阿妹最鍾意周圍搵食,新開啟德嘅雙子薈 就成為咗佢最新嘅焦點。我哋去到差唔多兩點見到門口,明明有好多人等因為但係我哋就即刻入到去「冇book位㗎喎」 後尾先發現原來佢哋係等緊下午茶啊。 好彩我哋都唔執輸問返去攞張下午茶點心紙。平時我都好少join佢哋,因為主要係婆婆想見吓啲孫姐 同埋有一日姨甥同我講:你唔join我哋遲啲冇機會㗎啦😢 諗深一層都係嘅 遲啲佢哋越嚟越大都唔會跟你啦。同埋之前都會同我阿媽兩個人去飲茶,諗住放假同佢去食吓嘢,但係兩個人真係食唔到啲乜,好似夾硬強迫對方食自己想食嘅嘢 多啲人就可以嗌多啲嘢食啦呢間茶樓原來之前我都睇過尖沙咀嗰間,亦都有諗過去試吓 咁就啱晒啦點心都唔錯,又有好精緻嘅熊貓🐼造型奶皇包,啱啱貼合而家咁熱嘅主題。,吸引佢哋去嘅原因就係嗰籠點心拼盤入面有蝦餃、燒賣、馬拉糕、奶皇包、潮州粉果。一個大籠裏面有好多個細籠仔,每個細籠仔有一粒點心。最鍾意mini嘅嘢。另外我哋仲嗌咗春卷、牛肉腸粉、蘿蔔糕、煎蓮藕餅等等。我最鍾意反而係佢個類似潮州粉果嘅物體,應該係用咗紅菜頭汁整嘅皮染成紅色 好似即刻健康咗 continue reading

知道最近呢度新開咗中菜餐廳所以同屋企人嚟呢度慶祝生日同埋試一試佢哋嘅晚餐。當天預備咗生日蛋糕,少有嘅中菜餐廳係唔收切餅費,非常友善!我哋單點咗幾款招牌嘅菜式,份量唔小,而且都幾好食。大龍躉兩味 $298分別係翡翠炒龍躉以及清蒸班頭腩翡翠龍躉係用西蘭花炒,食落乾爽同香口。熱清蒸班頭腩,以雲耳及香蒜蒸,特別鍾意佢個魚皮,膠質好厚,好重身,超嫩滑!魚肉厚身,多肉多汁。明爐叉燒王 $198以火山石隻燒叉燒,食法相當招積!上菜有一個火爐承載住,叉燒厚肉鬆脆,蜜糖汁包圍着叉燒,香甜又多汁,微微燒焦包咗喺叉燒面層食落脆口,相當滋味。上湯澳洲龍蝦仔伊麵 $348澳洲龍蝦多肉多汁,肉質爽甜,入口啖啖肉,但又海水鹹鮮,超級正! 蝦嘅肉汁配上上湯撈埋落伊麵度,食到停唔到。果皮蒸大連鮑魚 $148鮑魚共有六隻,每隻都大大粒,好厚肉。上面鋪上好多果皮,以及蒜蓉金菇粉絲墊底,索晒啲汁。鮑魚肉質紮實彈牙,唔錯!乳鴿 $116乳鴿略嫌細隻,唔多肉,肉質唔夠結實。 continue reading

星期六午餐,等了個半小時。等候期間,點心姐姐穿插人群送點心,期間點心是沒被蓋着的。奇怪的設計。大堂的冷氣強勁,坐到大約三點(?)感覺再不離開,會患上感冒。點心雖不錯,可惜環境太冷了吧,很快便吹涼了,浪費。我也去過The One分店,The One的較好。在The One分店吃過蘿蔔酥和紅米腸,所以再點。怎料,完全不一樣。紅荳沙是不錯的,但完全不熱,是不是送點心姐姐要穿過人群才送上來?所以,完全放涼了。哎!薑汁糕夠「薑」,還算是熱騰騰上的,所以,要快快吃,否則,兩分鐘後一定變凍糕。😅 continue reading
