There are three branches in Hong Kong so far, TST, Central and Mong Kok.

I chose to dine at the TST branch thinking all three were the same, but I was wrong.

The prices and sessions varied at different branches, and worst of all the food range was the least at the TST branch.
There were only two dessert choices at TST, whereas there were more at MK and Central.
There were no clams in soup that was served in MK, and there were lots of other dishes that were available elsewhere but not in TST.

The price however was roughly the same as other places.

From the review the food looks ok for the MK and Central branch, so next time I will go to the other branches.

As for the food, the laksa was too spicy and the papaya salad was actually made of shredded white carrot not green papaya.

The seating was cramped, not as spacious as the other two branches.

今次再來吃晚餐. 18:30 前入座 有 八拆. ( 限 2 個鐘 ) 依然有不少款式選擇. 用 任飲任食價格是無要求. 魚生. 有三文魚.吞拿魚,立魚, 赤貝 ,等等 上算新鮮熱葷 有越式粉卷 +牛河 D 牛肉有點老, 咕嚕魚塊,+ 牛油焗雜菜 + 馬拉棧炒通菜 = ok 壽司 : 蟹子 + 墨魚 + 立魚 = ok 燒雞軟骨 + 雞肉 好好味甜品 : 木康布甸 好好味 , 芒果布甸一般.環境/服務 算 ok , 上菜快 最少無吹我走, 冷氣好像唔係好夠.

27. 西洋菜蜜(熱),開頭覺得甜度OK,唔太甜,但飲到底就超甜,因為冇攪攪棒嘛.
28. 金蜜桃特飲,唔太甜,蜜桃味清.
29. 綠茶(熱),一杯好細杯,要叫多兩杯o黎飲,呢個正常.

TW食,我冇食o既: 馬豆糕(冇評價),芝麻鰻魚壽司(好香芝麻味),

環境:
我o地去到時係搭枱,明明兩張枱可以分開,經理見我o地好驚訝,佢至將兩張枱分開.
都坐得幾舒服,不過通道好似窄o左啲,侍應行過成日都撞到我張椅.

服務:
會畀o左同亂畀食物,我o地剔o左椒鹽鮮魷冇o黎到,竟然畀o左椒鹽三文魚.又無端端畀多串o野我o地.
不過都算勤快啦.

衛生:
座位o既地下黐笠笠o既.
我食刺身沙律時,竟然食到一粒粒煙煙韌韌咬唔開o既o野,原來係發泡膠粒.

總括而言,$168.00一個人食到多國菜又有火鍋,都係唔錯o既選擇.

講到食,就係因為佢多選擇先揀佢,本來日式放題親戚都唔好(主要係唔好生嘢),但仲有埋泰式、越式同中式,抵過晌酒店食Buffet先諗得過,6:30pm前大人收$168,但有八折,另收加一(6:30pm後大人收$188,睇人數多少另有折),小童就全晚$98。去到仲見有埋火鍋,不過唔食都得,啲料好「雞」,我估相信因為天氣凍先至「同場加映」,選擇少,質素麻麻
。至於其他嘅,我就覺得日式唔得,尤其魚生同天婦羅,前者好似未解凍好咁,啲八爪魚同北寄貝都好韌
;後者就差唔多同凈係食舊粉無分別
。而中泰越都係有好有唔好啦,整體只係一般;而飲品相信汽水同鹹檸七最飲得過,其他都唔OK,椰汁紅豆冰,無味豆有啲硬
;荔枝蜂蜜特飲,唔好以為有荔枝肉,應該係用荔枝蜜溝石榴糖水,怪味
甜品比起一般日式放題多選擇,好似有芝士餅、芒果布甸、木糠布甸等,質素唔差喎,算係咁啦!如果要講好食,都唔係無,好似鰻魚炒飯
,真係幾得,仲有雞絲粉皮、串燒雞翼、串燒冬菇、燒金菇牛肉卷、越南蔗蝦、芝麻海鮮條、泰式蝦餅

成晚最鑊嘢係啲服務,勉強幫佢搵個原因,都係懶客多,爆晒場,我哋走時外面仲有好多人等位,不過,唔係借口囉,根本無論樓面、廚房都唔夠人手,行政、流程樣樣都咁亂。如果唔計依一環,我都俾個OK佢,但計埋服務,好老實講句,真係3個喊都俾得落手。唔係直覺,係成晚咁多事例嘅經歷:
1.
一開始點嘅壽司,可以係全晚最尾先嚟,初頭仲以為係漏單添,估佢係啲新單一路疊上去,舊單就積係底,無處理。奇又奇在依個情況只係發生晌壽司度,其他食物又無喎!咁漏單都預咗,情況一般,不過上嘢好慢,有時點咗嘅嘢等好耐都未有。催咗都係咁!

最後嘅半個鐘前,要last order,我哋嘅最後一擊係叫甜品,結果7:30pm落單,8:00pm都只係嚟兩碗紫米露,同個侍應講話要我哋交枱,但大部份甜品又無嚟過,咁佢先一口氣執十款八款嚟,但場面真係好亂!所以連一張甜品相都無影!

