Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

普慶餐廳一向是自助餐大熱之一,只要有任何優惠就立即搶購一空,我們本想來吃自助午餐,既然搶不到特價,但又有一番興致,於是就去試下下午茶,遲一點有機會再去吃午餐或者晚餐吧. 餐廳位於逸東酒店地庫一樓,可於地下的美食廣場行樓梯落去,佈置裝飾以懷舊為主題,食物分開多個不同的區域擺放,令人流分散,減少擠迫的情況,不過拿取食物時往往需要多行幾步了,自助餐吃得多散下步也有助消化呢!凍海鮮有青口,海蝦和小龍蝦~我不吃小龍蝦,青口無甚味道,自助餐的貨色一般來說都較為普通. 海蝦顏色不算靚,食落尚不差,肉質正常.前菜有比較簡單的輕盈食物有三文治,芝士和雜肉火腿.  西班牙凍湯~比較酸,飲後令人開胃?!  尼斯沙律和青醬烤雞米仔粉沙律賣相都好清新.法式海鮮酥皮盒~酥脆外皮充滿牛油香,再加上大蝦和餅內的碎海鮮,非常惹味.炸魚手指包~炸魚夠香口但魚肉質感和味道比較平凡.燒燴盲鰽~魚柳燒得香,吃落質感微硬,味道平淡,可幸無腥味和雪味.松露什菌意大利雲吞~味道好濃,如果喜歡松露的朋友可能好鍾意.慕尼黑腸配紅白豆~像普通豬肉腸,食不出德國腸的特色. 紅白豆燴出來亦未有提升其味道.烤雞配辣肉腸~雞扒肉夠厚,但燴上後皮就唔脆口,烤雞只要皮不脆就魅力大減.芝士焗龍蝦~每人奉送一隻,肉質尚算結實,一貫波士頓龍蝦的淡味,蝦膏亦不多.下午茶都有廚師即切肉區,今次是慢烤牛肩胛肉,肉味非常濃郁,看顏色又半熟但不知何解肉質十分韌,令咀嚼非常困難.切肉區旁有約克郡布甸(左)和炸玉米熱狗,樣子很好.另一惹味熱食區亦有多款海鮮和肉類選擇. 泰式煮辣蜆~其實並不辣,反而合我口胃,可惜蜆肉味道好淡,無甚鮮味.焗青口~一般自助餐青口熱食較凍食好,因為青口質素不高,熱食的醬料會稍稍調高味道.蕃茄鯖魚~燒得皮脆夠香.霹靂烤雞~皮尚算脆口,雞肉亦無鞋口,唯味道淡,醬料只於外皮.有兩款薄餅,芝士漢堡薄餅和辣肉腸墨西哥辣椒薄餅,餅不太厚,微脆,辣肉腸薄餅比較刺激一點.旁邊是印度區. 瑪莎拉雞~即印度燒雞,顏色太黃已經不吸引,外皮都不夠入味,肉更加不用期望了. 以印度食店的Tikka Masala雞比較,這味一定不理想. 印度咖喱角~整得尚算有風味,但我一向都不喜歡吃印度咖喱角,嫌大舊且餡料不豐富. 印度飯~似乎十分紅,不過飯粒粒分明,吃一口香料味道尚算濃郁. 印度薄餅~英文是Roti,其實是煎餅,幾煙韌.粉麵區~可選的材料都不少.有幾款點心吃,燒賣顏色不吸引.水果區西瓜,菠蘿和蜜瓜.Movenpick雪糕~有多款選擇,下午茶跟午餐和晚餐看齊,無將貨就價.全場的甜品都很精美,首先馬卡龍塔就算不吃也值得影相留念. 而放在馬卡龍塔右下邊的朱古力盬味蕉糖撻,入口甜中又帶點咸,感覺有趣.左起什莓牛油蛋糕~扎實而口感鬆軟,牛油香濃又帶點莓的酸甜.  西梅杏仁撻~外表色澤沉實. 口感軟熟而帶酸甜味道,吃一件已很飽肚. 圓環蛋糕~有過甜的感覺.英式冧酒提子太妃糕~樣子好靚,食落啖啖酒香.維也納蘋果卷~上面的「英式鬆餅」應該是掛亂了. 蘋果卷外皮鬆脆,蘋果肉多而軟熟清甜,一口咬落有又脆又棉的雙重口感.雜莓奶凍(上)及蜜桃奶油蛋糕(下)~蜜桃奶油蛋糕是甜品組顏值最高,靚到唔捨得食.左邊起為法式檸檬撻,黑森林蛋糕和芒果拿破崙~法式檸檬撻帶點清新的微酸. 芒果拿破崙餅皮夠脆,果肉清甜.左邊起為意大利芝士餅,法式紫薯蛋糕和草莓法式泡芙~全部都好靚,好吸引.特飲區的青蘋果青檸𣲙沙~非常凍加上甜甜酸酸,夏天有透心涼的感覺. 熱情果芒果紅茶~ 清涼而味覺同一般較常飲到的冰果茶差不多.下午茶人均消費要二百幾蚊,一點也不算便宜,然而以大部分同等價錢的自助午餐比較,就相對豐富得多,尤其甜品就遠遠優勝. 若可以遲一點吃午餐的話,這個下午茶都不失為一個好選擇. continue reading

