太陽蛋的汁食一流,而且份量又足夠另點左下午茶餐的沙嗲牛肉包($26),沙嗲牛熱辣辣而且又多汁食到成到係汁,跟餐的熱奶茶夠熱又有茶香,服務唔錯,價錢亦合理,啱哂最愛茶記的朋友仔!

小時候常常去茶餐廳吃早餐或下午茶,總是喜愛吃朱扒米,對朱扒好像有些情義結。今天早上約了亞E去吃早餐,去了間張近十多年沒去的 "源發咖啡廳"。我就叫了朱扒米熱O茶,亞E叫番茄牛肉湯米熱O菜。叫完之後,亞E便走左出去,吾知佢做乜野,原來走到街市上買了我最愛的指天椒,我們最愛張些指天椒剪粒後,加豉油,左壓爛佢,等指天椒辣汁滿布豉油。久違了的朱扒米及番茄牛肉湯米,雖然味道不大好,湯很淡,朱扒也有些雪氣味。熱O茶也很普通,但小時候常常來吃,加上有辣汁豉油,那種情懷感覺多良好。這個早上簡簡單單和亞E吃個早餐,說說笑笑感覺多開心多溫暖。其實老人家只要你簡簡單單和她吃下早餐午飯行下街,她們便感覺到窩心,不雖要什麼的。簡單的付出換來開心的一天,很值得呵!

我就叫了朱扒米熱O茶,亞E叫番茄牛肉湯米熱O菜。叫完之後,亞E便走左出去,吾知佢做乜野,原來走到街市上買了我最愛的指天椒,我們最愛張些指天椒剪粒後,加豉油,左壓爛佢,等指天椒辣汁滿布豉油。

久違了的朱扒米及番茄牛肉湯米,雖然味道不大好,湯很淡,朱扒也有些雪氣味。熱O茶也很普通,但小時候常常來吃,加上有辣汁豉油,那種情懷感覺多良好。

這個早上簡簡單單和亞E吃個早餐,說說笑笑感覺多開心多溫暖。其實老人家只要你簡簡單單和她吃下早餐午飯行下街,她們便感覺到窩心,不雖要什麼的。簡單的付出換來開心的一天,很值得呵!

這個牛肉麵, 爽口, 牛肉夠稔. 個多士烘得剛好, 不太燶, 個火腿旦奄列, 又係用心機煎出來的, 沒有過火, 切開來, 還有旦汁, 好!


咖啡也是香濃的.

如果我家附近也有這樣的店, 多好!

多士 - 麵包唔算新鮮、而且像[再次]烘起一樣,又韌又,都算難食。
火腿奄列 - 很有蛋香味,還有點點脆口的感覺,幾好食。
叉燒通粉 - 叉燒很普通,通粉唔會太淋、幾爽口,可惜那裡的胡椒粉唔香,唔係一定更加出色。

阿媽買個下午茶餐我嘆。雞翼加沙律,加多杯熱華田。雞翼得兩隻咁大把!雞翼好貴咩!係多隻都唔過份啦!兩隻雞翼又唔係大,正常size,個皮仲要有毛!好在味道唔錯,個皮又炸得香;不過炸過火,好乾,肉好鞋。沙律就relatively 多d。有雜果、西芹同青瓜粒。個沙律醬好香。華田味道正常啦,都無難度。勉強俾個ok啦。

不過炸過火,好乾,肉好鞋。

沙律就relatively 多d。
有雜果、西芹同青瓜粒。
個沙律醬好香。

華田味道正常啦,都無難度。

勉強俾個ok啦。

義工過後,同阿媽去食個tea~看過下午茶餐,唔太o岩食,於是叫個茶餐。茶餐有牛油面包,火腿奄列, 沙嗲牛肉米粉加凍檸水。牛油面包我無食俾阿媽。個火腿奄列好好食,當然無牛奶公司咁滑,但都唔錯,蛋不會煎過火,有蛋漿流出。火腿又唔會太咸。沙嗲牛肉米粉帶微辣,但就無咩沙嗲味,米粉爽口。牛肉有o拿過,但仍然有牛味同嚼頭。間唔中食一餐兩餐都唔錯。但佢d款式就比較少啦。

我住太子呢一區都 10 幾 20 年啦.....細細個就一個禮拜嚟食幾次源發,但係唔知幾時開始違忘咗呢度,今個禮拜無意經過,就順道入去懷念一下, 食番餐,間餐廳冇咗以前果種港式茶餐廳嘅裝潢,因為裝咗修, 少了一點熟悉的感覺, 但多咗一份舒適,我照舊叫咗一份特餐,其實我去任何一間茶餐廳都會食特餐,因為我好鍾意奄烈同沙爹牛肉味道依然係咁正,奄烈外皮香, 用刀切開裏面有超多蛋汁流出嚟!真係冇得頂!至於沙爹牛肉就同以前一樣, 個醬汁夠濃,牛肉入曬沙爹味, 特別好食, (唔同其他茶餐廳咁, 牛肉還牛肉, 沙爹還沙爹)配埋公仔麵又好食又夠飽,同我食過嘅其他茶餐廳比明顯好食d,得閒我都要搵個機會嚟呢度食過早餐先,印象中佢呢度 d 早餐都唔錯

味道依然係咁正,奄烈外皮香,
用刀切開裏面有超多蛋汁流出嚟!
真係冇得頂!

至於沙爹牛肉就同以前一樣, 個醬汁夠濃,
牛肉入曬沙爹味, 特別好食,
(唔同其他茶餐廳咁, 牛肉還牛肉, 沙爹還沙爹)
配埋公仔麵又好食又夠飽,
同我食過嘅其他茶餐廳比明顯好食d,

得閒我都要搵個機會嚟呢度食過早餐先,
印象中佢呢度 d 早餐都唔錯
