餐廳環境好Chill,外面區域都好舒服,可惜天氣太熱,搞唔掂因為我地兩個女仔,胃口唔太大,所以叫意粉前我地有問店員有幾多,店員去拎隻碟俾我地睇有幾大,同會有幾多份量我地決定叫住先,唔夠先再order其他當碟意粉嚟到之後,我地好慶幸決定食完唔夠先再叫,因為佢講嘅1人份量,我地兩個食真係好足夠Blue Mussels個Mussel嚟到,我地真係好驚喜,平時食Mussel好多時都只係白酒,或者白酒忌廉汁,但呢個係白酒再加少少辣再加埋啲香草,真係超好食,每隻都肥美、中size,令到我地好期待個龍蝦意粉Fresh Blue Lobster Pasta個意粉質感係我最愛嘅al dente,唔會太硬,又唔會煮到好淋,岩岩好,有啲咬口,彈牙,但有啲人會唔鍾意呢個口感,會覺得好硬,我屋企兩老就最憎個汁係好香濃嘅龍蝦汁,而隻龍蝦,應該係澳洲藍龍嚟,肉質鮮甜、爽口彈牙平時喺酒樓食圍菜,有龍蝦食,我基本上完全唔會食隻龍蝦鉗,但呢隻龍蝦太好食,真係唔食對唔住奉獻條蝦命俾我地食嘅龍蝦食食吓,其中一個疑似係經理嘅店員行埋嚟問我地覺得啲食物點,我地話個意粉好好食,佢都話呢個係佢嘅favorite我地應該係order咗呢間餐廳最signature嘅Main Course呢間餐廳我真係好推介俾大家,當然,價錢中等,餐廳無飲用水提供,如果想要水,每位$18蚊,最後我地兩個人埋單$574,以lunch嚟講係有少少貴,但如果加上環境同食物質素,我覺得物有所值 continue reading

In such a wonderful environment with beautiful decor and views, how can food be so revolting and badly prepared? Unfortunately this venue has all the hallmarks of a great place but is badly let down by food that is bitter, overcooked and tasteless. Very disappointing to say the least. 最近聽鄰居說,溜冰場旁的西餐廳把整個班底都換了,改革後相當出色,所以忍不住要去探究一下👀(坦白說,大半年前試過一次之後便沒有再光顧過,因為舊時的食物和服務質素都不好🙈 今次聽到更換班底後區內有很多好評,所以便膽粗粗再給它一次機會🤔)。然後便有開心大發現🤩🤩🤩。平時很少寫食評,就簡短說說重點:午餐超級抵食,百多元一個set lunch食出中環餐廳的質素👀大推餐牌中的黃油雞飯,外脆內嫩,墊底的米飯吸收雞油精華之餘還另有一層豐富的味道,相當出色和有驚喜的一道菜(說真的,平時在中環上班試盡好餐廳,但這道黃油雞真的與別不同❤️)。同行友人點了一份炭燒牛排,外面焦香內裡鮮嫩,餐廳經理說是新大廚特地於西班牙運來香港的炭燒爐所製,所以風味非一般煎牛扒可比😋。P.S. 提到那位新餐廳經理,作為資深中環人(😆)覺得他相當面善,細談之下原來他曾效力於四季酒店內的Sabatini和四季菊👀👀。難怪整間餐廳的服務質素和氛圍都比以前煥然一新。換了全新的大廚和服務人員後,真的令這間餐廳徹底重生!相信自此之後會令我更少在家煮飯😜😜😂😂❤️ continue reading

Easter掘蛋活動入黎愉景灣,一早open rice book左枱食飯1pm 入座,1.10pm 落order, 然後1.30pm 走黎問我地想食咩,明顯唔見左張order紙冇落到單1.30pm 重新落order話即刻整,2pm先黎兩個set salad, 2.15pm先上兩個餐湯同單點starter期間催過幾次都話main出黎,但一直只係見佢出幾份相同嘅main,可能我地3個main冇其他枱order佢hold起唔整,等到2.30pm都冇野出忍唔住走人漏單冇優先處理都算,reorder後一個鐘都出唔到main course簡直唔可以接受,完全係遇過最差嘅management 同出菜速度 continue reading
