To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起永年,應該好多人都聽過佢既大名。本人之前有幫趁過佢既盆菜,都算幾好食,今次專登黎吃個快車仔麵,因為特然好掛住佢個辣醬,吃過真係會記得個隻味!叫左個三送,牛腩牛柏葉雞翼米粉,小辣咖哩醬。先講下個湯底,作為車仔麵既靈魂所在,永年既湯底有好多唔同既香料味,飲落甜甜地又帶有少少鮮味,個人幾中意。牛腩煮到好諗,一份有3舊都幾大舊,一啖吃落口非常滿足,牛味醬香慢慢係個口入面散開,正!牛柏葉都幾新鮮,煮到剛剛好, 吃落爽口,正!但雞翼就比較失色,肉質有少少柴。米粉都好靚,煮得岩岩好又掛到汁,車仔麵就係要食依d! 唯一唔滿意就係太逼,不過依個都係車仔麵既通病,無得投訴。
