Have visited this restaurant for many years but never write a review for it. Chez Moi is a nice restaurant that offer free corkage which you can bring some good wines to pair with their delicious dishes. The quality of the foods has been retained for years, their steak and lamb chop always been cooked very well (Though I would also like if they can launch some new dishes). This would be the place I can think of when you want to have a small group of gathering or celebration.

講返間餐廳裝修係幾好,情調唔錯。但係個黑廁熱到嘔,完全冇空氣



食飯期間職員A全程冷漠的態度,又黑面,零招呼,感覺好似睇唔起啲客咁樣樣。反觀職員B態度尚可,serves 嘢拎嘢乜都係佢做晒。

心諗,正常高檔小小既西餐侍應都會問吓你啲食物O唔OK,完全冇囉,整體招呼係茶記咁上下。懷疑呢間嘢可以生存幾耐呢?

可能職員A係老細,真心覺得佢態度囂張,可能看不起我們,但真金白銀來吃飯,點解唔俾餐茶仲要屈我哋last order 冇叫,認真嬲,枉我老細仲俾咗$100貼士俾佢,我同同事們講返餐茶呢件事,佢哋都話唔會再嚟亦不會介紹朋友嚟!
唔係嗰杯茶嘅錢問題,完全係反映香港餐飲業態度嘅問題,所以執笠唔好怪人,學李根興話齋,生意唔好檢討吓啦😤浪費咗咁好嘅場地同埋有心做食物嘅師傅

說起法國菜,大多人會想到很昂貴的料理,但是如果我說的是大家都能用比一般午餐高一點點的價錢下單的法國菜,也會想試試嗎?這塊牛排怕是讓我難以忘懷。肉絲鮮嫩,燒汁香濃,燒的恰恰好,上面的交叉圖案是專業的證明。旁邊的椰菜花淡淡得襯托出牛肉的烤肉味。這個巴拿馬火腿沙拉份量很慷慨你看上面的火腿非常多,也有沙拉菜麵包等等十分清新,易於入口。這個鴨腿是我回來的理由。我從沒有試過這麼嫩的鴨肉,沒有一般鴨肉的野生味道,有點像雞肉的口感,但是不失鴨腿本身的香味。上面的燒醬甜甜的,旁邊的馬鈴薯蓉滑滑的,有點沙沙的感覺,入口非常的舒服。是讓人滿意的法國菜。恐怕是熟客才知道他的珍貴之處,大家不妨嚐嚐。

香煎鵝肝係呢間餐廳出名嘅一道菜,鵝肝外皮脆卜卜,外脆內軟香口味濃,好味非常難忘

湯:龍蝦湯配香煎帶子
上枱嘅時候湯碗只有一隻帶子,侍應喺我們面前熱熱的龍蝦湯,都覺得高級。😅
龍蝦湯非常香濃,份量亦都唔算細,帶子當然新鮮

自製雪葩~白桃味雪葩係用嚟清一清口裏面濃濃嘅龍蝦味,再品嚐隨後嘅菜式

香煎碟魚釀櫻花蝦暮絲 ~食完雪葩,再食呢舊魚感覺到濃濃嘅海水味,魚嘅外皮煎得香脆,內裏軟林林,旁邊有隻蜆亦都肉汁香濃。

主菜:我哋兩個人都不約而同地選擇咗:
澳洲M7和牛肉眼扒
成個presentation都好吸引,唔止有M7和牛,仲有一件一層一層的薯餅,絕對係手工出細貨。M7和牛當然有好香的油花,而且我的七成牛扒恰到好處。總之就正!

甜品甜品拼盤,包羅萬有
~馬卡龍、心太軟、雪糕、拿破崙、honeycomb 同蛋白霜糖,總之就花多眼亂,甜甜蜜蜜

飲品:當然係咖啡奶茶等等各取所需

晚飯環境偏暗,可以枱之間亦都唔算太密,場內仲有露台可以出去抽煙傾偈,當然比唔想酒店餐廳,但以一間法國私房菜來說, CP值同環境都算唔錯。

呢間餐廳輪裝修、食物質素、菜式、味道及氣氛其實都係性價比高。味道方面未必有驚喜,唔係話可以去到味蕾爆炸嘅程度,但係一般法國菜所做到嘅水準,佢都做到。Portion大小適中,味道剛剛好,作為慶祝節日生日,又唔想去到太貴嘅餐廳,呢個係好選擇。食完飯之後可以去出邊有個好細嘅露台,可以食煙飲酒,適合二至四人,大班人就唔可以啦。如果你去慣高級餐廳,呢度嘅招呼係比較local,如果英文唔係太好,呢度唔會令你太難堪。
