餐廳環境清幽恬靜,日系簡潔裝潢,座落喺中環繁囂中的一片靜土,過嚟食晏,忙裏偷閑唞吓氣餐廳節奏慢活,等咗40分鐘左右終於有得食啦,對於下晝仲要返工嘅我,午飯時間所剩無己,只好匆匆忙忙咁食,有啲無奈。。。 午餐:三文魚茶漬飯+明太子玉子燒+是日綠茶。茶漬飯份量偏少,三文魚碎都好少,多啲就好了明太子玉子燒有啲失望,當初想像有明太子做餡嘅玉子燒,估唔到係擠上去嘅明太子醬,有期待有失落,早知嘅話會揀唔使補錢嘅普通玉子燒,呢個故事叫我唔好俾固有印象影響自己嘅選擇,食物永遠係多變㗎整體食物味道都可以,快餐店嘅食物質素 vs 行中上格調嘅日式餐廳,就唔係好值😬。。。可能揀蕎麥麵好食啲,朋友話ok continue reading

因朋友晚上會上茶道課程,她知道我是品茶愛好者,所以帶我來這間汴京茶寮。🍵🫖👭🍽️一走進這間茶寮彷如進入了大阪宇治的茶屋,讓人可以暫時放下生活急促的心情,拋開生活的煩惱盡情品茶。😌🙌🏼💖茶寮裡有寄賣一些出自日本名師的手怍茶碗,各款都很有特色和觀賞價值。茶寮最入面的位置是舖上了榻榻米,那個位置就是朋友上茶道班的地方,所以我們的枱是靠近榻榻米的位置,導師也有邀請我品嚐一下真正的純抹茶。看着導師在泡茶時的姿勢和手勢,可見日本人對茶道的講究,真的是大開眼界。🍵☺️茶寮提供多款茶品選擇,定食和甜品套餐也不乏茶品的元素。定食套餐包了一份主食、小食和手沖茶。✨樱花蝦明太子茶漬飯($128),茶漬是用較清色的玄米茶、飯的湯底很鮮甜,因鹹香鮮美的明太子和脆脆的櫻花蝦融入在飯和湯底裡,飯色澤帶點粉紅色。茶漬飯配的茶凍入口幾冰凍,幾彈牙,清甜的茶香味。🌸🦐🍲✨唐揚炸雞(+$18),炸雞塊塊炸得好香口,無骨又啖啖肉,配上柚子沙律醬,清香又開胃。🐥✨手沖茶選了小白龍珠(+$10),是一款球狀的白茶,薄薄的茶幾生津解渴,茶葉聞起上來很舒服,有陣陣清香的茉莉香氣。飲完一杯後,仲可以拿回給職員再添飲。🥃🌿✨ 雪糕甜品餐($228),雪糕可選抹茶、焙茶或豆腐口味。紅豆鯛魚燒外皮很脆,包著滿滿大粒又甜滑的紅豆。抹茶雪糕都很濃,質感又好滑,配紅豆鯛魚燒很匹配,冷熱的感覺食到好滿足。旁邊的白玉大粒又煙靭,幾有咬口。蕨餅很鬆軟,又唔會好甜,整碟都有滿滿的抹茶滋味。🍨🍵🫘✨ 甜品餐的另一碟是焙茶口味的芝士蛋糕,焙茶是超級濃,有一種回甘的味道,同時都會食到芝士軟滑的香。抹茶和焙茶味的生朱古力入口即化。喜歡食特濃茶味的朋友絕對推薦過黎品嚐。🍰☕️🍫✨ 甜品餐配上八十八夜冠茶,顧名思義是踏入立春後第88天進行採摘茶葉,採摘前的10天用上遮光布把茶葉蓋上,令綠茶入口時更加甘甜醇香。這款茶品還是第一次聽到,又是長知識的時候。整套裝茶的茶具好靚,茶杯細細,可以細味茶味的真味。🍵🌱這餐飯又是滿足了視覺和味覺的體驗,想忘憂的朋友好適合過來品茶、食甜品。😌🫶 continue reading

我最近來到品嚐餐點,發現這的確是讓人心靈沉澱並尋找片刻寧靜的好地方。不僅提供精品茶,還有一系列茶漬飯、定食、冷麵、飯糰和甜品小食,讓人有多樣的選擇。自家品牌手沏抹茶勝雪真是一絕。這款抹茶產自宇治,由茶藝師親自席前沏茶,手法熟練且講究,讓抹茶的味道濃郁醇厚,口感順滑。而且還附上了水信玄餅,絕對是一個令人愉悅的體驗。另外,他們的手沏抹茶梅酒也很特別。將手沏抹茶倒入混入梅酒中,層次分明,畫面療愈,味道清新,且酒味不太重,非常適合喜歡尋找新風味的人。在主食方面,我品嚐了櫻花蝦明太子茶漬飯和肉燥紅米飯糰。櫻花蝦明太子茶漬飯的湯底使用了鰹魚湯和玄米茶,鮮甜可口,飯粒也呈現粉紅色,非常吸引人。而肉燥紅米飯糰則比一般的飯糰更飽滿,內部滿滿的肉燥,紅米的口感也很不錯,帶有一定的咬勁。小食有手作茶凍和明太子玉子燒。玉子燒香甜軟嫩,與微辛鹹鮮的明太子非常搭配;而茶凍則清爽甘醇,口感Q彈,非常適合作為甜點或下午茶的選擇。除了美食,他們的套餐還會搭配手沖茶,這讓整個用餐體驗更加完整和精緻。最後,他們的甜品抹茶芝士蛋糕真是令人難以抗拒。濃郁的茶味搭配著軟滑的口感,絕對是抹茶愛好者的不二之選。 continue reading

位於中環嘅呢間日式茶寮 外面睇落裝修好特別 就俾佢吸引咗入去啦。點知佢除咗飲茶仲有好多嘢食我哋今次就叫咗個冷麵 炸雞 凍豆腐同埋豚肉飯。 冷麵係一個綠茶冷麵,口感非常特別 唔會太腍又唔會太硬,同個炸雞好夾!另外我仲追加咗個明太子玉子燒! 流心嘅蛋同埋超香嘅味道😍😍強烈建議大家追加!!另外叫咗個豚肉飯就追加咗個凍豆腐 豚肉飯係用日本米,好汁好惹味 。配埋個凍豆腐一流。飲品係重點 叫咗個抹茶🍵拿鐵 抹茶個味好濃郁!飲落好細滑。另外仲叫左個焙茶拿鐵 賣相冇咁靚 但係超好飲!好濃郁嘅焙茶味!!本身以為呢度係主打飲品,但係原來飲品同食物都好正!強烈建議黎哩度食lunch👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