因為有小朋友生日,預留咗兩個蛋糕,電話講過要芒果同士多啤梨,嚟到又同個疑似副經理嘅女士再講,結果送嚟嘅係芒果同黑森林。同樣7:30pm叫佢拎得出嚟,7:45pm見未到,問番之前叫佢可以上蛋糕嘅侍應,佢既然反問番我個蛋糕仲未嚟呀,明顯又係將件事交咗俾另一個同事。
4. 佢哋唔會有一兩個侍應專責番露台位嘅食客,所以,有漏有錯,根本無人理,同送菜嘅侍應講,佢都係有啲敷衍問你漏咩,但未聽完就走咗去。

餐飯搞到8:15pm,叫埋單,仲亂,個女侍應一走過嚟就話張單四千幾蚊,一睇就計晒我哋28個大人。我話我哋依度得27個人,仲有幾個係細路,佢就話我哋訂位時講28個人,大姐,真係無嘢丫嘛,食放題又好,食buffet又好,都會同個客晌中段時間對一對人數架啦。唔通我訂位時講24個人,依家你會收我24個人嘅錢咩?一輪擾攘,佢要數人,OK,我叫番晒我啲親戚坐定定俾你數,當中幾個細路,仲要捉出門口度尺,睇吓收大人定細路價。跟住係個男侍應拎張單嚟,係就係收27個人錢,但都係計晒大人,唉,係唔係咁都搏我大霧呀?又要同佢講番個情況一輪!最後,輪到個著西裝嘅經理嚟,仲搞笑,係計咗兩個細路,但又計番28個人,真係吹啤啤,不過依個經理可能話得事,而且佢又唔清楚之前發生咩事,佢凈係問我一句,幾多十人幾多細路,就即係入去改過張單。之前都唔知係個收銀定侍應玩嘢?你埋單埋到咁亂,搞咗15min,咪又係要外面嘅客係度等!

仲有其他激氣嘢,不過以上5件已經夠晒頂癮,亦係自己飲飲食食以哩以服務計最經典喇!

手握類的飯糰還是帶點鬆散,吃了三文魚玉子兩款,味道普通。

其餘還有帶子螺肉等,其上面塗了醬汁,軍艦則是以蟹籽為主。總不算難吃。(以超市的外賣壽司為標準)

始終家人也不太好生吃東西,改點了一些火灸的種類,熟吃的有鰻魚三文魚,其中一款軟殼蟹卷,上面加了溶化的芝士上去,味道香口之餘,也吃得較為放心。卷物有加州卷、海苔卷蟹籽卷三味,塗上沙律醬,想是迎合了港人的口味吧 ! 內餡應是青瓜碎吞拿魚蓉等。

