I came here for a group dinner and the food was amazinggg! I’m a bit biased since I love this hairy crab 🦀 season this was difficult to eat so I sort of gave up after eating one these tofu looks too fried for my personal liking this was so delicious the 🦀 was packed with crab roe so I ate two in the end it was a nice balance to have plain healthy veggie after such a heavy dish by the time this duck 🦆 came I was already full hahaha but it looks very lovely this photo is taken before they mixed th

主人宴請朋友, 大排筵席, 包了一間大房,環境非常優雅舒適。服務方面亦感覺受寵若驚,非常地好。味道方面,一如過往,不管前菜與主菜,都的確值 Michelin Star 米芝蓮一星 , 名副其實。Anyway , 我自己對所有食物都是挺滿意的,反正就是傳統上海浙江菜吧 。不過當天有啲客人覺得,現在的一款新菜叫窩巴蟹粉還是什麼的,感覺雖然創新,但味道還不如舊的招牌蟹粉, 所以大家還是比較喜歡舊款式的那種....不過勇於嘗試其志可嘉吧。 如果要特別推介,我個人就比較喜歡蘇式肉包子(還是叫蘇式月餅?)對我來說算是好味、新鮮也特別。

今日朋友仔生日,相約幾個好友一起去浙江軒食餐生日飯,浙江軒平時都好多人噶,所以一早就定好位,好彩提前訂好位,否則今天噶晚餐噶泡湯了!秋風起就一定食個蟹啦,不過不是點一只只噶蟹,而系點左個蟹粉小籠包,主要系因為大家食蟹都覺得比較麻煩,哈哈哈,蟹粉好多啊,食落去有蟹噶鮮味,而且皮薄餡多,超級滿足!生日一定要點只雞噶啦,來左只醉雞,味道也是超級正,有淡淡噶花雕酒香,雞肉嫩滑,哩餐朋友好滿意哦!

朋友離開香港已經是三年,一直都想重返浙江軒嚐回昔日美食,今日下午終於有機會來到。點了以下餸菜: 熏蛋 — 仍舊入味,保持水準熏魚 — overcook 了,魚肉變「鞋」,外面燶,但內裏又不夠熱,沒有昔日的juicy百頁結烤肉 — 成碟餸不夠熱,好像整定然後載上碟,烤肉太多肥糕雪菜蝦仁豆腐煲 — 最敗筆是這個,豆腐沒有昔日的濃烈豆腐香味,蝦仁簡直是番煮再番煮, 又實又細粒,毫無鮮味,雪菜也焗到黃晒,豆腐刀功差,整個賣相難看極了,咁都上得枱,真係佩服炒飯— ok, 但沒有驚喜鍋貼— 一般服務一般,侍應只殷勤地服務熟客今次極度失望

前菜小碟精緻。每一道都味道都控制得剛好。油浸旬殻,表面香又硬脆,中間的魚肉滑,時間控制得宜。一半炸,一半炒。炸的,香口又嫩滑。炒的,魚鮮味更明顯。芝麻大餅稍為遜色,有點乾。雖然中間夾著肉鬆,但仍是不夠味。松子一口酥,超鬆化,入口散開,傳來包在中間的肉鬆味,好吃。跟芝麻大餅是同一個餡,但這個比例好得多。燻雞未吃已聞到香噴噴,雞肉嫩滑。店員說點了這個津白,不用再點蔬菜。是真的,很足料,很大窩。湯熬得香滑,除了津白,還有不少其他配料。送的紅棗糕非常一般,咬一口就夠了,還是吃熱呼呼的豆沙窩餅。

本人最喜歡食湯丸🥣,所以點了雙丸-桂花酒釀丸子加芝麻湯丸。桂花幽香,丸子軟糯。芝麻湯丸的皮厚適中,味道香甜,充滿芝麻香味!🎈

十一人去食,有vip 房環境唔錯靜靜地。點菜時個waitress 勁提議點貴野,我地當然無啦。之後點左幾個涼菜,一般般啦,最好係個分魚同臭豆腐。主菜子母雞非常普通。糖糟魚太酸又唔翠。炒荷蝦好都好小小啦。東坡肉美道都ok不過上菜時用普通宗裝住,無乜風味。個高力豆沙竟然用黃糖,又唔夠熱😞😞埋單位位$370!咁既錢應該食小南國好味d 囉!

Worse tasting meal ever! Family dinner with overseas guests in large private room - ordered the set menu - famous 章茶鴨 which I was recommended by staff to keep on the menu as is their signature dish, turned out to be dry and tough and the 沙鍋雲吞雞煲翅 was watery and bland, as if it was a small portion diluted down to cater for our table of 16. Worse tasting meal ever! I made a complaint the next morning. Was informed it was the head chef’s day off on the evening of our dinner, and the meal was prepared by an assistant chef. A quick apology was given with an offer of a free duck on our next visit. When I queried about the soup, the response was “我會轉達湯的問題,因為是貴價菜的,我話唔到事,鴨一定可以,其他請等候回復”....of course, I never heard back.

As a host, it was a most embarrassing and disappointing evening for me, let alone my guests. I will be writing to Michelin too to suggest they review the eligibility of Zhejiang Heen of its award.
