呢個「吉列豬扒玉子鍋定食」整體嚟講都算幾好食,首先,份量好足夠,啱晒一個人食,仲有茶碗蒸、飯同麵豉湯,豐富又飽肚。茶碗蒸入面仲有舊雞肉,滑溜細緻,幾有驚喜。至於豬扒本身味道唔錯,不過浸咗喺玉子鍋嘅醬汁度,令原本吉列豬扒應有嘅脆口感完全消失,變得腍腍地,失去咗吉列豬扒應有嘅酥脆特色。蛋嘅生熟度調校得幾好,似糖心蛋咁啱啱好,唔會太生或者過熟,令成個鍋嘅口感更加豐富。餐廳有另外加收一嘅服務費,個餐偏貴。雖然味道唔錯,但豬扒口感因為浸咗醬汁而失色,有啲可惜。如果可以改良豬扒嘅脆感,呢餐會更加完美。總結嚟講,呢餐份量十足,味道幾好,除咗豬扒被浸腍影響口感之外,整體都係值得一試。 continue reading

這次來到大戶屋,被「期間限定」的字眼吸引住:數量限定的沖目鯛御膳。這款御膳的前菜有味噌湯和菜碗蒸 ,而另外兩款餐牌上長期供應的御膳則有牛肉烏冬和迷你豆腐小魚沙律。主角的沖目鯛大大一片,燒得很香,魚皮焦脆。沖目鯛的肉質較銀鱈魚結實,油香也較少,優點是較不膩口;不過燒魚最適合享受火灸下帶出的魚油香,下次想吃燒魚時,還是會點較肥美的銀鱈魚西京燒。燒魚面有蔥花味噌醬,鹹鹹甜甜的,配著魚或單獨吃也好吃。定食的燒熟成五花腩也燒得很香口。很喜歡御膳配的魚生飯:三文魚雖然薄切,但新鮮肥美,魚油香在口中漫開來,三文魚籽和飯面的蛋絲又加添了一份鹹鮮和甜香,非常美味。菜碗蒸做到蒸水蛋般滑溜,高湯的調味恰好,配料有一小塊雞肉和冬菇。豚肉味噌湯則偏鹹。出乎意料地,甜品竟然是御膳的亮點之一!之前春季的時候,甜品是有鹽漬櫻花的蕨餅,質地偏向黏軟,不是喜歡的煙韌口感;現在則換成了抹茶奶凍。別看這抹茶奶凍小小一方塊,抹茶味非常之濃,而且質地做到入口即化(加的魚膠粉份量控制得非常出色),簡直是抹茶版本的panna cotta 。還真會心思思的想為了甜品而再點御膳呢。 continue reading

當諗唔到食咩時,{大戶屋}就係我哋嘅最後目的地😆坐得舒舒服服,味道同份量有保證,真係一個唔錯嘅選擇✅✴️滑蛋雞肉飯✴️Comfort food之一,半熟仲有少少流質狀態嘅滑蛋,包住米飯一齊食好幸福☺️雞肉有煎香過,嫩滑得嚟又香口,不錯👍🏻👍🏻不過覺得今次嘅調味較濃,所以食到一半會較膩口~✴️鹽麴熟成五花腩拼牛肉定食✴️皇牌之選,食肉獸最愛❣️牛肉中間呈淺粉紅色,無overcook👍🏻五花腩油份充足,附上沙律菜,一齊食就無咁肥膩🤩 continue reading
