To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日終於出糧!糧尾挨得甘辛苦,出糧當然係食餐好既慰勞下自己!中午就選揀左黎fashion walk 既千両慶祝一下!依間千両裝修好靚,好有和風日本特色!餐牌都幾新淨應該岩岩轉左無耐,lunch set 都有唔少選擇,每款都係100~170蚊,價錢黎講算係正常。叫左個牛肉鳥冬配四色壽司,個餐亦包括有炸可樂餅,炸蝦,沙律,麵豉湯,好豐富!炸物外層炸得酥脆而內里好軟,炸蝦仲有少少彈牙!牛肉鳥冬份量唔大但牛肉好靚,食得出質素唔錯,鳥冬彈牙,火候掌控都幾好。四色壽司最好食係帶子,大大粒夠曬鮮甜夠曬份量!整體黎講午餐要150蚊係有少少貴,但考慮到個份量,個配搭,味道,依個價錢絕對唔係貴。可以再吃👍

星期五晚與朋友聚會,路經名店坊的千両,看到其推廣的限定日本香印提子芭菲,十分吸引,馬上和朋友入內試試。日本香印提子芭菲 $58芭菲的造型充滿夏日feel,大大粒的日本香印提子圓潤飽滿,再配上柔滑的雲呢拿雪糕及巨峰提子柚子啫喱,清香甜美。炙燒明太子三文魚卷 $60略燒過的三文魚油香豐富,再配上三文魚子及其它配料,相當鮮味。鰈魚西京燒 $72和銀鱈魚相比,鰈魚嘅味道雖然稍遜一籌,但CP值高,值得一試。雜錦天婦羅稻庭烏冬 $58雜錦天婦羅包括炸蝦、南瓜和茄子各一件,-人份量,價錢合理。

服務相當恐怖,職員發夢咁,唔太識聽廣東話,講咗一大輪,終於落完單,佢重要重覆晒我叫嗰啲野,以為無事。食物來完一些後,呆等一大輪,約30分鐘,發現唔對路,再問返啲野幾時到,佢話原來無落單,我呆左。呢種服務,真係恐怖
