To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 崇光附近的茶餐廳都已經執哂,冇選擇下嚟咗呢間茶餐廳。沙爹牛肉即食伊麵的味道一般,後悔沒有轉出前一丁。麥皮不夠熱。松露炒蛋三文治非常普普通通。收錢的效率卻相當高。

今日經過見到有位就入咗呢間店食早餐,我叫咗個香煎牛扒配粟米丹麥酥包、半焗流心煎雙蛋同埋一支栗子椰子奶,整體食物質素還好。牛扒:肉質嫩,冇乜牛味半焗流心煎雙蛋:一隻蛋有流心另一隻蛋全熟粟米:甜栗子椰子奶:好香粟子味同椰子味,味道好夾

由佢開舖食到而家中間有段時間服務好差又漏單,食物質素又差左所以冇再黎食相隔幾個月再黎食服務明顯改善左等餐時間正常返係其中一杯飲品等得耐左啲雞扒煎得非常香脆醃得好夠味份量都好多希望之後keep返呢個水準啦

茶餐廳最重要,快,靚,正!好可惜!等咗超過半小時才到的一個簡單的通粉早餐才到!看到遲來的食客滿足地離去!比我早的也和我一樣等侍著!可見得出單及跟單也-好亂!我叫左個沙爹牛通,太陽蛋多士,凍檸茶!雖然食物質數也算美味!特別是他們的麵包,真的好吃!希望他們可以在人手上有些改善!那便滿足茶餐廳的重點了!

今日因事到銅鑼灣,辦完事已經十二點,見到牛奶冰室就在對面,於是走入去。入去見好多人,枱都是細細的兩人枱,地方大但人流亦多,空間極少,十二點半,越來越多人,一張細枱要分開對面坐,一人一邊,非常逼挾餐牌都幾多選擇,無收加一,但收費唔平。牛肉湯通粉套餐先上桌嘅唔係酥包同炒蛋,而係通粉,湯底好似係牛奶,勁鹹同好油膩催促多次才送上炒蛋同多士,同樣好油膩熱檸水係稀釋嘅檸檬汁,祇有檸檬粒,味道比較淡總結地方太多人同環境狹窄,坐得不舒服,食物衹屬一般,唔係我杯茶,應該不會再來。
