星期日下晝去澳門逃離一下工作嘅煩惱,冇急急腳嘅情況底下,搞到13:45先出到大馬路。二話不說先去買左少少手信,方便一陣唔洗趕。途中見到一間之前bookmark咗想試嘅餐廳有開。買完就返去試試佢。間餐廳就係位於福隆新街嘅「老地方」,入到去見到兩台客。好似都係本地人,不其然有少少信心。呢間餐廳其中一樣菜式就係土生集會(tacho)。一望望個size同價錢有少少卻步,standard size 係四人份量($380)。我兩個人食完呢個都會食唔到其他嘢。好在店員好慇勤咁介紹返個菜同埋話可以做過細portion俾我地。咁我地就連埋馬介休球同乾免治飯一齊落單。 先上枱嘅係乾免治飯,個菜式名叫乾,但係佢有隻煎蛋係飯面同埋有啲薯仔粒。有啲水份同蛋液令到個飯口感唔會乾爭爭,啲豬肉醃完炒到乾身,睇落簡單嘅炒肉粒但估唔到咁香。有驚喜👍🏻。喜愛度(5分為滿分): 4.5跟住就到馬介休球。炸得唔錯,外脆內嫩。食到一絲絲嘅馬介休肉。好食。喜愛度(5分為滿分): 4最後就到今次餐晏嘅重頭戲,tacho土生集會,佢名副其實係一個大雜燴嚟。裏面有葡腸,臘鴨件,雞件,排骨,豬皮同大量嘅椰菜。豬皮燉到淋晒,加上葡腸同臘鴨帶到嘅鹹香同埋椰菜嘅甜,成個菜式好似飲緊花膠湯咁嘅感覺,有膠質,湯奶白色。食完直頭覺得唔夠喉,有機會一定翻食。喜愛度(5分為滿分): 4.5今次呢個午餐食得好愉快,店員好熱情,仲會講下少少個菜式嘅典故(香港少見),價錢亦合理。地點方便。下次過開澳門可能會同家人再去多次。 continue reading

4個月內去左兩次澳門,試左四間葡國餐廳,有米之蓮,有長龍熱店,比較之下,呢間細細間冇乜裝修,乳豬有啲肥又唔係全部脆皮,食物外觀普通,個場唔太爆⋯⋯竟然唔單止最平,仲係最好食!叫左乳豬拌黑醋沙律、馬介休球、馬介休意粉、無花果蜜梳打、凍檸茶,只係299(好似冇加一),全部清碟,當晚顧客都係本地葡人,下次去澳門一定會再嚟食! continue reading

葡國腸來澳門值得試吓,不過要預咗都幾鹹。盛裝的碗幾可愛,是豬仔形碗。葡國雞有自家製的感覺;特別欣賞咖喱汁,似係以雞汁煮成,用來撈飯食一流,鮮味十足。雞肉有醃製過,入味的。另外有薯仔、雞蛋做配菜。馬介休意粉芝士味很濃,應該加了不芝士。隱約吃到經鹽醃製而成的鱈魚,不會咸,就變成一個澳門特色的菜式。 continue reading

早幾年黎到澳門試過葡藉老闆娘手勢之後,一直都好喜歡黎呢度食無論小食或者晚飯。早幾日再黎,下晝兩點左右時間,無見到熟悉的老闆娘,反而有個外藉男士看鋪,因為一行5人地下座位唔夠,要開樓上,但果位男士就咁開左門開左燈就無理我地,無開冷氣好焗,唯有走返落去叫佢開冷氣同比MENU啦。點知佢竟然寸寸貢問我地係咪墨西哥黎,咁既天氣仲要開冷氣?(全程英文)如果唔係專登帶朋友黎試,我一定走人!待慢客人仲咁寸,所以好求其叫少少小食就算啦!或者以後來澳門未必再黎啦! continue reading

每次嚟到澳門...我都定必要食返個馬介休球...因為真係好好食...外脆內軟...清淡中帶點魚香同薯香...不甜不咸味道剛好...口感一絲絲一層層咁...連不愛吃薯類嘅我都深深愛上了...不愧為葡國菜嘅精髓...!咁啱呢日同男朋友去龍環葡韻睇完"暖戀紫情-薰衣草花展"之後...我哋就諗住去返波爾圖度醫下肚...點知去到係落場時間...想食就要等到1730了...男朋友知我肚餓唔想我等成個鐘...佢就帶我出返去新馬路搵食...但係係大街上搵咗段時間都搵唔到葡國菜...咁我哋就轉移去一啲巷仔度了...行行下就嚟到福隆新街搵到呢間餐廳...見佢冇人唔使等就入咗去了...嗰陣已經1800好肚餓了...雖然舖頭入面得3張檯...但佢係1對3嘅貼身又貼心嘅服務...可見嘅菜式唔多...全部都係啲黑板仔上面...但係價錢可謂平民大眾化...我哋仲好有禮貌問佢借個WiFi一用...最初我哋只係點咗4件馬介休球(MOP$36)...仲有2件蝦多士(MOP$18)同1份蜆肉意粉(MOP$45)...馬介休球係精髓就唔多講...反而想講蝦多士多啲...因為個蝦多士我覺得好驚喜...!係除咗馬介休之外...會令我再番桌嘅原因...三角形嘅外表...不論新鮮炸起或是放暖了...佢嘅外皮依然好脆...外皮脆脆的但也仍然保留咗少少水分...令到佢個皮唔會話好乾...裏面軟軟的也保持了不少水分...而且炸得一啲都唔油...佢個餡肉除咗係蝦肉之外...亦都有啲蝦粒或是原隻蝦仁...我哋最後係再叫多咗4件蝦多士㗎!而另外個蜆肉意粉嘅蜆肉亦都好多兼好大粒...所以啲巷仔小店總係令我哋有意外驚喜...我哋就成日誤打誤撞就搵到啲好野食...只要有心...就一定會搵到好野食... continue reading
