【龙井河虾仁】,手剥虾仁新鲜脆韧,淀粉裹得不厚,是仿佛一落到舌尖就能轻轻弹开的舒适触感。

但茶叶碎似乎仅仅做到了外观上的点缀,整体吃起来和清炒没什么区别。倒是一碟陈醋风味很有深度,轻而易举吊出了虾仁的鲜美。

【雪菜毛豆百叶】,挑了几大夹之后才觉惊喜,雪菜真的给了好多啊,百叶也比平常吃到的更加柔嫩和富有弹性。

【桂花酒酿丸子】,手工小丸子切成大小一致的厚度,弹糯的嚼劲是那么讨人喜欢,但完全不会有粘牙感,每一颗浸满了桂花浓而不烈的香甜。

酒酿的绵稠馥郁带着一丝不易觉察的酸,在味蕾中沉下去后,糯米令人沉醉的清香还能久久在口中打转,像浮现出了窗外这秋夜的温婉。

退休已個幾月,今日終於輪到同總部呢位同事食飯,今日去咗浙江軒,原來午市套餐已由$158 加到$188, 由於入口隱秘,並不如一般食肆,可以静静地傾偈,每次黎呢度都食唔哂,不過呢位同事有食力,不用打包,今次小食叫了燻魚同燻蛋,好味到不得了,我黎多次,每次都有叫燻魚,每個人都贊不絕口,(如果少啲骨就100分喇),主菜叫了葱爆牛肉同宮爆雞丁,呢度啲肉唔會醃得過份,可以保持肉味,不過可能加咗價宮保雞丁由花生轉為腰果,而我覺得花生有香脆口感,保留好啲。

米芝蓮一星浙江軒整體黎講係好味嘅推介脆鱔同臭豆腐,另外黑鬆露蝦仁鍋巴同樟茶鴨都唔錯,仲有個蜜汁火方都OK,但係小籠包就比較失望,因為過個餡太大舊果,皮一夾就穿值得一讚係所有餸上台都係熱辣辣嘅Love the smelly tofu and crispy eel, shrimp in black truffle paste with rice cracker and smoked duck are nice too. Generally speaking all dishes are good, except the Shanghainese dumping which the filling is too meaty. A very important note is that all dishes are served hot.

晚市重開的第一餐, 兄弟想以淮揚菜慶祝, 第一時間想起這一家酒樓, 不只是因為它被米芝連加持, 也是因為之前吃過它的午餐, 性價比相當高. 晚市菜式除了甚為正宗外, 份量也多, 四道菜三個麻甩佬吃到捧着肚子走. Zhe Jiang Heen is famous for her Huaiyang cuisine. She has been awarded by Michelin One Star but the dishes are not that expensive. The shredded mandarin fish looks very fine the texture is excellent too. The taste was mainly contributed by the fish itself without any other spice. Smoked chicken with the smoked egg are nice and the braised pork knuckle is a bit different from traditional one, with firm texture of meat and spongy pork skin. It is so full!

請一對新婚朋友食飯,選擇了位於灣仔駱克道有一星米芝連的浙江軒。我們四人坐在一各,比較靜。服務態度非常好。每一位待應都一眼關七。上菜速度快,用餐中主動及積極地幫我們換碗碟。比起一些5星酒店的服務更貼心,給予客人感覺是為我們服務,想我們好好用餐。我們叫了寧波脆鱔,非常鬆脆,喜歡食酸野嘅人會欣賞個浙醋醬汁。這個煙燻子母雞半隻,友人覺得啲煙燻蛋更加出色!她吃不出雞有煙燻味,但我和另一半吃得出,亦覺得肉質都幾滑的。我們吃完突然發現好似冇食到個髀…於是睇返張相,大家睇到有雞髀嗎?🤔大家都喜歡這個蜜汁烤雙肪配蝴蝶餅。包夠鬆軟、金華火腿好香。通常東坡肉是用豬來製作,今次很特別,用牛。煮得很冧,我本人喜歡,汁都濃度適中,啱送飯。友人很鍾意這個松子雞米鍋巴卷夠鬆脆香口。我反而覺得冇乜特別,不喜歡鍋巴黐牙嘅感覺😅。唯獨吃得到雞肉的滑,但味道卻一般。灌湯小籠包沒有什麼特別,但好食的。我們好鍾意食這個高力豆沙,唔太甜,皮嘅texture好軟熟。總括坐得舒服,很滿意員工的服務態度,食物都好食的。

這兩次都是在房間吃,桌子蠻大的,適合人多來吃,接待處在2樓,3樓全是房間,房內有裝修,尚算可以。食物質素不錯,只是要熟人預訂,食物材料才比較豐盛,例如蟹粉,一次自己預訂,蟹膏真的很少,另一次通過他們的老顧客預訂,蟹膏多了很多,真係天淵之別。當然,事後要給小費的。酸酸甜甜的挺開胃非常推薦這個流心蛋,很嫩滑一點也不溜這個蝦仁也非常正,蝦子越小口感越好這個蟹粉因為沒有經熟人訂,裏面的蟹膏小的可憐。雖然10月尾,但大閘蟹裏面蟹膏已經很正因為魚翅冇營養又殘忍所以我沒有食,不願置評非常推薦,我忘記叫什麼名字了,很好吃蟹粉小籠包趁熱吃,相當野味平時唔食甜品嘅我,都覺得呢個酒釀丸子好正值得一試
