又是共享天倫的定期聚會,家人提議到開業不久的歡樂大排檔。食店以新派大排檔裝修作招徠,燈光明亮,以街坊食店而言,環境算是不錯。一份有5大件雲吞,最妙之處是內藏一隻爽口彈牙的蝦仁,錦鹵汁內有半肥叉燒及三色椒,醬汁是有點肥膩,但甜酸度剛好。三星是鵪鶉蛋、豬膶及冬菇,但三星並非不會轉變的,從別人的食評中發現叉燒也會出現。三星中最差的是豬膶,細小之餘也蒸得過火,口感粗硬。賣相和味道均有進步空間,生菜色澤暗啞,欠缺油水,水魷和牛柏葉味淡是意料之中,然而質感也不達標,少了嚼勁。釀茄子賣相和味道都不錯,只是熱度不夠,影響了口感。縱然食店為雞仔包起了一個別緻的名稱,但水準也是一般。燒鵝皮脆肉厚,而且件數甚多,以1/4隻燒鵝而言,十分超值;可惜瀬粉卻溫溫吞吞,盛器也不大,大概是2-3 人份量。炒腸粉鑊氣十足,食材均勻沾滿豉油,豉香撲鼻是簡單而出衆的美食。從價格看是沒什麼好投訴的,但食物又怎可以不論質素。驟眼看以為廚師炒烏冬時忘記加入肉絲,細心查找便發現廚師以全肥肉條取代肉絲,染有豉油的肥肉便與烏冬完美混合。從健康或味道出發,剔走肉絲比加入肥肉條的炒烏冬更為優勝。 continue reading

一行十人開心食生日飯,未試過食飯食到一肚氣。金沙涼瓜片又咸又油又唔脆,勁難食。一品雞,凍而無味,唔知食緊咩肉。瑤柱蛋白炒飯,好細碟。南乳炆齋,味道單一,好多汁,一啲好鹹一啲無味。鳳梨生炒骨,肉質好硬,掛唔到汁。所有食物都好差。最後準備切蛋糕時,職員攞出2個蛋糕,有一個蛋糕被跌爛,水果全部整跌晒,沒有道歉,只有不停解釋強調唔關佢哋事。仲好話第二個蛋糕無事,不停解釋佢哋蛋糕會好小心處理,絕對唔會跌爛蛋糕,但事實就係蛋糕爛咗。非常不負責任。此餐廳我已食過多次,一向正常。但今日嘅食物真係好差好差好差。以後唔會再幫襯。 continue reading

今晚16位晚飯,哩間大排檔已經系watch list 應該有一年,今次約會可以話大家都難得的滿意,近年系香港都比較難得。味道(4分)- 所有彩式都真系好夠鑊氣,非常熱辣辣,好有以前大排檔風味。- 叫了十幾個菜(太多太好味影吾切,加埋openrice暫時我只可以放12張相,另外名字可能同餐牌吾一樣咖),可能只有2到3個系剛剛合格高小小    - 乳豬感覺吾系即燒,皮有d靱。    - 生炒糯米飯太少蠟味。    - 豬肝粉腸煲得好少粉腸,豬肝亦太熟太”鞋”-比較好的菜式🈶   - 魚腸焗雞蛋,表皮脆香,魚腸多,   - 炆龍躉尾,肉滑又多肉,加埋燒腩仔同支竹真系配合得好好。- 懷舊蝦多士  環境(4分)- 簡單得來有特色,起碼比附近開間排曬隊🐷x記好好多。-居然有張大檯可以坐16人,旁邊仲有個小屏風,吾錯。服務(5分)- 可以話大部分女服務員都好到位,有笑容,有熱誠,仲非常主動幫忙,系香港比較少見。- 除了兩個男的系目無表情,但都做足無托手肘。-打過2次電話,一個女性的聲音語氣,給人感覺比較兇。衛生(4分)- 正常啦!比高一分系連女廁都話系幾乾淨衛生。- 抵食(5分)- 埋單$3394,人均$212食10幾個好味菜式,性價比非常高。 continue reading

食過呢間歡樂大排檔幾次之後,今次趁住中秋帶屋企人嚟食飯,試吓呢到嘅圍餐😋發現呢到真係好適合同朋友/親戚聚餐!呢到裝修懷舊風,好似穿越去80年代咁!整體食物質素高😙- 乳豬: 外皮燒到脆一脆,唔食皮嘅都唔驚冇嘢食,啖啖都係肉,仲有汁唔驚乾得濟- 上湯龍蝦伊面: 大大嚿龍蝦,一圍分每人都有得食,仲要好鮮味🦞食到伊面唔夠食- 脆皮雞: 其中一樣我最鍾意嘅菜式😍食到最後個皮仲係脆架。雞胸都嫩滑,雞脾更加唔話得啦- 蝦棗: 好彈牙食落有蝦味,如果比多啲醬就好喇- 鮑魚鵝掌: 圍餐有得食鮑魚太有口福了!鮑魚好淋但鵝掌唔夠入味🥹整體嚟講嘢食高水準,啱晒一大班人嚟食,會再嚟! continue reading
