今日同男友一齊重遊我地約會的私房菜餐廳, 仲記得因為我當時咳到死死下, 佢就係OPENRICE搵到呢間藥饍餐廳, 估唔到咁有驚喜, 今日再次登門造訪, 決定試唔同既菜式.今日唔使同其他食客SHARE房, 餐廳比左全間房我地, 坐得好舒服, 好有家的感覺! 我地坐到咁上下就叫佢地可以上菜.介紹下D菜式, 頭盤係黑松露北海道帶子, 四喜酵麩 及 醉卥鮮鮑魚.黑松露北海道帶子:好大隻, 只係輕煎, 外面香口, 裡面鮮味!四喜酵麩:我一向都喜歡食呢個上海菜, 佢個sauce好好味, 所有配料都好入味!醉卥鮮鮑魚: 鮑魚本身好鮮味, 個sauce入哂味, 鮑魚有夠腍, 正呀!鮮胡椒蒜片老虎大蝦, 個鮮胡椒蒜片就咁食都已經一流! 個味真係好香好惹味, 食落仲一D都唔辣. 個蝦唔使講, 勁鮮, 加埋D蝦膏, 好得! 而佢旁邊個沙律係用山楂汁, 一絲不笱! 好FRESH! 好食!虫草花淮山杞子百合燉螺頭烏雞湯, 嘩! 好好味! 我平時係街唔會飲湯, 因為多數都係味精水, 但呢度個燉湯真係100%真材實料! 好得!XO醬爆海參, 我個人嘛嘛地海參, 因為佢食落無乜味, 又滑潺潺咁, 呢度菜我就一般, 食

食後感:食完呢9度菜我覺得好似食緊法國9度菜既感覺, 慢慢嘆,附近又唔噪,佢遂碟上, 又製作精緻, 我夠膽講佢呢度既食物質素好食過好多所謂6星級大酒店! 原來做中菜可似做到咁架, 值得去呀!
