在香港有不少知名居酒屋,在銅鑼灣的南蠻亭可謂其中的鼻祖,早於70年代就由有心人從日本六本木總店引進香港,至今已經傳承數代人,人變地點變但始終不變的是他們正宗燒鳥之味和匠人執著🇯🇵居酒屋位於亨利中心6樓,店子不大約有30個位,6點多開始就如貫入座,很快便坐無虛席,而且不少老顧客和師傅店員等談笑風生,充滿熱鬧感覺🤣入場後先點了兩杯Sapporo draft beer滋潤一下,串燒配啤酒🍻所有不快都溜走,餐廳有吧檯設計,可以見到師傅即場炮製各式串燒,見證著由生至熟,充滿焦香的過程😍🌟前菜小食有枝豆和燒鱈魚棒,枝豆有咬口用了些許鹽調味,燒鱈魚棒意料之外的香脆,沾一點沙律醬更惹味,是絕佳的下酒菜👍🏻🌟豬肉串燒露荀豬肉卷和荔枝豬肉卷分別將爽脆和果香融中肉串之中🍢其中露荀豬肉卷更漸漸演變成香港日式串燒店中必備菜品之一🌟厚切牛舌上檯時已經見到油光閃亮,牛的香氣散發而出,火喉控制得相當好😋牛舌烤得外焦內嫩,肉質可見粉嫩,有咬口夠Q彈🌟燒鳥串有自家製雞丸串同雞中翼,雞丸串就是用燒好的免治雞肉沾上滑滑清香的生食級日本雞蛋,免治雞肉內更有脆口雞軟骨🤤令口感更多變化🌟芝士翠玉瓜和白蘑菇入口有點鹹香,味道簡單清新,可以再挑戰不同的惹味串燒🌟甜品別出心裁地選了傳統的芝士年糕,煙煙韌韌有咬口,芝士拉絲要小心燙口🧀 continue reading
