Motorino價錢: $228+1 (Black series)好味程度: 3/5服務🍴: 4/5環境🗾: 3.7/5性價比🥢: 4.3/5回頭率😚: erm nooo-Fiata 仍然係心中No.1 pizza,但呢排都試左幾間pizza,各有特色。今日講的呢間係比想象中唔好食的一間,不過用優惠價錢試左,即刻開心d🙂‍↕️Motorino係black sheep旗下的pizza餐廳,主打傳統拿坡里style。當日平日book左枱,去到都要等一陣,同埋座位都有d狹窄。吸引的位係,見到佢地好大個的烤爐,原個pizza咁送入去烤!-✅跟餐頭盤的時令沙律,大大碗,調味比較酸,極度開胃。-🆗❌pizza來講呢到的雖然suppose係napoleon style,但覺得佢地的批邊唔夠鬆軟同脆,偏乾同硬,係食到想放棄的批邊🥵而入面的空氣感都唔足,番茄醬底的pizza太過濕潤,整體口感唔煙靭,邊邊的味道有d焦燶,麻麻地😶‍🌫️唯一特別的係可以加辣椒油!加左真係令原本單調的味道變得有層次d,好食d。-🆗Margherita同Marinara都係過分濕潤,而Margherita的basil味唔夠,味道唔清新😵‍💫Marinara加蒜片,味道都無特別升華到。-🆗另外的Mimosa有大量玉米、辣香腸、火腿等,配搭上幾過癮😂仲有羊奶芝士同巴馬臣芝士,所以味道豐富d,而有多d芝士奶香都濃d。可惜的係成個pizza的口味偏甜,食食下有d甜膩🧐同埋d玉米會一路跌落來。-❌最唔中意的係意式冬日,上面放左抱子甘藍、意式香腸、香蒜同牛奶芝士。本身pizza已經乾乾地,仲要加d菜落去導致成件事更乾😖同埋芝士唔係好多,而呢隻菜又帶苦,唯一靠d辣椒油先食到小小,呢個口味NONO!-✅5個入面最中意都係意式辣肉腸。番茄+芝士+香腸的配搭係唔會死。香腸的鹹香香辣,加芝士的奶味同番茄的清新balance返,呢個係我最中意的一款☺️-✅跟餐的tiramisu好大舊!都OK吧,比較厚實的一種,手指餅同mascarpone的比例啱啱好,酒味食到的,入面都濕潤😋 係有啲甜。-整體係$228有3 course,而個pizza係咁大個,真係要準備takeaway。試過一次就可以了,附近有咁多pizza店,呢間唔會係我會回訪的選擇🙂‍↔️ continue reading

位於SOHO區嘅意大利pizza店,每次經過都冇試,今次扚起心肝同同事過去試吓啦!Lunch set係前菜+1個9吋嘅pizza 前菜我哋兩個人揀咗沙律同埋肉丸。兩大粒肉丸上面加咗好濃郁嘅蕃茄醬再加啲香草同埋橄欖油,個醬都幾好味幾香。沙律就用咗好新鮮嘅菜加咗份量啱啱好嘅沙律醬,簡單但係好好味。另外佢有條包係手製麵包條,好煙靭,食得出係新鮮出爐。Pizza我哋揀咗兩款交換食,parmaham pizza 入邊有蕃茄醬、水牛芝士、Parma ham,簡單又好味,Pizza底煙韌鬆軟,食得出係新鮮焗製;另一款Pizza店員話個個客都鍾意,極力推薦嘅pizza (但係就唔記得咩名) 我自己都係鍾意食Parma Ham多啲。整體嚟講Pizza餅底我覺得略嫌個邊燶咗少少,但係整體都係好新鮮同好好味,如果鍾意食pizza嘅朋友都可以嚟試吓! continue reading

🍕MARGHERITA 經典瑪格麗特味道 番茄略酸 披薩的餅皮還是很有水平的,因為店裏用的就是披薩專用的大烤爐,餅皮焦脆又有韌勁,吃著上癮, 但係烤焦部分有點苦。 🌶SOPPRESSATA PICCANTE 不能吃辣的慎點!已經和店員說了小小辣最後上來還是被辣到了。 黃油蝦仁還不錯 價格偏高 但畢竟在中環嘛 拍照就很有感覺,生日可以慶祝,但是味道嘛我覺得還好  基本都是外國人在用餐 只能用英文點餐 可以提前在網上訂座 continue reading
