To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Rice noodles with the signature fish spring rolls, white fish balls and beef balls. Clear soup for me because I was feeling heaty for the longest time. The takeaway paper bowl was sturdy and handy. Noodles were kept warm after I took it back to the workplace. Very springy fish rolls, bouncy fish balls and beef balls. One of the cheapest options in Nam Kee.

中環早上已經唔喺好多食市會開，想食個早餐其實都唔容易，好彩南記係小數開得早嘅餐廳，仿鮑片太陽蛋(有仿鮑片，春卷，大陽蛋，火腿同麵腸仔)加一杯熱奶茶，大大碗都只係$37,算係好抵食😋

好多香港人都中意食佢，最好食記係佢啲春卷同埋新豬肉片，（仲有佢個辣椒醬）都非常出色。李兩樣真係其他粉面鋪冇嘅野，亦都係最好食嘅兩樣嘢， 同埋佢都好多口味比客人揀，有清湯/麻辣/酸辣/仲有好多，不過我個人就最中意佢個酸辣，好多酸菜😋🏃♀️
