呢個價錢呢個環境呢個食物質素是合理的不過唔算好標青今日同同事食好啲 慰勞自己,去咗呢間靚環境嘅餐廳食係一間法國菜,肚餓嘅我哋揀咗肉嘅為主 西冷牛扒蒜蓉包 香口 川菜我揀咗沙律,係煙三文魚沙律,蔬菜好新鮮爽脆走沙律醬,佢係用凱撒沙律醬,不是黑醋汁同事嗌嘅蘑菇湯好多蘑菇立立 我應該會鍾意,但係同事就唔係咁鍾意覺得好粗糙嗌咗啲小食share,啲Hm幾好味不過唔係我杯茶我鍾意食海鮮生蠔多啲,其實佢哋本身諗住嗌蝦嗰啲,但係冇海鮮上碟好靚嘅,但係好細份其實 不過都預咗因為呢啲法國菜都係咁同埋想講成餐上菜非常非常非常之慢 我哋等咗半個鐘先有嘢食 medium rare啱啱好 幾好味整體不過不失 不過我自己就唔係特別鍾意食呢啲食環境嘅嘢,因為舊肉真係好細😂😂同埋我一般唔食麵包嗰啲 所以通常唔飽哈哈服務質素都普通,因為佢好似成日要叫先斟水

Have visited this restaurant for many years but never write a review for it. Chez Moi is a nice restaurant that offer free corkage which you can bring some good wines to pair with their delicious dishes. The quality of the foods has been retained for years, their steak and lamb chop always been cooked very well (Though I would also like if they can launch some new dishes). This would be the place I can think of when you want to have a small group of gathering or celebration.

相約很久不見的舊朋友晚餐,便希望食貨朋友推薦餐廳。朋友推薦寶藏級餐廳,價錢唔貴,環境有氣氛,食物有質素。HKD 600 一個人的 5 course dinner set,選擇不少:✳️香煎鵝肝伴蘋果蓉配砵酒汁 👍👍👍👍👍鵝肝外皮焦香脆身,但內裡入口即溶😍油香濃烈,十分邪惡😋😋而蘋果蓉十分出色,酸甜適中,以洗滌口中油膩,洗滌味蕾,不會影響下一道菜👍✳️漁夫海鮮湯 👍👍👍👍湯十分濃郁,材料充足開始時十分好飲,但後期會偏咸😃整體不俗🤓🤓✳️雪葩👍👍👍👍👍十分清新,好好清洗味蕾,以進入主菜😋😋✳️炭燒澳洲和牛肉眼 + 薯仔片 👍👍👍👍👍第一口先試薯仔片😍薯香味濃郁,層次豐富,驚喜薯仔片都可以咁好食 🤤炭燒澳洲和牛肉眼 5成熟,但出黎好似7成熟🫣表面稍稍乾,但厚身肉質軟熟,依然有肉汁🥩可能3成熟會更好(當然要你接受到3成熟)🤣✳️果仁芭菲 👍👍👍👍👍朋友揀左奶凍,但我們一致認同果仁芭菲更吸引🤩坐左係入面,較清靜,上菜時間較長,但待應細心,會經常幫手加水 🫡而且見到好多都係熟客,同客人有講有笑,環境氣氛不俗!🫡⭐️推薦⭐️

咁樣招呼生客永遠不會變熟客1.由book位開始,男職員A電話應對,頗為高姿態,我問有冇房,或者好啲的位置不想嘈到其他客人,佢答房要9000,算,仲話本來要收Deposit,不過今次免你啦,語氣益咗你咁樣樣2.食物整體算唔錯,配合返個價錢,中規中矩,但係個湯稀嗰啲,鵝肝做得好,澳牛扒唔值+$60,芝士拼盤餅乾唔夠,其他佐酒小吃份量少質素過得去3.頭兩支開瓶費免收,第三支開始要$100,no comments 4.食牛真搞笑,只有法芥沒有英式芥辣,我問職員B佢話要開粉撈英芥好麻煩,算5.根本成晚得四五台客最大枱我哋張枱,被安排坐近廁所,算,我哋人多會嘈啲,所以先至想要房啫6.職員B問我哋last order仲有冇嘢叫?答佢冇,跟住就水都冇杯,大家冇晒水先至斟一次咁多。7.登登登登!最氣憤係完全skip咗咖啡茶冇問我哋,因為大家掛住飲紅酒都忘記咗,係我錯!第二朝早share返啲相俾同事先發現Menu最底有行字coffee or Tea!不大甘心打電話去餐廳又係職員A,佢竟然答我咪問咗你哋要唔要Last 柯打囉!你哋冇話要咖啡茶喎,OMG ,我即刻串佢茶記都會問飲咩餐茶啦,佢就話或者下次你哋嚟,送啲甜品俾你哋囉!跟住我極度不滿窒咗佢幾句,佢嘅說話態度就係:點呀?仲想R咩啊?咁樣。佢冇講出口,但係令到你無法再講落去!佢唔去做客服嘥晒啦,令到啲客人覺得自己好乞兒咁!算!收線,冇下次,就算比我飲返嗰七杯茶我都唔會嚟囉講返間餐廳裝修係幾好,情調唔錯。但係個黑廁熱到嘔,完全冇空氣食飯期間職員A全程冷漠的態度,又黑面,零招呼,感覺好似睇唔起啲客咁樣樣。反觀職員B態度尚可,serves 嘢拎嘢乜都係佢做晒。心諗,正常高檔小小既西餐侍應都會問吓你啲食物O唔OK,完全冇囉,整體招呼係茶記咁上下。懷疑呢間嘢可以生存幾耐呢?可能職員A係老細,真心覺得佢態度囂張,可能看不起我們,但真金白銀來吃飯,點解唔俾餐茶仲要屈我哋last order 冇叫,認真嬲,枉我老細仲俾咗$100貼士俾佢,我同同事們講返餐茶呢件事,佢哋都話唔會再嚟亦不會介紹朋友嚟!唔係嗰杯茶嘅錢問題,完全係反映香港餐飲業態度嘅問題,所以執笠唔好怪人,學李根興話齋,生意唔好檢討吓啦😤浪費咗咁好嘅場地同埋有心做食物嘅師傅

說起法國菜,大多人會想到很昂貴的料理,但是如果我說的是大家都能用比一般午餐高一點點的價錢下單的法國菜,也會想試試嗎?這塊牛排怕是讓我難以忘懷。肉絲鮮嫩,燒汁香濃,燒的恰恰好,上面的交叉圖案是專業的證明。旁邊的椰菜花淡淡得襯托出牛肉的烤肉味。這個巴拿馬火腿沙拉份量很慷慨你看上面的火腿非常多,也有沙拉菜麵包等等十分清新,易於入口。這個鴨腿是我回來的理由。我從沒有試過這麼嫩的鴨肉,沒有一般鴨肉的野生味道,有點像雞肉的口感,但是不失鴨腿本身的香味。上面的燒醬甜甜的,旁邊的馬鈴薯蓉滑滑的,有點沙沙的感覺,入口非常的舒服。是讓人滿意的法國菜。恐怕是熟客才知道他的珍貴之處,大家不妨嚐嚐。
