首先,經openrice 訂座可有九折。
食物質素好,價錢算合理。

最讚的是服務。
平日晚上人流很少,可以坐到收舖才離開。

喜歡吃上海菜,因為有些食材要在蘇杭地區才能找到,例如馬蘭頭,有些人嫌有點羶味,但其獨特的味道是其他蔬菜找不到的。王家沙 · 花樣年華師以白葉做卷,一口一啖,不單可以把切碎的馬蘭頭包裹著,有點造型。蘇式鮮肉小籠包略嫌包皮有點厚,但厚也有厚的作用,夾起來時不易穿。紅燒獅子頭烤菜味濃,獅子頭功夫十足,非常入味。家鄉炒年糕有一貫的水準,不油膩,用料也十足。甜品方面,今天點了高力豆沙球及奶黃小麻球,對於高力豆沙球有點失望,一碟有四個,因為今天有六人共餐,所以叫餐廳把豆沙球切開兩份,卻發現裏面的豆沙少得可憐,但包球用料多所以較實,可能是彌補豆沙不足之處。總體來說,不過不失,也值得嘗試。

招牌蟹粉小籠包 - 上海菜又點少得小籠包,叫左呢個蟹粉小籠包,$78有5粒,呢個價錢合理,小籠包size都唔細,皮亦做得夠薄,但頂位d皮有少少蒸未透,有少少硬,湯汁亦略嫌不夠多。

炸黑毛豬扒擔擔麵 - 呢個擔擔麵賣$138,反而我覺得佢算抵食,因為麵量真係有好多,夠2個人食有多,不過質素就一般。首先上枱時個湯唔夠熱,;此外,麵量係多,亦都係用上海麵底,但煮得太淋,淋到d麵都痴埋一餅;炸豬扒味道係唔錯,不過炸得太過油。

飲品 : 因為餐廳有提供茶水,而家仲要係收$12蚊一位,所以就只飲茶,無再加其他飲品。


🍽環境:餐廳環境係唔錯,裝修又有心思,整體感覺良好,地方同坐位都寬敞闊落,坐得好舒適,開張多時亦keep到裝修新淨企理同衛生。


🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:店員服務態度都ok,店舖係用剔紙仔落單,不過餐廳地方大,但職員人數少,較入嘅坐位好難先搵到職員提供服務。


💰💸價錢:叫左以上3樣食物,埋單$429蚊,因為佢地仲要收每位茶位$12蚊同小食又$12蚊,所以我覺得就偏唔抵,同區仲有更多性價比更高嘅選擇。


🐲💬總結:我覺得王家沙以前比我嘅感覺係價錢偏高,但食物質素好好,而家好似有少少倒退,希望佢地可回復當年水準啦。

Lunch 時間唔知食乜好,就去左試下呢間,午餐時間都算多人,坐左7成點都估唔到體驗係咁樣叫左酸辣湯麵,價錢唔係平,但個湯同粉既比例係湯3麵7 勁少湯,d麵又成餅野咁,食左幾啖麵已經冇晒d湯,變左齋麵咁樣,但係個味道唔係差既,係真係太少湯。小籠包不過不失,個皮感覺有d 厚,但個味道唔錯,都有汁水既涼伴青瓜$48 都算幾貴,好食都算,食完覺得早知唔叫.......................侍應幾nice
