To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好失望竟然係空氣麵包

今日去佐敦經過這間麵包店，之前買過幾次這店的麵包覺得幾好食，所以今次又再買其他款麵包試下。其實這麵包店麵包價錢都不便宜，但記得當年睇過訪問麵包店老細視頻，他稱做麵包過程全天然發酵，食得健康。所以對佢有信心，就算貴點都接受。我揀了：栗子包$16 ～ 外觀似栗子，細細個。但咬落去竟然係空氣包，重要係好大個窿，超級失望餡料有栗子蓉及栗子粒粒，雖然不是太甜，但沒有麵包口感黑芝麻麻糬包$16 ～ size也是細細個，同樣也是一個空氣包，也是有一個好大個窿，真是失望至極餡料是黑芝麻及麻糬，麻糬口感軟糯是好食的，但就好似只食餡料，沒有食包的感覺其實麵包價錢已經不是便宜，而且麵包size已經細，重要係空氣包真的太令人失望！那麼同坊間麵包店的空氣麵包有什麼分別？而且一個正常食量的人要買幾多個麵包才會食飽？？本人不會再幫襯了

真的太令人失望！那麼同坊間麵包店的空氣麵包有什麼分別？而且一個正常食量的人要買幾多個麵包才會食飽？？
本人不會再幫襯了
