To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去佐敦經過這間麵包店,之前買過幾次這店的麵包覺得幾好食,所以今次又再買其他款麵包試下。其實這麵包店麵包價錢都不便宜,但記得當年睇過訪問麵包店老細視頻,他稱做麵包過程全天然發酵,食得健康。所以對佢有信心,就算貴點都接受。我揀了:栗子包$16 ~ 外觀似栗子,細細個。但咬落去竟然係空氣包,重要係好大個窿,超級失望餡料有栗子蓉及栗子粒粒,雖然不是太甜,但沒有麵包口感黑芝麻麻糬包$16 ~ size也是細細個,同樣也是一個空氣包,也是有一個好大個窿,真是失望至極餡料是黑芝麻及麻糬,麻糬口感軟糯是好食的,但就好似只食餡料,沒有食包的感覺其實麵包價錢已經不是便宜,而且麵包size已經細,重要係空氣包真的太令人失望!那麼同坊間麵包店的空氣麵包有什麼分別?而且一個正常食量的人要買幾多個麵包才會食飽??本人不會再幫襯了 continue reading

是20毂面包常客,之前已向店員反映面包袋十分易破。今天再次在拿兩袋面包時,其中一袋碰到旁邊的面包架就刻差不多完成爆開破掉,10塊有6塊四散在枱上,向店員再次反映,得到的回應是,面包袋是易破,所以通常會加多一個袋。這樣的回覆代表該店根本沒有解決問題的想法,無論你的面包如何好吃,如果客人有其他選擇就會一定跑掉。 continue reading

試過買牛角包,長法包,bagel,cinnamon roll,果仁撻等,全部都超好食。食得出啲麵包好足麵粉,有重量,好煙韌又有咬口。講到至愛絕對係果仁撻, 撻底又趣,果仁又新鮮,焦糖牛油味又夠香濃,係有外國先食到的味道!下次真係要試埋佢哋嘅蛋糕,曲奇,試下佢啲功夫夠唔夠。我仲去過佢哋嘅灣仔分店,但係覺得入面嘅選擇好似冇佐敦呢間咁多,我諗可能佢嘅總店始終做得好啲! 希望呢間麵包舖可以保持初心,繼續做啲有質量嘅麵包, 呢啲麵包舖香港真係買少見少。 continue reading

烘焙店由90後兩兄弟經營,有創意有想法,主打無添加麵包同甜品,玻璃櫃入面款款麵包都好吸引,每款都想去試抹茶吐司扭紋造型抹茶吐司,用類似牛角包嘅方式去整,每層麵包中間都會搽滿抹茶奶酥餡,茶味濃郁及有層次感,咬落外層香脆,內裏柔軟,再加上表面抹茶碎碎,令味道加倍濃郁,口感豐富檸檬茶可以買原個或半個,外層印有檸檬嘅可愛圖案,麵包鬆軟,淡淡茶香味,入面有檸檬皮同合桃,增添口感同提升檸檬味道 continue reading
