好懷念星加坡的喇沙味道,當日經過門口,就同男朋友決定一試。餐廳內的環境十分舒適,更有vip房間!當晚叫咗一份加東蝦喇沙,細砂煲雞件和砂鍋粥,蜜棧桂花蘇東油條和一份串燒。略嫌喇沙中的大蝦未夠新鮮,小小鞋口。細砂煲雞件份量比預期中少,但十分入味。最值得一讚的是砂鍋粥!熱辣辣仲有少少薑絲,食完暖冧冧。另外很值得推介的是蜜棧桂花蘇東油條,雖然係炸物,但鬆脆可口,加上蜜糖和桂花芝麻的點綴,稱得上100分的前菜!建議大家嘗試一下!至於串燒不過不失,醬汁的花生味很濃! continue reading

下班來吃個新加坡餐睹物思人一下天上突然下著不穩定的陣陣大雨路上的行人都急著腳離開在這原來興旺的街道中店舖都變得冷冷清清般當在下踏進店裡這裡空無一人 現在時間是21:42距離他們的下班時間還有一個多小時但感覺這夜欄人靜的雨夜裡大家都希望能早點回到家中服務員見在下緩慢地看著菜單就忍不住要來介紹了最後在下點了個豬肋骨一人沙鍋 配上了油麵 其實還滿想吃粥的但自知道自己的進食速度點麵能節省多點時間好香的豬肋骨煲耶肉都有7-8件 說份量不大但必令你吃飽肉件份量也不少肉質厚實 煮得入味 部位適當地帶有點筋位讓口感更鮮明也不失味道朴葉魔鬼魚燒一燒 再加上此店的秘制辣醬魔鬼魚的鮮滑還有他們的油份香氣溢滿在口腔之中骨頭大大支而且是軟軟的骨和肉也容易分離絕對是怕魚骨的人的恩物炒通菜很久沒吃到那麼嫩的通菜囉每一條都是嫩的這種質素也令在下感到太意外太好吃了就算是自己在街巿精挑細選也逹不到這水真的太過太過好吃好飽 😂 continue reading

呢間係一間新加坡菜,但個人認為佢嘅田雞煲同埋粥真係必食。圖入面嘅田雞煲同埋粥都只係一至兩個人嘅份量,但我哋兩個人食都覺得好夠食。田雞有三隻,肉相當之滑同埋彈牙。再加少少田雞煲嘅汁落去白粥入面,撈埋一齊食,非常之好味。而白粥煮得好綿好滑。另外,我哋仲叫咗宮保炒飯。呢個炒飯炒得相當乾身,完全唔會有多餘嘅油。入面有好多蛋、叉燒粒,同埋臘腸等等。隔離仲有兩條菜心。炒飯味道甜甜地,相當適合香港人口味。所以呢個炒飯我都覺得非常之值得食。 continue reading

❀ 宮保 #銅鑼灣 ❀❗️魔鬼魚田雞都有 好味特色新加坡菜❗️——————————————————行過幾次呢間新加坡店都冇入去,發覺原來自己錯失左呢間咁有特色嘅餐廳!佢哋有罕見嘅魔鬼魚同田雞粥食,當然唔少得宮保雞😍聽聞係請咗新加坡嘅大廚過檔烹調,確保食到最正宗嘅新加坡味道✨另外餐廳仲有另一招牌——黑胡椒蟹同埋其他粵式小菜,係由曾經喺Ritz Carlton做過嘅大廚主理👍🏻。.晚市嚟到,佢哋有提供二人或者四人套餐。當日我哋兩個人,就揀咗個魔鬼魚套餐。另外佢哋仲有海南雞、田雞、蟹嘅套餐,視乎你想品嚐佢哋邊一道特色小菜!.✷𝑀𝑒𝓃𝓊✷☞ 二人餐——魔鬼宮保餐$438味道: 4.6/5 性價比: 4.3/5♥ 自家製櫻花蝦米肉碎豆腐💕豆腐有層薄炸皮,內裏依然滑溜。最正係佢個醬汁,甜甜地再加埋肉燥、青蔥,非常惹味!.♥參巴魔鬼魚🐟魔鬼魚嘅肉質呈一條條,非常之容易離骨,滑到不得了🤩完全唔會好似啲蒸魚咁有啲鞋鞋地嘅肉質。醬汁方面有啲似印尼沙嗲醬,甜甜鹹鹹再帶點蝦米香嘅感覺,新奇又好食!.♥宮保雞件🐔雞件夠滑就不在話下,最正係佢個醬汁😚係新加坡師傅嘅秘製醬汁!同雞煲嘅醬汁有啲相似,幾稠,呈深啡色,味道甜甜地得來又再有多種香料,層次豐富帶微辣。另外仲可以選擇豬肋骨。♥秘製砂煲粥🤍宮保雞嘅醬汁係要同呢個砂煲粥一齊食🤩!兩個砂煲,一個裝住雞件,一個裝住粥送上非常之有看頭,另外仲有更強嘅保溫作用,上枱嘅時候依然熱辣辣到冒晒煙。個白粥比起港式煮法更加綿🥰係大廚用手搞45分鐘而成,而且就咁食個粥都好香。不過最地道嘅食法就係將宮保雞丁嘅汁撈入白粥度一齊食,頓時令到個粥更加香濃美味,真係非常正!.♥上湯時菜🥬連呢個時菜都好好食!佢哋個上湯係味道非常豐富,加上杞子,再略帶啲油香,啲菜索晒啲汁非常好味☺️。·☞ 班蘭蛋糕🍰額外加多左一款甜品,同樣冇令我失望。佢個蛋糕係鬆軟到不得了,超級軟綿綿👍🏻。夾左一層斑斕忌廉醬,令到班蘭味更突出,又係一令我驚嘆嘅甜品!味道: 4.6/5 性價比: 4.3/5.整體來講,呢間新加坡菜絕對冇令我失望!獨特嘅菜式啱晒我呢啲鍾意是新奇食物嘅人😚而且味道香口惹味,其他地方好難搵得到,非常值得試,係會再回頭嘅餐廳👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻! continue reading
