裝修型格,有流線型書架牆,成個Vibe勁Chill🍸🍹前菜、主菜都好有驚喜😍主打Fusion菜,重點!無伏✔️樣樣都好食😋🔸 Spicy Yuzu-kosho Tuna and Chinese Salami With Olive Oil Cheese on Wonton Crops炸雲吞皮上面拼生tuna莎莎😳加上少少青檸汁,食落好fresh 。另外一款係炸米紙配上自家製cream cheese同中國臘腸,係好新奇嘅配搭,但又好好食喎!🔸 Japanese Oyster With Homemade XO Sauce🦪北海道生蠔好新鮮蠔味好足,一啲都唔腥,上面加左自家製XO醬同埋少少青蘋果粒,增加口感。食落咸咸辣辣加上青蘋refresh下,味道好有層次😍🔸 Chicken Skinned Dumpling With Honey Mustard Sauce🐥好有誠意‼️餃子炸完再燒,外皮係火熗炙燒,肉汁鎖住晒,食得出絕對唔係雪櫃急凍貨仔!外層塗上自家製honey mustard,十分惹味😋😋🔸French Fries With Double Cheese Seasoning雙拼甜同辣嘅芝士粉,食落冇甘單調,一路傾計食唔停😍🔸 Seared Engawa Rice with Pickled Kombu 飯用紅酒醋浸泡過,左口魚放係上面炙燒d油份滴晒落去,面頭舖左用紅酒腌過嘅昆布,食落少少酸,成個感覺好balance👍🏻🍸One Piece🍹Silver Lining我哋揀左兩杯偏甜嘅Cocktail,One Piece用左桂花酒,混合菠蘿糖漿、檸檬等,Silver Lining就Gin 做Base,有士多啤梨香,飲落好Fruity。

餐廳:Serendipity (中環)地址:中環擺花街43號The Workstation 2樓初次相遇,始於緣份中環The Workstation 2樓呢間Serendipity開咗唔夠半年,喺一間別具特色嘅酒吧餐廳🍽️。行過充滿型格風嘅石牆,上面印有餐廳名,入到去餐廳嘅空間,一邊喺酒吧,而另一邊喺書架同座位📚,彷彿話比食客知,你可以喺度同朋友摸住酒杯底傾偈🍸,亦可以靜靜地坐喺度飲咖啡,睇吓書食吓嘢🍴餐廳主打酒精飲品:紅酒、白酒、香檳、Signature Cocktail樣樣齊🍹,是但一款Cocktail都相信會比到你驚喜😎,食物雖然唔多,但有一部份西式食物Fusion咗香港特色元素,例如午餐肉、自己整嘅XO醬、腐乳等,相信好難喺第二啲地方搵到🤪✝️Hokkaido Scallop with XO Sauce and Apple Puree $138將煎香咗嘅日本北海道帶子,放喺發酵咗嘅蘋果蓉上面☝️,再加上青蘋果片🍏,蘋果蓉嘅甜香出奇地增加咗帶子嘅口感同鮮甜度😍✝️Flat Iron Steak with Chimichurri Sauce $268雖然賣相簡單咗啲,但味道確實唔差,要咗5成熟,所用嘅扒喺Flat Iron位置🥩,呢個部位比較多油脂同筋膜,但餐廳處理得幾好,切走多餘厚筋,保留到肉質軟嫩、肉味濃郁嘅特色😌,配埋阿根廷青醬同大青椒唔知又啱唔啱你心意✝️Seared Engawa Rice with Pickled Kombu $178有驚喜嘅左口魚飯,店員果然無推介錯😛,先用鰹魚湯去煮好個飯,整到好似Risotto嘅質地咁,同時帶有鮮味,面頭鋪好一塊塊左口魚再炙燒,就咁食的確會有啲膩,但出奇嘅喺配埋擺咗喺面、用酸汁浸過嘅昆布一齊食,又幾中和到飯嘅油膩感👏✝️Peach Lemonade $68望住Bartender用純熟嘅技巧,有板有眼咁調製呢杯Lemonade,用咗桃汁、梳打同檸檬汁整成🍋,酸甜適中,唔會互相搶咗大家嘅味道,最重要喺解渴好飲👍

