銅鑼灣這家牛肉麵店,已經食過好多次,慢慢的已經走下坡,有些失望之前每次也點老火鍋腱心半筋半肉牛肉麵,現在湯底好濃,有點太咸,感覺加了太多鹽和豉油的味道,牛肉可以,手工麵,我最怕太淋,一夾就斷,今次就是這樣,失望。另外叫左小食:鍋貼:不過不失,都算正常三星蔥肉鍋餅:上碟已經唔熱,唔知係咪擺咗好耐,定係之前的客叫錯,真係唔知道鹽酥雞:咬口好油,應該係溫度沒有把握好,之後成晚個口都係油「益」味咁員工服務都OK好可惜,少一個地方食牛肉麵 continue reading
