Petit Amanda 雖然算不上是自己最愛的餅店之一,不過無可否認的是此店的確有其過人之處。尤其説到出品的水準和花款方面,她們一直都能帶來信心。今日選了較為少吃的 Caprice。黑朱古力的海綿蛋糕配以 70% Guanaja 朱古力慕絲和少許熱情果,味道不過不失 (3/5分)。反而較愛這款以忌廉芝士、柚子和黑加侖子炮製的 Yuzu cheesecake。芝士蛋糕的口感輕柔,入口不會太乾太實。配搭味道比較刺激的柚子和黑加侖子,效果的確不俗 (3.5/5分)。不過仍是最喜歡這裡的 croissant doughnut。早期她們只有原味、士多啤梨和朱古力三款口味,近來多了這款海鹽焦糖味,感覺遠比其他口味更能脫穎而出 (4/5分)。牛角冬甩入口鬆化,牛油香味濃郁,加上面層的碎果仁,愛吃甜的朋友否能不心動? continue reading

看《蔡瀾歎名菜》的時候挺喜歡Amanda後來聽說過她的一些美食奮鬥史血汗史的覺得很不簡單放棄華妝美衣跑去外國學做甜品再免費實習這種決心不是每個人都下的了的所以先不論東西好不好吃這種精神還是很觸動我中午10點多去, 11點開, 於是等了一會兒結果就是等都等了就買多點吧買了在不遠處的座位就地食PlaisirScure層次挺豐富的味道也好就是溫度過低所以口感有點硬招牌Charlotte aux Poires白桃片味算ok但也有點偏甜白桃慕斯口感不錯, 手指餅okAmarina看重了翠綠紅心的外表春天的氣息翠綠是自開心果慕斯紅心是櫻桃嗜喱有點酸Salted Caramel Mille Feuille酥皮一般Caraibe綠茶味的海綿蛋糕配香蕉這裡和巧克力慕斯味道有點奇怪整體是很不錯的 continue reading

又到咗下午茶時間,今日人在中環,路經ifc裏的petite Amanda,我家小姐嚷著想吃macaron,咁petite Amanda啲甜品係得嘅,就坐低嘆番個美女甜品啦:兩姐弟好有自己主見,家姐揀咗macaron,我家少爺則揀色彩繽紛的doughnut:我呢,就揀番之前食過的Mille Feuille,鍾意佢啲忌廉夠香滑,千層皮夠鬆脆。家姐鯨吞哂兩件macaron(@$20x2),問佢好唔好食,佢實話好味;細佬嗰件raspberry croissant doughnut($22)甜中帶脆,細佬梗喜歡啦;但我還是最愛吃我那個夾雜軟滑和鬆脆的Mille Feuille($31) 。唯一美中不足,是很久以前來幫襯的時候,有美女老闆娘Amanda親自坐鎮,今次冇靚女睇,失色不少,幸好有我個男神用佢嘅性感朱唇嚟呵番我啫~ continue reading

常發夢,有一天可以賺夠錢,去法國修讀糕餅課程,學滿師回來開自己的餅店⋯⋯ (下刪1萬字)對我來說是無窮無盡的幻想,但不乏成功例子。Petite Amanda就是其中之一。店內的白色為主,感覺時尚,利用適量的彩色,添上輕鬆的氣氛。櫥櫃中放得工整的糕餅,精緻無比,還有著名的Cronut。此行的目的是買生日蛋糕,但怎抵得住其他引誘。Mille Feuille酥皮鬆脆,有牛油味卻不會感覺肥膩,吉士不太甜,不錯。但感覺偏乾。最近吃了Amigo的拿破崙,做到鬆化得用叉可以輕易切開,咬下去卻鬆脆濕潤,帶濃郁牛油香而不飽濟。做法不同,各有所長。Mont Blanc造型可愛,一見鍾情,已沒有再看其他了。除了頂部的栗子蓉,栗子味比想像中淡。Passion by Gerard Dubois做得較好。有點失望,但勝在中間有點橙皮味的甘香,有清新的衝擊。餅底亦不錯,牛油味中帶點果乾香,有中和的效果。Charlotte aux Poires Caramelises店員推介Petite Amanda的signature,雖不好梨,姑且一試。原以為mousse下面是海綿蛋糕,切開才發現,原來只有外層和底部是海綿蛋糕,中間是清新,天然甜的慕絲,還有梨肉。味道好清,慕絲都幾香甜,但感覺平淡,欠驚喜。包裝做得很好,單是堂食用的Le Creuset餐具,已令一眾女士受寵若驚,增了不少美感。每一款都美如藝術品,味道上則未算太出色。服務不錯,店員斯文有禮,樂於介紹。還以為男顧客都應該很受落,男友卻說女僕般的制服跟餅店感覺不太夾。 continue reading

我嘅Monday blue 真係隨住年紀增長,越來越勁..... upset 到要搵cake 嚟cheer up自己,真係好無陰功。anyway, 由於上次同事farewell 食左佢件水果撻後,我對呢間野真係加哂份,所以我今次特地帶來好友嚟食cake。本來我地諗住拎走,但後來發現係有堂食架!!! 於是我地就即係坐低hea住嚟enjoy 我地件cake~ 呢件係blackcurrant chesse cake,面頭嘅唔似係朱古力,反而比較似白朱古力嘅味道,真怪異喔~切開之後,又係一層包住一層咁,我每一啖都食到blackcurrant,但係就係無我想像中咁好食.... 都有啲失望~Amarina 裡面有 sour cherry jelly, light pistachio mousse, pistachio financier同埋 mini macaron~ 店員一再細心地叫我地小心啲枝牙簽,不過我地依然好驚只係食到一截....另一截唔知去左邊。不過我想話個cherry jelly唔好食,又或者咁講,其實cherry jelly根本就係似藥水味! 個macaron又唔係好好食..............雖然,一件靚嘅蛋糕切開之後係會見到美麗嘅層次,但係彌保唔到嗰種唔好食............. continue reading
