這家店這兩年內食過幾次。 味道一般,店舖內沒電話信號,WiFi又壞咗不能連線。 我記得Wifi 已經壞咗一年以上都沒有維修處理,明顯就是管理員不作為,沒處理。另客人進食時,坐立不安,有一種「與世隔絕」的感覺!

王家沙.花樣年華📍紅磡黃埔天地享膳坊(第4期)地下G16號舖突然間好想食上海嘢,尤其係小籠包。見到裝修都企理,就入去試吓。⭐️蘇式鮮肉小籠包 $62一籠有5隻,算係皮薄餡靚。仲有一款係有蟹粉嘅,係招牌款式應該唔錯!⭐️奶黃小麻球 $42呢款我覺得比較普通,就係鹹水角嘅皮包住流沙奶黃⭐️金銀干貝羹 $62我會話呢碗嘢係是日MVP,雖然望落清清地,但係食落幾香,口感碗仔翅,唔會太稀或者太結,幾好。⭐️上海擔擔麵 $88唔係好重花生味,覺得似滷肉飯嘅肉碎麵多過擔擔麵

朋友話今日想食炒鱔糊,仲一定要銀芽炒,就搵左王家沙,好多年前都食過王家沙,幾唔錯。 今次去黃埔呢間,入到去裝修好雅緻,2個人坐張4人枱,好舒服,咁大張枱俾我,當然要叫多D餸食啦…先黎左個三絲粉皮~有微量的雞絲,幼身火腿,青瓜絲,成碗最出色係個醬,調控得好好食,係食個汁醬。招牌蟹粉小籠包~5粒~ 個皮厚左少少,咬左啖見到有黃色蟹粉,但唔夠蟹味同爆汁,都係點返個醋有返個味道出黎。炸黑毛豬扒擔擔麵~湯同豬扒是分開上的,睇個名同餐牌張相,好似好好食咁,點知,一食個麵同個湯底係無味用清水煮,應該鹽都無落,可以較個雞粉湯底會有些味道較好,個炸豬扒話就話炸黑毛豬,面嗰層個炸粉,餐牌張相係麵包糠做炸粉,但出品,祗係輕輕有麵粉喺面囉…食落仲要無豬味,同無味。叫左4個餸最期待係黑毛豬,點知咁失望。黑松露清炒蝦仁~ 炒蝦仁係最好食,炒得好好, 晶瑩通透,又有黑松露味道,唔會太咸或無味,個芡汁炒落個蝦仁唔會黐埋一齊,係粒粒分明,呢個好食。韮王炒鱔糊~雖然無銀芽炒,但呢個炒鱔糊都好食,個醬汁都較得好 好,望落個鱔糊都夠色香,但食落唔會太咸,好食。因為叫左個麵,所以,無叫到個飯黎撈飯食,兩個人,食唔到咁多。總括都唔錯,係個黑毛豬失準,其他都好好。
