好耐冇寫食評,因為好耐冇食到啲值得我去 花時間寫食評嘅餐廳。今日朋友約我上嚟呢間餐廳, 叫咗三樣嘢, 一個雜錦pizza, 一個單骨蜜糖雞翼, 一個海蝦明太子意粉。 三樣都好渣好難食 , 完全冇誠意,逐樣講畀大家聽 。先係個pizza , 係我朋友點,啲料都係嗰啲 切到比紙更薄嘅莎樂美腸加啲芝士, 冇乜特別, 不過唔緊要 , margarita 都係上面搽啲茄汁同埋幾塊羅勒葉啫, 最緊要pizza 個餅底。 不過最出事就係個餅底。 根本就係現成交返嚟嗰啲餅底嘅質地, 皮厚而味道似印度嗰啲nan餅咁, 咁你想像到係咩味啦, pizza hut啲friend, 不過pizza hut都有芝心批佢冇。 上面放啲料焗返就拎出嚟畀人食, 我以為我食緊超市冷藏買返去翻熱啲pizza,失敗。 單骨雞翼, 根本就係交返嚟嗰啲貨。 煮食其中一個最大要訣就係盡量保持返食物嘅水分, 所以嗰啲切細再煮嘅食物, 必須要更小心處理。 呢啲交返嚟嘅貨,擺喺冰格唔知雪咗幾多年,仲要切到咁細件。跟住佢就 揼落炸鍋度炸番熱,出到嚟梗係乾真真啦。佢哋就貪方便買呢啲已經煮好咗調曬味嘅貨,就咁炸返就賣畀人。 我見佢menu裏面嗰啲小食都係現成交返嚟嗰啲款式,呢啲係最唔好食, 正常炸完都仲要做好多後期功夫先至畀得人食, 因為現成返嚟嘅貨調啲味都唔好,失敗。最後個意粉, 明太子海蝦意粉。 依家啲海蝦 68蚊斤20隻到啦, 佢拎去炸,大概有五六隻, 細細隻。 佢想畀新鮮蝦你但係成本貴所以買啲細隻嘅。 但係咁樣唔好睇。 其實只要識煮同調味,用雪嗰啲大明蝦一樣好食, 成本亦低啲, 又好睇啲, 你睇酒樓嗰啲蝦球炒麵,鴛鴦飯都唔係用新鮮蝦啦, 咪一樣可以煮得好食。 不過呢樣唔係最緊要, 最大鑊係個意粉。 嚟到一pat嘢, 原因因為佢用啲現成嘅明太子汁撈落啲意粉度。 但係嗰啲明太子汁其實冇乜明太子,最重要係冇乜明太子味。 啲意粉撈落啲咁濕嘅汁就淋曬啦, 我仲以為自己食緊韓國嗰隻炸醬麵不過唔係黑色咁解。 食意粉要爽㗎嘛,點會搞到咁樣一pat? 就算carbonara咁杰啲意粉都唔會咁淋啦。 好好哋一個明太子意粉, 既冇明太子味, 意粉又淋, 失敗。真係唔明白佢啲好評係點樣嚟? 可能佢啲嘢好飲啩? 我冇嗌到嘢飲,不過我見menu得幾款cocktail , long island,nothing嗰啲, 都唔會有咩期望。價錢唔算貴,但對比啲食物,性價比好低。對食品有啲要求應該唔會再嚟。地點ok喺旺角, 光猛乾淨, 侍應服務都好殷勤。 適合啲保險 sales 約啲人落嚟傾單, 貪佢就腳坐得耐,消費唔算高傾唔成冇咁傷。唔好意思, 今日朋友叫我嚟唔方便影相所以冇圖, 唔信可以自己去試下打大佬。

因男朋友生日,預早幾日經openrice訂座;當晚準時到達,有位好好笑容既靚女(估計係老闆)接待,安排左窗邊位👍🏻環境舒服,樓底好高無焗促感。坐低左仲秘密地同我confirm訂座時既remark,好細心~叫左個2人餐,加錢轉個龍蝦海鮮湯,好味道👅上菜都好快,又會留意我地無清晒前菜餐湯所以叫廚房on hold main course,抵讚!✔️壽星仔話ribeye好味,本人個蜆肉意粉都好好食,蜆肉唔係得十粒八粒揸流攤,不過意粉比較大份食唔晒😅最尾訂座時預留既心太軟壽星話好正🙌🏻感謝餐廳既安排,仲有龜龜巡場🐢可惜佢地只做到6月尾🥲

樓上餐廳果然是與朋友聚餐的好地方。晚上7:00左右黎到,餐廳尚未滿座,而枱與枱之間十分闊落,做了落地玻璃,空間感十足;完全唔會有種迫你快快食完趕住翻枱的感覺!今次散叫左主菜試下-BBQ豬肋骨 $148上枱是2大舊與朋友一人一舊唔洗爭!豬肋骨的醬汁有點辣辣酸酸,像蕃茄味道,是好濃厚味道!個人認為豬肋骨可以再燒得更香口。伴菜方面可以再加點薯條/薯蓉類,會更飽肚。單骨蜜糖雞翼$58因為單骨關係,以原隻黎睇係四隻份量!但餐廳煮法是將雞翼一分為二,方便易食!雞翼色澤燒到金黃, 而且好香及好重蜜糖味,甜甜的!明太子海蝦意粉$118醬汁creamy! 海蝦亦好大粒,口感彈牙!而且海蝦已幫手拆了蝦殼!總括價錢與食物的性價比是相符!

They are now gifting a serving of spicy garlic clams upon spending above $500! 二人餐 $468Set Dinner for Two南瓜湯質感濃稠棉滑,配埋暖暖嘅香草包一流🥖 鮮橙紅菜頭沙律食落好fresh,連埋酸甜嘅醬汁食夠曬開胃🥗 The pumpkin soup was warming which went well with the herbs bread. The salad had fresh oranges and beets which was appetising. 煙三文魚菠菜意大利粉Smoked Salmon Spinach Spaghetti以忌廉為主嘅意粉醬掛滿煙韌嘅意粉上,不過食到最後有少少膩🤏🏼 好彩有鹹香十足嘅煙三文魚減低肥膩感🍝This cream based pasta was flavourful, with savoury smoked salmon to help cut through the heaviness. 炭燒阿根廷黑毛肉眼伴燒汁· 牛油雜菜Char-grilled Argentinian Ribeye w/ Gravy & Daily Veg佢哋用阿根廷傳統嘅煮法 - 炭烤黎帶出牛扒嘅原汁原味🥩 焦脆外層洋溢著炭燒香🔥 中間呈粉嫩狀態,肉味甘香,點落燒汁令層次感昇華🆙 伴碟嘅雜菜好鮮甜,凸顯牛扒嘅肉香🤩The ribeye was chargrilled till it was crispy on the outside, pink and tender in the middle. The gravy brought out the umami flavour. 跟餐有兩款甜品,芝士蛋糕味道香濃,配上香脆嘅餅底塑造出雙重口感🍰 抹茶慕絲蛋糕濕潤綿滑,甜膩嘅忌廉襯托出抹茶嘅甘香🍵 The cheesecake was creamy and firm, while the matcha mousse cake was mellow and aromatic. 餐飲價錢叫左杯無酒精雞尾酒 - 日出🌅 味道酸甜開胃,而且打卡一流📷 I got their Sunrise cocktail which was very refreshing.
