To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於一條幾隱蔽既內街,招牌又唔多起眼,好容易就會miss左~八點幾去到滿座,等左大概五至十分鐘就入座,發覺好多蒸魚都賣晒,同時有好多人客都係特登過黎食魚,朋友仔話下次一於早啲去試下先!🥢梅菜蒸肉餅大大碟熱辣辣🔥肉餅好有肉汁,肥肉偏多都口感一流又好滑溜,而且梅菜有先調味,鹹鹹甜甜咁,切成易入口既大細,不論單食定餸飯都好正🥰再淋上熟油同甜豉油,同灑上大量蔥花,一個人美人照鏡都無問題!🦐金銀蒜開邊蝦同樣係即叫即蒸,賣相好吸睛!用左雪藏蝦有小小梅身,蝦味欠奉,不過靠其他食材搭夠。蒜蓉,蔥花,芫荽,小小辣椒令餸菜好夠味,蝦肉索晒味,蓋過蝦自身既問題。不過粉絲未夠腍係小小既缺陷🙈🥢家鄉蒸滑豆腐估唔到同梅菜蒸肉餅係異曲同工之妙😹豆腐上面鋪滿巨量梅肉,冬菇同豬肉碎,就咁食配料就彷彿扒緊肉餅咁😹😹加上滑捋捋既豆腐同樣好岩餸飯,不過豉油好似太多,有啲太鹹!📍住家菜 銅鑼灣謝斐道460-462號楊耀熾大廈地舖 continue reading
