We came here for yum cha and, of course, had to try the famous Yung Kee signature roasted goose. It’s juicy on the inside, with a perfectly crispy skin. Packed with flavour even without the sauce..We also tried a variety of dim sum, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the steamed rice flour roll with beef and Chinese yam. The added yam gave the texture a lovely lift. Another standout was the pan-fried bean curd sheet roll with mushrooms and sliced taro. 上星期日本朋友帶同大兒子來港幾天,幾位老朋友必然安排聚餐見面! 事前用餐地點安排考慮到一位幾歲屬於非常好動型的小男孩,同時用餐環境亦要適合友人們安坐長談,而食物質素和口味更要兼顧小朋友和大人的口味,於是想到 K11 Musea 的 「鏞鏞」,正好日本朋友的酒店也在附近!上一次到訪「鏞鏞」是 2021,四年之隔,發現食物水準依然不錯,大家對食物和服務也十分滿意,加上配合天朗氣清的好天氣,飯後到露台欣賞香港美不勝收的維港夜景,此飯聚實在完美!第一道前菜是雞樅萵筍靈芝菇 HK$118,滑溜的靈芝菇配以重香微辣,十分開胃。軟滑中搭配爽口的萵筍絲和香氣十足的雞樅菌,為口感和味覺帶來不一般的滿足!友人說來到「鏞鏞」一定要嚐燒鵝,我認為是對的!鏞記正宗燒鵝 (例牌)HK$300 的份量切合我們幾位女士胃納的容量。若要評當晚吃過的幾道菜式,燒鵝不算差,但是應該是最沒驚喜的一道!「鏞鏞」秉承「鏞記」半脆半腍的鵝皮特色,說不上是我杯茶,但本已是意料之內,要挑剔是鵝肉未見得有過人的吸引力,例如平淡的鵝肉香氣,幸好鵝肉不算粗糙!而我喜歡的亮點是帶有花生香氣的鵝汁,為鵝肉平添不少滋味,而軟硬適中入味的蠔油豆和梅香清雅的酸梅醬是加分之處!有驚喜的燒汁百花煎釀帶子 HK$320 ,不單止帶有外脆內嫩的口感,還有香彈飽滿的花膠餡,與及香甜滋味的燒汁,是一道老少鹹宜的好菜式!桂花蟹肉炒粉絲 HK$280 的蟹肉雖不算豐富,但展現上炒功不錯的煮藝,炒得乾爽之餘配合柔和恰好的調味,將傳統桂花翅應有的香氣散發出來!皮脆、肉質細嫩彈牙,再蘸上粉紅岩鹽和檸檬汁佐味,面前的當紅脆皮炸子雞 (半隻)HK$330 吸引力不凡,也提升了食客的食力,讚!蝦片成為是小朋友的至愛。經常有感處理得宜的素材要比肉類更能吸引味蕾!採咕嚕肉的做法,以菇替代豬肉,入口香脆夾雜菇香與惹味的甜酸,將令人滿足的滋味共冶一爐的鮮鳳梨"菇" 嚕球 HK$180 ,便是一個超讚的好例子!順便替日本友人補祝生日,預訂了萬壽蟠桃 (6隻) HK$108,雖只選了半蛋黃,但包質鬆彈、蓮蓉蛋黃也好吃,相當不錯!K11 Musea 是香港鮮有個性的商場,場內空間感足,還有不千篇一律的品牌、食肆,戲院,為我帶來一個閒逛消費好選擇,希望可以繼續下去!

上個禮拜六同屋企人加埋兩個細路去K11 Musea行街,行到腳仔軟,就搵間坐得舒舒服服嘅餐廳食晚飯。見到鏞鏞藝嚐館個樣幾grand,諗住試下。我哋人多,叫咗幾樣餸share。我哋叫咗例牌嘅「招牌燒鵝」,啲皮好香,鵝肉又夠嫩滑多汁,兩個細路都爭住食;另外叫咗個「鮮鳳梨咕嚕肉」,酸酸甜甜,啲豬肉炸得外脆內軟,小朋友最鍾意。仲有個「揚州炒飯」,炒得夠乾身,料都足,大人細路都啱食。甜品我哋試咗個「生磨蛋白杏仁茶」,香滑得黎唔會太甜,暖笠笠好舒服。一家大細食得開開心心,食物質素又有保證,下次家庭聚會可以再考慮呢度。

喺尖沙咀 K11 Musea 附近返工,成日都煩惱食晏食乜好。聽同事講鏞鏞藝嚐館個午市套餐好似幾掂,今日就約埋一齊去試下!餐廳環境幾舒服,坐得闊落,唔似有啲地方咁逼。我哋都係叫咗個「行政午市套餐」。個set真係幾豐富,有齊前菜(皮蛋酸薑、叉燒、油雞)、兩件「精選點心」、一個湯(我揀咗「蟹肉蛋清粟米羹」,幾足料又夠熱)、主菜我揀「XO醬蝦球帶子」,蝦球爽口,帶子都幾鮮甜,XO醬夠惹味、仲有生炒臘味糯米飯同埋甜品、嘢飲。個糯米飯炒得幾香,有臘味嘅油香,唔錯。成個套餐咁多嘢食,味道又唔錯,喺 K11 Musea 呢個地段嚟講,我覺得CP值算幾高,絕對係一個唔錯嘅午餐選擇,下次可以encore

朋友之前介紹過呢間Yung’s Bistro,話係主打精緻點心同埋粵菜,今日終於約齊腳嚟試試。我哋點咗個 雞樅野菌炒鮑魚,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅菌味,估唔到雞樅菌同鮮鮑魚嘅配搭咁有火花!鮑魚片爽口彈牙,雞樅菌鮮甜,成個味道好有層次,真係色香味俱全。另外叫咗碟 乾炒牛河都好有鑊氣。牛河炒得夠乾身,唔會油淋淋,牛肉份量足,食落有啲焦香,河粉都索到味,算係有水準之作。整體嚟講,呢度環境幾舒服,唔似傳統酒樓咁迫。雖然價錢唔算平,但係啲菜式睇得出係用心製作,無論賣相定味道都有板有眼。如果想試下啲精緻啲嘅新派粵菜,呢間絕對可以一戰。
