今日黎到西環傳統打冷店,只做晚市既平民打冷店,星期日過到黎都要排隊,大概排左十分鐘左右就可以入。價錢比一般打冷店同大排檔平,我地今次兩個人叫左三個餸😝蝦醬炒通菜只係$60,味道啱啱好,唔會過咸,而且份量非常足!平時出面叫碟菜都要過$100🤣潮式凍烏頭魚價錢牌寫時價,問左職員係$120,價錢合理,條魚有魚味,而且好肥,啖啖肉,一點都唔腥,而且同佢俾個個醬好夾。滷水我今次叫咗有骨,好入味,而且有滷水花生係底!好味😝 continue reading

西環呢度唔止西餐多,打冷都唔少而且都好食,除咗德記之外,仲有呢間金興。呢度環境就冇咁舒服,似喺大排檔食嘢,但啲嘢好食,而且好平,人均大約$200就食到好飽。呢度嘅滷水好出色,去骨滷水鵝片好入味,又唔會有臊味,鵝皮下面嘅脂肪亦唔會好多。另外滷水鵝腸亦都好爽口。蜆肉炒韭菜花好香口,平時食韭菜花通常係小炒王,今次用蜆肉炒好惹味。而豉椒炒蜆個汁夠晒香濃,收汁亦都做得好好,唔會話太杰或者太稀,蜆肉雖然唔係好大隻,但係冇沙好乾淨。#saiwan #saiwanfood #chiuchow #chiuchowfood #西環 #西環美食 #潮州 #潮州美食 #潮州菜 #打冷 #滷水 #滷水鵝 #滷水鵝片 #傳統潮州菜 #傳統潮州美食 continue reading

第七站,我們回到「原點」。至少,是我的原點:第一篇被編輯推介的食評,就是這家老小店的。那個「貼堂」,引領我用部分的人生,走出了用筆桿、鍵盤、鏡頭鋪的一條仄徑,也接觸到這當下的您。我懶過、頹過,甚至停過,但還是重拾了、繼續了。幸好,他們沒有像我那樣,不然不會有這家小店,也不會有這個「原點經驗」。不變的,是地踎、是侷促、是出品和價格的實在。不用變的,就不必去變它!一個人,何以保持健康?該吃的時候吃、該睡的時候睡,正常呼吸、行走、生活,就八九不離十了。過於鍛鍊、特意補身,往往適得其反。一家小店也是,請人、入貨、做生意、交租交水電費,就是了。不用褒揚、不用保育,他們自有辦法,用不著一知半解的人去籌謀。行過路過,口袋有錢又想吃的,就進去食番餐,不然打個招呼就可以了。這樣可以嗎? continue reading
