星期日中午同同事一行六人去咗**太湖海鮮城(銅鑼灣分店)**飲茶,整體氣氛熱鬧,坐得舒適,枱與枱之間唔會太迫,啱晒多人聚餐。埋單六百八十幾蚊,人均一百一十左右,以港島區嚟講,價錢算相當平宜。今次點咗多款點心,包括**香煎叉燒兩件、家鄉韭菜角、鮮蝦燒賣皇、杏甫蓮藕枝、蓮藕芝麻球(糯)**等。點心上枱速度快,熱辣辣、賣相吸引,餡料足、味道亦有水準。其中「太湖招牌餃皇」用料豐富,口感紮實,係當日焦點之一。餐廳服務有禮,落單清晰,補茶收碟都勤快。雖然係大型酒樓,但用餐過程流暢無混亂,適合朋友、同事飯聚。整體而言,係一次味道穩定、價格實惠、環境舒適嘅午市體驗,有機會會再嚟。 continue reading

今日同師傅去太湖慶祝生日,點咗一枱豐富嘅菜式,有乳豬、元貝、貴妃蚌、三味牛肉、芝麻雞、脆皮蝦球,甜品仲有蛋散紅豆沙,雖然仲有好多餸冇影相,但已經食到好滿足!人均 $422,覺得好抵食,值得同大家分享下!首先講講個乳豬,端上枱時真係好震撼,成隻乳豬皮脆肉嫩,切開後皮薄得黎入口即化,油香四溢,肉質嫩滑,唔會太肥,配上旁邊嘅甜醬同酸薑片,解膩之餘仲增添咗層次感。師傅話好耐冇食過咁正宗嘅乳豬,我都覺得係今次宴席嘅亮點!貴妃蚌同元貝都係海鮮控嘅最愛。貴妃蚌用蒜蓉粉絲蒸,粉絲吸滿咗蚌嘅鮮味,蒜蓉香氣撲鼻,蚌肉嫩滑得黎帶點嚼勁,仲有蔥花同紅椒點綴,食落去好清新。元貝就更加鮮甜,入口即化,調味簡單但突顯咗海鮮嘅原味,師傅同我都食得好開心。三味牛肉真係驚喜,牛肉切得厚薄適中,燜得軟腍入味,醬汁濃郁,帶點微甜同鹹香,仲有薑蔥同蒜粒嘅香氣,牛肉同醬汁好夾,每啖都好滋味。呢道菜同飯一齊食真係一流,可惜我哋太忙食,唔記得影多啲相!芝麻雞同脆皮蝦球都係經典嘅中式菜式。芝麻雞外皮香脆,裹上濃濃嘅蜜糖醬汁,芝麻香氣好突出,雞肉嫩滑,甜而不膩,食咗幾件都唔會覺得滯。脆皮蝦球就更加出色,蝦肉彈牙,外層炸得金黃酥脆,掛咗一層酸甜醬,仲有核桃同沙律菜點綴,口感同味道都好豐富,師傅話呢道菜係佢今晚嘅最愛!甜品有蛋散紅豆沙,蛋散香滑,紅豆沙甜度啱啱好,紅豆煮得夠腍,仲有陣陣豆香,係一個好溫暖嘅結尾。雖然仲有其他甜品,但因為食得太飽,冇逐一試晒,略為有啲遺憾。環境方面,太湖嘅氣氛好熱鬧,枱面用咗紅色枱布,喜慶得黎又有節日氣氛,圓枱設計好啱一班人聚餐,服務員都幾殷勤,會主動幫我哋添茶同收拾枱面。整體體驗真係好愉快,師傅話好耐冇試過咁開心嘅生日飯局,我都覺得今次慶祝好有意義!總結黎講,人均 $422 有咁多高質嘅菜式,乳豬同海鮮都做得好出色,芝麻雞同脆皮蝦球更加係錦上添花,甜品亦都好有水準。太湖呢餐真係畀咗我同師傅一個好難忘嘅生日回憶!如果下次有機會同朋友聚會,我一定會再返太湖試多啲其他菜式! continue reading
