甜品價格定得頗高,我同友人各自order咗一個甜品同一杯茶。

甜品上枱時確係吸睛,從表面看,我既甜品係榛子味為主的,點知扑開糖片波波,裡面有芒果味既mosses/pudding
,輕輕酸唔太甜,白色係椰子味既mosses
,仲有粒粒蛋白糖脆脆⋯⋯底係oreo脆脆,坦白講其實定價咁都唔算高,味道有好多層次,藝術感亦一流,勁


友人的外觀望落似地球,扑開裡面係荔枝味同芒果味mosses,頭頂係棉花糖,餐廳職員會比支糖水噴噴比客人,營造星星效果。

接近20:30-21:00開始越來越多人,所以記得訂枱支持下高質有心既店。

Break the tear 係ZUC.CCH.ERO 另一個出名嘅甜品,單單係佢嘅外表已經好吸引。藍色嘅拉糖造成嘅水滴蓋住非常罕見嘅藍芝士雪糕,味道濃郁得黎又唔會搶左西芹沙冰嘅清新感覺,加埋一d walnut 更加帶出到甜品嘅口感同層次,最重要係有得玩又有得食,一次滿足你2個願望😆

Namida 涙同break the tear 相似,不過就比較易入口。佢用左益力多冰做冰底,加入綠茶雪糕、梅酒啫喱同白玉,有冰嘅爽脆得黎又有白玉嘅煙韌。最後加上最吸晴嘅拉糖,食落有好多層次,味道亦好清新。

而Planet Earth又ZUC.CCH.ERO 的一傑作。佢地出名每款甜品都細細份,好精緻,而且非常有創意。好似呢個planet earth 面頭有舊白色嘅雲,其實係棉花糖黎嘅。店主提供左黑色焦糖噴霧同綠色蜜瓜噴霧,代表住污染地球同綠化地球。而地球就係用jasmine tea lava mousse 做成,淡淡茉莉花香味,感覺清新,食幾多都唔膩。切開中間就有blood orange sauce流出黎,酸酸甜甜好醒神。地球底下仲有啲chocolate crunch,令到成個甜品嘅口感更有層次。 又有得食又有得玩,值得推介。

最後要介紹嘅係Mount Fuji,呢個富士山係由波子汽水、乳酪同蜜瓜雪糕整成嘅。不過成個富士山嘅味道偏清,蜜瓜味唔夠香濃。而山下嘅草係橙味蛋糕碎,略嫌有少少乾。附近嘅櫻花啫喱都有啲清淡,用黎點綴嘅士多啤梨醬味道最為濃郁,連同蛋糕碎一齊食比較好食。富士山上枱嗰陣,店員會係上面加入液態氮,令成個作品更有仙氣😍

Small portions but intense flavour. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, place was clean and service was good. Perfect for dates or to go with a couple of friends after dinner to enjoy some dessert, place is a bit small and cramped to go with more than 3 people, hopefully they’ll expand soon.

ZUC.CCH.ERO is a dessert bar which I have been keeping a close eye on ever since its opening more than 3 years ago. Inside the sugar ball were fresh mango, pomelo and grapefruit, along with mango foam, sago and liquid nitrogen milk ice cream. So, yes it did have all the ingredients from a chilled mango cream with sago and pomelo. The various temperatures and textures also made it somewhat interesting. However, a couple of blemishes. For starters, the sugar ball was a little too hard to munch on. And from the presentation point of view, they're not making it look good because the sphere was too thick to see the ingredients in the middle (according to the photo on the menu, it's almost transparent so you can see all the fillings in the middle).

To sum it up, there's nothing really wrong with the flavors just that the execution was slightly off (Grade: 6/10).

Snow White ($118) - Fairly similar to the previous dessert except this one came with a scoop of yuzu sorbet inside the apple shaped sugar ball. Underneath that were apple crumble, caramel cinnamon apple and small pieces of cheesecake.

Molten earl grey ($70) - This has the making of a fairly good dessert but the flavors from the earl grey lava tart were a little too light for me. I did like the tofu ice-cream with brown sugar tuile which should have complemented a rich and powerful earl grey flavor but unfortunately, that was missing in action (Grade: 5/10).

紫薯撻雖然不是店裡的推介,但身為紫薯Fans的我一於試一試,卻充滿驚喜,紫薯撻皮牛油味重🍠🥧,輕輕吉開紫薯流心就澎拜流出,紫薯味不會過甜,甜味剛剛好😋,配搭較淡味的紅豆雪糕🍦,不會搶了紫薯撻的風頭。

Para  Para  Sakura造型可愛,模擬緊落櫻的Moment。味道黎講,我比較鍾意呢個!(可能朱古力味夠香濃)。櫻花樹就用左粉紅色的棉花糖,下面就用左紅莓啫喱、朱古力Mouse、朱古力蛋糕。撈埋就係好濃郁的朱古力Mosue加埋酸酸地的紅莓味。

因為朋友想試,所以一齊黎食。星期五嘅晚上差唔多9點黎到呢度,一早就係openrice上面book好位,所以一黎就唔駛等即刻有位。店面比我想像中細,但係唔係擺左好多張枱,枱與枱之間都算闊落,一入門口轉彎就即刻會見到勁大張L型吧枱,可以欣賞到甜品嘅成個製作過程,不過我地揀左坐係角落嘅四方枱,舒服啲,而且後面幅feature wall係一個月球,影相做background好靚。店入面嘅裝修都幾靚幾有特色~呢個檸檬tart淡淡地味,夠清新,件碟都好靚架。肉桂蘋果茶,肉桂味唔會好重,客易入口~
