以往的預約困難店,現在不時有餐位。朋友住在餐廳附近,親臨預約,一個多星期便可五人共同進餐。店舖的裝置和氣氛很有年代感,淡黃的圓吊燈,散發着溫馨的光芒。但不知是何原因?小小的餐廳竟沒有滿座。廚師開煮前先讓食客瞻仰和牛未煮前的真身,和牛跟牛舌粉紅鮮嫩,增加了大家的食慾和期望值。廚師表明所有食材包括糖及醬油均來自日本,另外用的是滋賀縣的近江A4和牛的肉眼、西冷及刺生級牛肩。前菜是一小盤漬物加上幾種鮮蔬,極簡的調味和處理令各種蔬菜的本味更突出。蒸蛋軟滑是基本要求,櫻花蝦用量大方,卻令茶碗蒸略鹹。由於壽喜燒的烹煮過程十分快速,不多久師傅便送上嫩滑和牛,加配熱烘烘白飯及醮肉的橙黃蛋液。和牛與牛舌依序出場,醮滿壽喜燒汁的和牛襯以不同香蔬,脂香滿滿兼牛味濃郁。和牛之外套餐還包括一些蔬菜和配料,其中以淡路島的洋蔥最為鮮甜。結尾的主食是蛋香澎湃的碎牛蛋飯,飯未吃完,便已開始期盼下回的邂逅。套餐以芒果奶凍及蕨餅作結,為是晚劃上完美句號。 continue reading

每次嚟食都係叫Sukiyaki Set,起碼最少都食過五次,都去過三間唔同嘅分店,師傅調味都有少少不同,各有特色,有啲糖會落得比較多,不過我覺得統一師傅手勢會比較好,始終唔係每一個人都接受得到,我諗顧客應該都鍾意比較穩定嘅質素,同埋有時感覺到某啲師傅好似好唔願意做咁,拎食客會有小小壓力,始終要喺顧客面前烹調,視乎心情對食客都有一定影響,不過味道方面完全冇令我失望🤤.前菜有分別有螢光魷魚🦑,薑蓉蟹肉蒸蛋,不過前菜每次都唔同,我相信都有分季節性,每次食都有驚喜,而蒸蛋方面,本身唔係咁鍾意食薑,所以我每次食嘅時候都會刮走啲薑先食🤣Sukiyaki Lunch Set $600💰 人均消費 $660 continue reading

520老公約我去食好嘢🥰一向都好鍾意食壽喜燒,今次老公book咗被譽為全港最難book嘅壽喜燒餐廳,所以期望也很高。同老公叫左sukiyaki set,揀左和牛同追加一份牛舌,真係好值得追加,因為配埋蔥一齊食非常香口👍🏻和牛亦非常生鮮,入口即化,本人胃口唔大,但就算飽都忍唔住要食晒,仲有洋蔥估唔到係可以咁清甜🧅最後再整個滑蛋牛肉飯非常完滿😋餐廳座位不多,每位廚師只招待兩至三位,所以除咗食物更可以欣賞廚師嘅手藝,壽喜燒最緊要就係靚嘅食材,呢度嘅食材非常新鮮之餘,價錢亦很相宜,所以今次的晚餐滿足之餘亦不用過高消費,下次再黎👍🏻 continue reading