一向喜歡跟朋友去酒吧chill 吓,飲吓嘢傾吓計,中環是常去的地區,不論蘭桂坊或SOHO 都有好多特色酒吧,今次就同朋友去咗一間新開不久的隱蔽樓上酒吧,食物同cocktails 都非常高質,真是意外驚喜,同佢的店名一樣-serendipity,意外地發現美好😊酒吧位於中環擺花街,屬於非傳統的酒吧區,而且仲要樓上舖,唔係朋友搵都未必會發現到,雖然是樓上酒吧,但不論裝修、食物都好用心,而且店員好親切介紹每道菜及cocktails👍🏻🌟Japanese oyster with homemade XO sauce & apple puree ($58@)餐廳採用日本生蠔,生蠔新鮮肥美,大隻又厚肉,餐廳特別配上青蘋果及XO醬,令蠔的鮮味更突出🌟Small bite: Spicy Yuzu-kosho tuna and Chinese salami with Oliver oil cheese on Wanton crops ($88)很有創意的小食,將撈上柚子胡椒的吞拿魚放上炸過的雲吞皮,而中國腦腸配自家製cream cheese 放在炸過的米紙,一啖一口,非常美味,特別喜歡中國臘腸那一款,估唔到臘腸都咁好味,而且與 cream cheese 好夾👍🏻🌟Small bites: chicken skinned dumpling (雞皮餃子)($98)將雞皮餃子先炸後焗,然後上枱時再輕輕炙燒,令炭香味濃,雞皮餃子外微脆,油香感充足,但不會太油膩,再配honey mustard 同4吃,惹味😋🌟Udon: Snow crab meat Mentaiko Undon雪場蟹明太子撈烏冬,鹹香明太子撈烏冬,每條烏冬都有裹滿明太子醬,超美味,而雪場蟹肉鮮味,還特別加上紫蘇絲及麻油,解膩又增加香味😋🍨Dessert: Chinese vinegar and ginger ice-cream with sugar cured egg yolks(薑醋雪糕)餐廳自家制薑醋雪糕,超正,食落真係好似食緊薑醋,薑味蛋味甜酸味,每一味都互相緊扣,再加上糖漬蛋黃及底層的朱古力脆餅,口感及味道層次更豐富,必食推介👍🏻🍹Cocktails:☀️One piece店員推介的一款雞尾酒,用上桂花酒及Plantation white 作主,再加上菠蘿汁及檸檬汁,好香桂花味,味道清甜,而酒味較淡,適合不常喝酒的朋友。🌟Petra 店員推介的另一款雞尾酒,與one piece 不同,這杯酒味及味度的層次更豐富,因為用上 Cacao Husk Bourbon, Mancino Rosso 及Campari, 有淡淡的煙燻香味,酒味相對較濃,但我地好鍾意❤️

(◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。Serendipity Bar and Restaurant (◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。第一次去中環新開張的 Serendipity Bar and Restaurant 真是太令人驚喜了!裝修型格十足,無論室外室內都好有氣氛好Chill料理Cocktail 水準也很高,嚐過餐廳的Asian 料理會讓人留有餘蘊!完全符合店名 Serendipity 的寓意 - 意外發現的美好。-Raw - Spicy Yuzu-kosho Tuna and Chinese Salami with Olive Oil Cheese on Wonton Crisp非常有創意的小食,將撈上柚子胡椒的吞拿魚放上炸過的雲吞皮,而中國臘腸配自家製cream cheese 放在炸過的米紙,一啖一口,非常美味,個人超喜歡中國臘腸那一款,想不到臘腸與 cream cheese 好夾,十分欣賞其創意。-Small Bites - Edamame with Garlic Shiso Salt枝豆簡單的用了紫蘇蒜鹽調味,味道立即昇華。-Seafood - Bouchot Mussels with Sake and Sherry Beurre Blanc青口以日本清酒和雪利酒調烹調,味道層次豐富,青口亦很鮮甜。-Meat - Slow Cooked Hokkaido Pork Belly with Shio and Fermented Bean Curd Sauce慢煮的北海道豬腩肉邊邊非常之焦香,肥瘦適中。上面有啲炸過嘅紫蘇葉,配埋一齊食增加了口感!個人十分推薦點埋自家製嘅腐乳醬,有少少辣辣地鹹鹹地都好夾。別忘了這裡的signature cocktail 店員推介的Petra,這杯酒味及味度的層次豐富,用上 Cacao Husk Bourbon, Mancino Rosso 及Campari, 有淡淡的煙燻香,酒味相對較濃。個人十分欣賞。Serendipity Bar and Restaurant 中環擺花街43號The Workstation 2樓#serendipity #中環美食 #asianfusion #高質餐廳 #精緻料理 #酒吧 #cocktails #香港美食 #hkfoodie #hkfood #hkrestaurant #hkbar
