Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境舒適乾淨,可挑菜品算多。可惜菜上桌後不夠熱,扣了分,店要多加注意!味道還算不錯,如果再減點油會更好,否則又油又唔夠熱就倒了點胃口,尤其是潮洲煎伊麵;糯米飯炒得比較濕,吃不出糯米的質感;杏汁豬肺湯,杏汁比較稠和濃,小朋友不喜歡;煎肉餅好吃;豆苗不夠熱所以覺得有點油,但炒得還是嫰口的;方魚炒芥蘭亦是同樣問題;普寧炸豆腐和炸子雞不過不失。雖然賣的是潮洲菜,但不是很正宗,可能是迎合大眾口味。總體還可以。 continue reading