蒜片炒牛柳粒的肉質還算是鬆化,始終不是席前的鐵板燒,論熱度有所不足。另有日式雞軟骨,有的是口感爽脆,欠的是熱騰香口。

東南亞類有燒牛肉串沙爹雞串,勝在肉質軟熟而醬汁味濃,最後來了兩串燒雞尾腸,是家人喜愛的東西,也不理甚麼平貴,旨在吃得開心。

炸/揚物
先來的是和風炸豆腐,外層炸得香口鬆化,配上醬汁的口感亦算甚滑。

天婦羅分別有炸海老、炸蕃薯炸南瓜三味,這些東西趁熱下還是可以一吃的,家母也老實不客氣吃了多件炸蝦,個人覺得沾的蛋粉漿還是厚了一點,但弄得不油膩,也不能要求太多。

也有越式春卷、蔗蝦、泰式蝦餅芝麻春卷等東南亞口味,屬於超市急凍的貨色,趁熱下不失香口,另有中式的西檸軟雞,較受家父所鍾愛。

飲品
冷熱的款式選擇也多,只點了鹹檸七一款,勝在可以消滯,也有啤酒任飲,用的來貨只是「藍冰」而已。

要讚是泰式冬蔭宮,酸辣度十分足夠,內有鮮蜆一隻,整體上味道不俗,只是烹調需時,落單後久等才能上桌,煩請稍等。

菜蔬類
生吃的有泰式的青木瓜沙律,弄得口感清爽,醬汁酸辣,吃得十分開胃,當然不能希望加上地道的鹹蟹仔上去。

泰式的鹹魚粒炒芥蘭,菜質爽脆而不苦澀,加上鹹魚末後同炒的食味,總不算淡寡,另有牛油炒鮮菇,食味不過不失。

東南亞風味
辣椒膏炒蜆食味一般,辣度足夠的,只是用的鮮蜆殼多肉少,多是炒到離殼。

越式札肉粉卷味道倒是不俗,餡料是花生肉碎,內裡加了酸魚露,略嫌粉皮厚了一點,其餘炒貴刁的味道也淡,鑊氣欠奉。

甜品
最後的一環,選擇比想像中還要多,中式的有紫米露,色深而味濃,是酒樓飯後糖水的貨色,家父母是老式人,也不太抗拒。

中泰式糕點有椰汁榚、馬豆榚、桂花榚,配上芒果布甸,不過不失的水平,另有杯裝雪榚任吃,雀巢的味道,其實也是不差。

最後要提西式的餅食,藍莓芝士餅弄得較甜,奶酪味不重,只屬一般,只有家妹試過Tiramisu,她說不錯的話,我也相信差不到哪裡去;最後的木糖布甸,是好味到拿出街賣也不會失禮的貨色,三層瑪莉蓮餅碎隔著下的忌廉芝士,香滑度和甜度都令人滿意,是出色之作;可惜當晚供應有限之下,總覺侍應「就住就住」地拿出來。

賽後檢討數件事
(i)可能事前不抱太期望,食物平均水準在一般之中,還算可堪接受,略嫌有些東西熱度不足,想人手有限,令送上來的時間總遲了一點。

(ii)一週之前已經訂了位,到取檯時卻也要稍為遲疑,發生疑似的"Missing"事件,最後總算供應了檯子給我們,否則換來一場掃興,不免憾事。

(iii)總共吃了近兩個小時,侍應明言如可在一個半小時內完成,可獲九折優惠,但如吃得太急太趕的話,這慳回來的十元廿塊,也不太值得。

(iv)撇除人手不足的情況,侍應態度還算有禮,手腳上也算勤快,也有提醒我們最後的落單時間,只是吃放題時常見的漏單情況,始終仍要發生,主要集中在中後段,雖然也催了單,最後也是漏了一至兩味,將心比心,也不能抱有太多苛責了。

(v)論地方不算細,可能受當晚節日的關係緣故,Booking爆棚之下,也坐得比較迫,我們五個人早到,還算好一點,對面一張四人卡位要坐六個人,單是齋看也覺不太舒服,臨走後見門口擠滿等待的食客,看聖誕新年這假期日子,永遠是餐飲業界的「搶攤潮」.............

(vi)也在Openrice 印了數張此店的優惠卷,理應可慳付廿元,但侍應說假期之下停止使用,大時大節之下,是可以理解的,總覺條文欠了一點清晰的指引。

最後每人約廿百元的價錢,吃了那麼多東西,合乎「貴多不貴精」的要求,作為但求氣氛熱鬧的「節日飯」,一家人總算愉快離場,最後祝各位Openrice食友們,飲和食德,聖誕快樂

今日同Apple一齊慶祝Carol生日,我哋選擇咗去和味館,我好耐都無食過放題。我book咗7:30pm,Apple早到,一邊點食物一邊等我哋。我order杯熱綠茶,好苦澀不過Carol話荔枝茶好好味!刺身真係唔少得,算係幾新鮮,唔會有雪味有沙律醬o既壽司真係好好味,但不能食太多,會好快飽,食唔到其他嘢唔抵係咪真係唔知乜東東呢?一放上枱,我覺得好似枝波板糖咁,原來佢係洋蔥呢~哈哈,無乜特別,係個賣相夠cute串燒我平時多數都會揀雞多,依家食自助放題可以試吓冬菇、丸類,淡淡哋都啱我o既牛肉金菇卷好淡,直頭係無味o添呀!粉皮加酸醋就更加好味~煎炸嘢夠香口點都係好味~正三款cake竟然係芒果最好味噃~~我食晒呀朱古力唔好味囉,我好失望呀tiramisu又係我一個食晒~哈哈重有雀巢雪糕,我梗係揀朱古力味啦食完都係唔爆場,可能係閒日啦!P.S.平均每位係$168.00(+10% service charge)

青木瓜絲沙律 - 朋友特點o既, 但就唔啱我胃口, 因為無乜味
冬蔭公炒大蜆 - d 蜆根本無炒過, 只係湯浸之嘛, 蜆有蜆無味, 冬蔭公有冬蔭公唔夠味
咸魚炒芥蘭 - 芥蘭嫩度還可以, 但就無咸魚囉
越南炸蝦餅 - 只食到超勁香芧味
越南蔗蝦 - 呢個ok, 真係食到有蝦味, 對辦

串雞翼 - 呢個都燒得ok, 香脆可口, 一串一隻容易食
燒多春魚 - 夠味, okok
燒冬菇 - 乾咗少少, 但我仍然鍾意食
荔枝蜜 - 一個字淡, 飲水好過
咸檸七 - 非常好味, 全枱人都飲佢
木糠蛋糕 - 太多木糠啦, 啖啖都淨係食到木糠, 根本唔知蛋糕係乜味

<服務>
無漏單, 上菜快, 但上菜好鬼鼠, 成日擺响枱角我哋又唔知, 好彩無撞跌落地.

後記 : 雖然唔駛二百蚊一個人, 但食物質素只屬一般, 呢個價錢可以有其他選擇.
