花彫雞, 老闆話用左當歸等藥材去煮, 我就唔太食到藥材味, 主要食到酒味, 呢個雞好滑, 仲唔係凍冰冰的, 市面上的醉雞全部都係雪櫃欏出黎, 方便同快丫嘛, 但呢度真係即整, 暖暖地, 我好鐘意呢個!

淮山椰皇蒸越光米, 呢個唔單止賣相得, 真係食落真係WOW一聲! 佢用成個椰皇水去煮呢個飯, 飯面鋪左鮮淮山, 好鮮甜, 好夾! D椰肉仲好好味, 但可惜真係太飽食唔哂!

呢度因為做得唔多客, 又係老闆親力親為, D SERVICE 好好! 黎之前一定要BOOK位,佢地會WHATSAPP個MENU比你揀, D MENU都定期會轉的

食後感:食完呢9度菜我覺得好似食緊法國9度菜既感覺, 慢慢嘆,附近又唔噪,佢遂碟上, 又製作精緻, 我夠膽講佢呢度既食物質素好食過好多所謂6星級大酒店! 原來做中菜可似做到咁架, 值得去呀!

必須預訂的私房菜,5個大人2個小朋友初次嘗試,環境超級舒適,服務態度很好👍,食物味道一流。先黎蟹子沙律,好清新,好味😋再黎個🐷手,好淋,夠入味。之後有個不含味精老火湯😋九層塔煎蝦,🍤夠新鮮,不太乾身。壇香骨,酸酸甜甜,入口即溶,送飯簡直無得頂。😋😋😋蒸🐓一般,炒飯不夠乾身。上湯雲耳杞子浸時菜,都好味。最後,黎個唔知咩落神花糕,超好味,唔太甜有點酸,好醒胃。👍👍👍

蒸🐓一般,炒飯不夠乾身。
上湯雲耳杞子浸時菜,都好味。

當年讀金庸,見到黃蓉用最家常菜色「利誘」洪七公做郭靖師傅,便學到家常菜也可是老饕至愛,重點在有沒有巧手。月善東師傅便有那巧手。荔枝汁蕃茄,清甜。味近茘枝,口感是蕃茄。很有玩味黑松霧和帶子是絕配,帶子中間仍是刺身般軟。但最愛還是砵酒蠔,蠔甜,加上干葱吊味,現在是邊寫邊流口水。湯頭甜,蟲草花是上好貨,食味完全不同。蒜蓉蒸蚌仔,好吃到停唔到口,鮮甜到呢檀香骨微酸,好味好送飯。而肉很鬆。新鮮豬骨做到咁,唔簡單。隻鹽焗雞皮薄皮脆肉嫩自家製沙薑汁蝦子腐皮香菇,香香香。到最後,飽到不行,但甜品是有第二個胃消化的。哈哈哈
