一段時間沒有食自助餐剛好遇著公司活動於酒店仲包這裏的中午自助餐環境十分整潔 因為係包場 所以取食物的地方不算太大蠔吧 未開始食 見到即流口水蟹肉粟米湯 暖胃先味道～足鮮蟹肉 甜中帶點鮮口感～厚度剛好 不會杰如漿汁 稀如水上三 法國蠔味道～ 清甜 冇海水咸或鐵味口感～爽 不creamy下三 美國蠔味道～淡口 有少少回甘口感～爽 不creamy牛肉～有肉味 唔柴口意式雲吞～白汁味重 內餡突出其他一般 基本水平 沒有特別驚喜芝士蛋糕味道～芝味膿口感～滑 少許軟身 提拉米蘇味道～夾餅咖啡味包滿口感～creamy 軟滑 continue reading