最近見逸東嘅普慶餐廳自助餐經常有優惠,今次唔係第一次去,但係發現質素下降得好厲害,雖然有職員每一台去做訪問,我都直接話俾佢聽今次啲生蠔係苦嘅,仲要係食咗好多碟都係苦,可能係處理嘅問題,另外就係唔多特色嘢食,只係好多普通嘅嘢,務求好似食飽你就算,啲粉面質素係腍啤啤,喇沙嘅湯底稀到不得了。。。唔知係咪因為做唔住呢,要成日去做優惠,午市呢個價$500都唔使兩個人,都真係抵,但係得呢一個質素的話,所以都好失望,對唔住佢自己呢個品牌。 continue reading

今餐係同另一半慶祝紀念日,預先網上付費可以有額外折扣優惠,因為又係價格戰,原先敢抱有太大期望1830準時入座,店員為我哋安排咗一個同取餐區比較相距遠嘅位置,我哋嘗試問問可唔可以轉位,店員即時配合安排。冇黑面,好禮貌,高分👍🏻👍🏻去到食物環節,成餐飯入面燒味好有驚喜,其他熱食都做得相當出色; 比較遜色嘅係刺身類,三文吞拿冇乜味,同埋冇一啲貴款選擇(例如油甘魚、帶子), 蟹腳方面肉質相對鬆散同偏鹹。其他食物中規中矩,掛住食冇特別影相。 今次最震撼一點,係熟食檔嘅同事都非常好禮貌:1. 燒味姐姐非常主動積極,主動幫客開蓋,禮貌語句夠多有突;2. 龍蝦哥哥主動配合我另一半要求,本身要出芝士龍蝦,都特登幫手調配兩隻蒸製龍蝦送埋上枱,爆nice 嘅自助餐體驗。明白環境逼成要打價格戰,希望可以保持到食物水準同超卓服務,一定會再嚟幫襯。 continue reading

和家人去了「普慶」享用午餐自助餐,整體體驗非常滿意!餐廳內大約有七成的客人,九成都是銀髮族,氣氛輕鬆愉快。食物方面,大家都讚不絕口,特別是生蠔和刺身,真的非常新鮮。長腳蟹的蟹腳更是鮮甜,讓我吃了很多碟,完全停不下來!甜品也相當出色,各式各樣的熟食選擇更是讓人眼花繚亂,家人們都覺得很滿意。😋😋😋此外,餐廳經理還特地逐桌詢問客人對食物和服務的滿意程度,這種用心的服務態度讓人感到非常欣賞。平日午餐自助餐的價格成人為$388,小童和長者則是$268,性價比頗高。☺️👌👌香港的飲食業確實需要不斷檢討自我,提升服務質素和食物品質,而不是一味抱怨外部因素,比如北上的競爭。希望未來能看到更多像「普慶」這樣用心經營的餐廳,讓顧客有更好的用餐體驗!下次也會和家人朋友再來吃😎👍 continue reading
